Cookies were okay. I went 3:30 PM on a Wednesday so it's not too late and got the French toast cookie and the peanut butter brownie. The French toast was on the dryer side and didn't have a lot of flavor. The smell of it was way better than the taste. Overall - pretty boring. The peanut butter brownie was better. The base itself was not dry and moist. However, the peanut butter mousse layer was very thin, it could've used a better ratio of brownie to frosting - it was all brownie. The cookies (and sometimes cakes) are some of the most delicious I've had. You can order ahead of time on their app so it's ready for when you arrive. Otherwise, plan on standing in line for about a half hour as they are made to order. Eat cookie or cake averages about five dollars each, but I find I usually can't finish a whole one in one sitting as they are very rich. Have a great day! read more

Rhode Island has two Crumbl locations - one in Smithfield and the other in East Greenwich. I would have give them a 5 Star review because their cookies are delicious but there were liquid ingredients laying out right on the floor - rather than on a clean table, like it should be so this raised concerns for cleanliness. The cookies are pretty good, sweet, soft and chewy. They have large cookies and the minis. They are known for their infamous pink cookie box and yummy frosted cookies. I got the large s'mores cookie and it was very tasty. Service was quick and if you are a frequent customer you can sign up for their rewards program. I often use their online app to order cookies in advance for pick up so you don't have to wait. You can also customize a message on the cookie box if buying as a gift or loved one. read more

Co-founders Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley, two cousins, teamed up on a quest to bake the perfect chocolate chip cookie and they dreamt of bringing people together over a box of the best cookies in the world. This location of Crumbl is in The Crossing at Smithfield. The Crossing at Smithfield has 32 stores; Crumbl is closer to AT&T and separate from the other stores. The only other time I've had Crumbl was at East Greenwich. Parking is very easy and you should have no problem finding a spot. Both locations layout is a bit similar. When you walk into Crumbl, there are two self order kiosks that you can order from (one was out of order when we went). Crumbl offers a unique weekly rotating menu of cookies and desserts. One of the Limited Time Offers (LTOs) on the menu this week was a dessert with two layers of pumpkin cake and vanilla bean cream cheese frosting finished with crumbled cake pieces. The kiosk was easy to use. There is a screen that shows the pickup queue so that is helpful to track. I think mine was missing the top crumbled cake pieces. During Tuesday, October 29 - Tuesday, November 5th, T-Mobile customers can redeem a free Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk Cookie from Crumbl in the T Life app. After I got my pumpkin cake in it's iconic pink box, I showed the staff my QR code and they were able to process the order. The Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk was a chunky chocolate chip cookie filled with semi-sweet chocolate chunks and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt. The cookie was delicious, fresh, and warm. I don't know how they do it, but the edges are crispy and the inside is so soft. The staff were very friendly and I didn't have to wait very long for my order. My first time trying out crumbl cookies & yummmmm! This specific location is small, no inside dining, which is fine with me, but just a heads up! You place your order on the screen inside and wait for your cookies to be ready, its not a very long wait unless it's real busy. The staff is cute, they yell "welcome to crumbl cookies!" When you walk in. They have 6 diff specialty flavors every week. They also have mini sized cookies. You can get single cookies, 4 pack, 6 pack and a dozen and then a party pack I believe. The cookies are made fresh, when you get them they are soft and warm.. to dieee forrr. They are super sweet though lol. I scarfed down 2 and got a stomach ache. Deff a must try! :) read more

We've been to this location 3 times. The first time, when they opened, the experience was novel. Pricey cookies, but different and generally a good bakery item. Second time, service was less than average with staff hanging out in the back while a line waited to place orders and there were only two types of five or six cookies offered shortly after dinner. Tonight, we stopped by a few minutes after 5pm. The staff looked at me and stayed in the back again, leaning against the wall and talking to each other. After a while, I just left, never have been recognized. We stopped by a local bakery down the street. Cookies are less expensive and we were welcomed by the staff. These pricey cookies, just aren't worth the effort. It's unfortunate, we really wanted to like this business. read more

I went to Crumbl Cookies after getting Hibachi last night in Smithfield. I was so surprised to see the size of the cookies! They are like gigantic. They weren't served warm- not sure if they are supposed to be or because we got some that need to be refrigerated- such as the cookie dough and blueberry cheesecake. So let me start by saying the cookies are huge and heavy & many of them have a thick cake-like frosting very like dessert like & "cakey" if that makes sense! I wanted to try one of each & I wanted to get some for my son so it made sense to get the dozen but at $40- it's not cheap! The staff were extremely nice and friendly! The shop was really small but cute and quaint- I guess perfect for a small cookie shop. However, for some reason- maybe because of the flavors we got - they weren't my favorite. I would rate 3 stars on preference alone, but felt that would be unfair- considering everything looked & tasted good & service was good. I ordered them and went to get my son a video game next door & by the time I was done, my cookies were ready! So overall the cookies were good- but I prefer smaller & warm chocolate chip cookies- like Insomnia Cookies! So Overall, I just don't prefer giant cookies with heavy cream frosting. However if you are looking for a really sweet cookie treat then I suggest, you try Crumbl Cookies and I typically love really sweet desserts but it was just a little too sweet for my predilection! Finally a convenient Crumbl location for me!! *Prayers have been answered* hehe but on a serious note: This location hasn't even been open for a week and you'd never know it. I expected all kinds of long lines and chaos and it wasn't crazy at all. Steady, yes but overwhelming not one bit. I usually order on the app but it was being weird so I walked right in and literally placed my order without waiting. The young girl working was very friendly and the place is sparkling clean. It took maybe 10 minutes from the time I placed my order until it was ready which is really quick in my opinion. The cookies look great (haven't tried them yet!) And the parking lot was way less stressful then some of the other crumbl locations around. Soft, warm, moist, and delectable. That's how I would describe the cookies at Crumbl. We went during their opening weekend and they were busy as expected, but the wait wasn't that long and one of the owners came outside to thank everyone for showing up in the rain and to apologize for the wait which he didn't have to but it was definitely appreciated. The girl at the register (whose name I forgot) was friendly, patient, and very helpful with the ordering process. The store is a bit small but smells like cookies. Can get sweet really quick after several bites on certain ones I felt early onset diabetes kick in but this is def the cookie spot compared to other cookie chain businesses. I started going to crumbl cookies once a week starting 7 weeks ago when I brought my cats to get their teeth cleaned. I was curious to see how it compares to insomnia and I must say, it is truly night and day with crumbl. I have never had a gourmet cookie before and it's honestly the eye opener I needed to get my sweet tooth back. I am not a huge fan of sweets but so far, everything I've had from crumbl has been an absolute delight. My favorite so far is the molten lava. The soft and chewy mixed with the fluid fudge was perfection in every bite. Loved churro but their frosting is a bit much for me. Their snickerdoodle was the perfect subtle cinnamon for folks who despise too much cinnamon. You cannot go wrong with the classic milk chocolate. The owner of the establishment came out at my first visit to welcome me and to give thanks about my personalized message to the crew saying how awesome they are! The whole entire staff was friendly and diligent at making your cookie the best experience ever! Finally made it to one of there locations. My daughter has been wanting to try it for a while but whenever we would go by a different location always busy. Glad to have stopped by during Grand Opening of this location. The staff was friendly and excited for all the new customers. If you have never been there they have a huge board by two kiosk it has pricing and what cookies they are serving at the moment. I chose to use the kiosk to order since it was busy. This was very easy to do. Once I placed my order I waited outside and I could see my name on board inside. I came in once ai saw my name move up. I ordered 3 Chocolate Chip and one Sugar Cookie with the strawberry frosting. All the cookies were amazing.
