Been waiting for crumbl's dubai chocolate version. And it's a hit. Topping is excellent with crunchy kataifi and pistachio. Brownie is very basic and tastes like a cake. Somehow it had slightly burnt taste. I tried many Dubai version chocolate and this will definitely stand among the top ones. Price is $8 which is a bit expensive. But I have bought a chocolate bar for $15, so this isn't bad. They keep getting sold out within 5mins after they make it available. I have seen a lot of people waiting and the people of working super hard to keep up the load. Plenty of parking available.

After I wiped off all the chocolate and jelly smears all over the bottom of the GIFT box of 12 cookies I carried to the car.

Ordered $50 worth of cookies -- a box of 12 as a gift for a friend and a box of 3 to take home. Unbeknownst to me, the bottom of the gift box had red jelly and chocolate smeared on the underside of the box. I could feel it with my hand as I carried the stack of boxes to my car. Luckily, I had some napkins and a water bottle in my car that I could use to clean the underside of the gift box. The picture below is what the napkin looked like when I was done wiping. Also, the gift message that was supposed to be written on the box was not, so there was no difference between the box that I was taking home versus the box that I was giving as a gift, except for the gift box was smeared with chocolate and red jelly on the bottom.

Not a "hi hello welcome in" 7ish employees right up front. First time in right off the bat not a great start! We spent some time trying to wait in line and was not told it was a self service iPad/POS so we waited for some time and then someone else walked in and waited behind us and then informed us it's self service on the tablet. So finally we order! 4 cookies 20$ Not 45 seconds after we pay a human pops up (FINALLY) Diego I believe, he says they are out of the cookie we drove here for and that they "don't know how to remove it from the options"! Someone's shirt said "crew lead" someone who's the leader should be well versed in how to utilize your own system! The place was dirty no one was cleaning plenty of people standing around chatting. It was just a terrible awful experience,especially for our first time, especially for premium dollar! Sad disappointed and will never return here!!

The staff at this location are very kind and they do get a lot of business. Unfortunately i'm just not a big crumbl cookie fan it just taste so doughy i'm sorry y'all! I will say this location is clean, fast and they have wonderful flavors of cookie options so I'm still going to give them a rating because while I may not like the cookies that doesn't reflect the amazing service at this location whatsoever!

The new Brownie was pretty incredible. Very moist with chocolate chips inside and very chocolatey. It was about 7 bucks. The fudge was good, but the icing can be skipped.

I like the crumbl cookies but 1 takes 4 days to eat due to how sweet they are and now they've made cakes which are nicely balanced in flavors!! The dulce de leche and lemon cake are so yummy!!! These are a fantastic addition to their menu and fix that late night craving!!

First time going to a crumbl, and the first thing I noticed was the smell. It was nauseating. Completely overwhelming. We ordered a six pack of minis that showed they were available on the website and in store. When we went to go pick them up they said they were completely out and had nothing else to offer. This happened with multiple others walking in, who had ordered other cookies and were told they would be given them, just to be told their order was canceled with literally no other context. One man was visibly confused because the staff didn't say anything to explain besides "oh we canceled it on our end don't worry!" Didn't say they were out of stock, or if he was refunded. He wasn't given any other alternatives either, bad business choice. Ended up ordering 4 entirely different cookies, and they were terrible because THEY FORGOT HALF THE COOKIE?? Photos attached. No chocolate drizzle on peanut butter crips, and no streusel on blueberry muffin cookie. Need some advice? Offer a 25/30/50% off for people who order cookies, but then are sold out once they get there, even though they ordered before. Or just teach your stupid staff to not sell products that should be set aside for people who ordered online. Greatly needs renovation as well. There needs to be some sort of wall or barrier so it doesn't just feel like you're just walking into a prison-like, depressing kitchen. I understand that the cookies also obviously have to bake, but that can't take more than 10-20 minutes. There really shouldn't be things that are that sold out, when there's massive tubs of cookie dough just sitting there. Maybe invest in another oven? Absolutely terrible business model.

Had to try crumbl because they really aren't available in my home state. The cookies are huge and tasty. The peaches and cream could use a little more peach flavor. Chocolate chip was excellent! Not too sweet...just perfect. Selection is limited to the cookies of the week and limited to 6 flavors. I think that was my biggest upset. Most cookie places have an extensive variety, but here the flavor selection was limited. I would return because they are perfectly fresh. One cookie is big enough for two. read more

I walked into crumbl around 10:40 this morning. Before I ordered I was immediately told they were out of Dubai chocolate brownie, Strawberry Cheesecake, and pink velvet cake (regular and mini). This was 1/2 the menu. I asked when they would have more of the strawberry cheesecake and was told he didn't know but I could call at 1 and they might have it. I was the only one in the shop aside from a woman picking up an order. I held the door open for her and she told me she has to force herself to come into this location and they were terrible. I waited about 10 minutes for my order even though there were approximately 4 workers there. The cookies I received tasted fine, however they were cold (like they'd been taken out of the fridge). I'm not sure how they could be out of cookies so quickly. Hopefully this was a rare occurrence. read more

This is a busy spot most times. We've had a couple of times where we've had to wait awhile or have ordered ahead and still had to wait a bit, but overall we've had a good experience here. We typically try 4 cookies and cut them into fourths so we can try each of them. read more

The cookies are great, but this location is awful. Every time I've paid them a visit, they are out of stock on a cookie. I understand the features ones are popular and they must run out quickly, but better management of the orders can help with this issue. Also... NEVER ORDER ONLINE for delivery!!! The last couple times I ordered for delivery, I waited over 2 hours for my order. When I called both times, the kids working there don't have a clue what's going on. They lack structure and management. The cookies are good, but for those prices.... I would expect at least better customer service. read more

I just came in today around 2:00 for my first time everybody was telling me about this place and I had no clue how to order cookies or what flavor to get and I was being real friendly to all the employees. It was the Tatum and Bell location. And this rude lady that look like she was 70 years old told me I don't want your business get out of here we're not buying anything from you .... And I said what? She basically told me to leave I don't want your business. I don't know who the hell she thinks she is but I don't appreciate being treated like that. So I'm not returning ever again to buy $5 cookies that are 3 inches round which is a outrageous. So I want to let the owner know how this employee is treating customers as they walk in. Matter of fact she needs to be fired. I understand you have an expensive building to pay for each month and employees but $5 a cookie is ridiculous. So I'm going to refer everybody not to come to this place because of bad customer service. I have $100,000 car and I was trying to show a employee my car on my phone and that rude 70-year-old Karen told me to leave when I wasn't trying to sell anything. The last 3 times I have ordered here, I've ordered ahead and when I arrive they are sold out of a cookie. Yesterday was so frustrating, ordered at 2 pm for a 5:30 pm pickup for a party - and they were sold out of the Cookies and Cream Milkshake cookie. This was the main reason we ordered Crumbl this week. I don't understand this process; if you order and pay for ahead of time, why is your order not guaranteed? Also, I feel so bad for the sweet teenagers working here that have to deliver the bad news. It should 100% be a manager to come out and apologize. I've also been to the Norterra location which seems much more well run and organized; worth the drive. Would not recommend this location anymore. read more

This store needs management help! I waited for 30 minutes for one cookie. ONE COOKIE! And in the end, it was the wrong cookie! I was so done I just accepted it. There were 19 people waiting in the store at one point and no cookies were being boxed up. No one offered to help the lone boxing girl as she played around with the iPad. I could not believe the other 3 people just silently warming up frosting or whatever as more and more people piled in the store. You'd think maybe the three employees could they could pause what they were doing to get some orders out and then resume. Not an option apparently. No one had any sense of urgency as they casually strolled back and forth. Genuinely this poor girl would get one box of cookies out every 5 minutes. I wanted to step in and do it myself. Don't bother ordering cookies in advance here. Might as well just show up and take your chances with whatever they have left. We ordered a dozen cookies at 3:00 to be ready by approx 5:45. At 6:30 our cookies weren't ready and 4 of the ones a we ordered were sold out and not available. If you can't reserve cookies for an order to be picked up hours later then don't let people order in advance. Get better! read more

I loved Crumbl when they first opened. I thought they were pricey back then, but was reasonable enough for a special treat or occasion. Prices have since increased to a point where it's rare that I go there. Now, on top of paying even more, they have become lazier with making the cookies. There were no customers in this location when I went inside to pick up my online order, yet they couldn't spend the extra 2 seconds putting a reasonable amount of toppings on the cookie. Compared to the pic on their website, I feel was shorted. Doesn't seem worth the money anymore. read more

I ordered 3 minis and when I opened the box they were undercooked and tasted like raw dough. I then went into the store and when I walked in I made eye contact with three workers. I stood there for a couple minutes watching two workers laughing at their phone together and the other ignoring me at the counter. I finally asked if anybody was going to help me since I had been in there for several minutes already and another worker who had been to the side had helped. read more

The worst crumbl location I have frequented. Unfortunately this is the closest crumbl to me but it has really turned me off the brand. Not only does my order get messed up every time (I check in the car now and there's always a cookie missing that I ordered or a cookie I didn't order being replaced without my consent), there's never an apology from the workers. On one occasion I checked the cookies in my car, went back to get my order fixed and the teen scoops the two wrong cookies out and places them back into the tray for the next crumbl customer....is there no concern I could have mishandled the cookies in my car? Makes me wonder how many of my cookies have been in unsavory places prior to ending up in my pink box. Plus anytime I've ordered ahead online (mind you this is 30 min to an hour prior to pickup), they don't work on the cookies until I get there...making them 20 minutes or so late based on the time the app gives me for pickup. What's the point of ordering ahead if it does absolutely nothing? Fix your system or the teenagers who aren't utilizing the system properly. read more

This business is incredibly poorly run. I wish I could rate it a zero. Apparently under new ownership. I ordered cookies for a birthday party this morning and paid for them in advance. I come to get them and the line is super long, the place looks disorganized and dirty, and they don't have my order. Out of the cookies I preordered. Even though I ordered and paid in advance. Apparently they said they can't control that....what is the purpose of placing and paying for a preorder if you can't pick it up? Always fresh and straight from the oven. That's what I like about Crumbl cookies. I have been to this location over 10 times and have passed along this cookie shop to multiple friends who live off Bell. My favorite cookies are the ones based on candy bars: Almond Joy and Butterfinger. Each time l have visited Crumbl, their selection slightly changes by 2-3 cookies. Always go for their 4-Pack, better deal and you get a variety! Two things that would make the experience perfect: 1) Smiling/More Friendly employees. You work at a Cookie Shop, don't take it so serious! 2) Shorter wait time. Whether it would be opening a 2nd "Clover" Register machine or taking Multiple orders at once, I have waited over 10minutes for my cookies on numerous occasions. Not sure this wait time is necessary? If you are in the area, Crumbl is worth a try. If not, there are multiple locations. Check them out! read more

Really good cookies. The are super big! You can choice one cookie for like $3.50 or a four pack or 12 pack. I tried the chocolate chip and it was delicious. Definitely couldn't finish a whole cookie, you can definitely share one. read more

I have been to Crumbl(great name)in Arcadia and really enjoyed their cookies and vibe. This Crumbl is located at Bell and Tatum. There is ample parking in the large mall lot. Cookie staff were working hard with tons of customers(where do I buy Crumbl stock?). Manager Payson(cool name, reminds me of a town nearby)attended to me personally and suggested their Valentine special and I added my usual favorite chocolate chip cookies. These cookies are HUGE(could be lunch)and delicious. If you are craving a cookie fix, run don't walk out of your car or walk miles is ok to Crumbl. Thank me later. read more

So Good! After eating next door we stopped in to see what all the pink boxes we saw leaving the place were all about. WOW! Not what I expected inside, just a big space to bake lots and lots of cookies. The menu is simple, displayed on a screen and IRL on the counter, Big Cookies for single orders and Little Cookies for larger orders. I ordered the staple, Chocolate Chip. Oh Wow. They got this one right. Not too sweet, every bite had chocolate and nuts and the dough was so so so good! I'll be giving the cute 4-box of four Big Cookies as gifts this year. Yummy! read more

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. I talked to her about customizing an order for my place of employment in the next couple of months and she was totally on board to customize it how I wanted. Aside for my too good bag, I ended up buying an ube cake pop and a Boston cream tart, and both are out of this world! On Fridays and Saturdays, they do buy one get one free cake, pops, so it's a perfect opportunity to try all of the flavors! Definitely try this place, you will not be disappointed!

While interacting with the staff, it was an average experience. I will say that the service was much better in the restaurant. Drinks (N/A): I only got dessert, but they do have coffee and a few other beverages available. Food (4/5): The Sicilian Baker is known for its cannolis, tiramisu, gelato, and lobster claws (dessert, not real lobster haha). On my most recent visit, I had a cannoli. Unfortunately, during today's visit, we were told that animals are no longer allowed on the patio and were instead directed to sit on the metal benches in front of the restaurant ...benches that had no table space and clearly were not set up for dining. What made the experience disappointing wasn't necessarily the policy itself, but the way it was handled. As longtime patrons who have supported this restaurant regularly for years to be on a regular basis with staff, the interaction felt dismissive and honestly a little offensive. It was surprising to feel so unwelcome at a place we've consistently supported and recommended to others. I still value this restaurant and appreciate the many good experiences we've had here over the years, which is why this visit was especially disappointing. I hope management takes customer loyalty and consistency of service more seriously moving forward.

I had such a great experience at Crumbl Cookies! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with big smiles and a super friendly vibe -- the staff were incredibly nice and made me feel genuinely welcome. The atmosphere was cheerful and full of good energy, which just added to the excitement of picking out cookies. And let me tell you... the cookies were soooo delicious! Every bite was warm, soft, and packed with flavor. You can really tell they put care into each one. I tried a few different kinds, and honestly, I'm already planning my next visit because I need more. Each cookie was unique and rich -- totally worth the hype! Crumbl really nails it with both customer service and the treats themselves. It's the kind of place that leaves you smiling as you leave, cookie box in hand. The cookies are very good but I can't give it more stars since they ALWAYS seem out of some cookies I want. The past 2 weeks I went in to get a 4 pack with one being a sugar cookie. Each time they told me about 2 hours for the sugar cookie. Seriously? They are pretty much never in full stock & almost always good luck getting a sugar cookie. I understand being out sometimes but not as much as they are. Things can definitely be run better. read more

This is their opening week and they have the most amazing cookies! Chocolate chip cookie was warm and delicious! The sugar cookie is by far my favorite sugar cookie now! Great customer service! This place is a must try! read more

We tried to order a special order to be delivered. After 4 min for them to answer the phone and then they didn't let us customize our order we had to order only certain ones. Not happy! read more
