Yesterday, on 5/12 wife and I went to your location on Tatum and Bell. We wanted to order 4 dz cookies for pick up on 5/14 and you were one of our two options that we had narrowed down to. We were there around 7:15 pm and noticed that there were seven staff members that we could see and count standing and talking among themselves, about 12 ft from us gathered around a table. We were the only cutomers there at this time. No one approached and acknowledged us. Finaly I asked a question if the display was for this week or just for today, one associate responded by saying that it changes weekly. In the mean time wife and I looked at the menu board trying to decide the selection and quantity standing at the counter. Still no one approached us or even acknowledged our presence. After two minutes, we looked at the group to see if any one would make an eye contact with us, few did, yet no one reached out to us at the counter to ask, how they could help us. We decided to leave after two minutes, still no one acknowledged. We had just stopped by there after eating at another nice restaurant near by. We were not dressed as homeless or something. YOU LOST MUCH MORE THAN A SALE OF 4 DZ COOKIES. We believe that any company that does not make service level as a priority, does not deserve success. You ahve 979 other locations and this comment may not mean much to you. But today I am ordering cookies from a local bakery that has been around for more than 40 years in Phoenix. I am disappointed that I had to make this as one star review , because deserve a zero. In the meant time, someone should look at the labor cost ! read more

I was really looking forward to trying these cookies. It was a let down. The shop itself was fine, and you don't actually have to interact with anyone to order, you just use a screen. I did not realize that. There were a lot of people working but I guess they were baking the cookies. I would have preferred to be able to get mini cookies to try the different flavors but apparently those are only for catering according to the staff. That is kind of a bummer because four large cookies was way more than we wanted, but I was excited about it so we tried all four. Overall spending almost $20 for four cookies wasn't really worth it. If I had felt like they were amazing that would have been one thing, but they were super sweet, not amazing. They weren't awful but nothing special. I probably liked the strawberry chocolate one the best. The salted caramel was hard and not good - the one I wanted the most. Overall I would not come back. My husband agreed. read more

They definitely know how to make cookies. I personally liked the molten chocolate cookie, it was chocolate with a smooth and silky chocolate filling that wasn't too sweet. We also ordered red velvet (nice icing), sugar cookie (too sweet IMO), and chocolate chip (mild sweetness). True to their name, the cookies were soft and they do "crumble", but I don't think it warrants them to be a 3-4$ cookie. It was nice to see what the hype was all about, but unless you love cookies or are the "Cookie Monster", I'm sure this place is just another tourist hotspot. Still worth a visit. read more

I came in a couple days ago and was the only customer there, I had a question and no one even acknowledged me, there was a good 10 employees just talking to each other and not one looked up. Have been hearing about this cookie store for quite sometime so I had to try it. We went there and there was a long line. Pretty crowded, long lines and when we reached the kiosk to order they were out of 2 out of the 6 cookies they sell per week. Asked if we should come back so we can get all 6 cookies and was told yes in about 30 minutes. I was able to check the app to see when they were available ordered what we could and still didn't all 6 cookies. They are opening one in my town so hopefully will be able to have better luck however the cookies were good. read more

My friend bought me a box of delicious cookies for my birthday & got me hooked ! The problem is they rotate them so I've been stalking them to bring back the muddie buddies I think that's what they were anyhow ? I have since been in a few times and the cookies are huge and delicious but pricey. I also had the Reese's and chocolate chip the chocolate chip is just meh I make a better one but I'm in love with the one that had a muddie buddy mix so I'm anxiously waiting for them to get them back in so they can take my money if you haven't been I recommend giving them a try but look in their website to view the cookies for the week ;) read more

Oh my gosh these cookies are wonderful! They give them to you slightly warm and are the perfect combination of thick and soft! I couldn't choose which flavors I wanted because they all looked so good!! The hazelnut churro and the chocolate chip were my two favorite! They also had a sign saying Crumbl ice cream coming soon! Had a chance to try several of Crumbl cookies. Good, not great. They do not have the "home cooked" taste I like in my cookies. The chocolate chip was good. The peppermint in the peppermint cookie was lacking. The chocolate cookie was my favorite. It tasted like a brownie. read more

Can someone please tell me how handing off cookies that look like this is even remotely acceptable? The cookies were packaged straight from the oven without being properly cooled down before icing and the so called "bakers" iced the cookies in the packaging box while they were clearly still too hot that by the time I left the store and just walked to my car, the toppings were completely melted off. So now I'm left with soggy ass cookies and icing all over the place. If you want cookies I'd say save your time and drive the extra few miles and go to a different location instead of this one...unless you love soggy cookies. read more

Great, unique cookies that I continuously get excited to have. I've had Crumbl a few times now, either from ordering myself or through friends and always thoroughly enjoy them. I like that they rotate the specials -- it keeps it exciting and they never disappoint with the flavors. The cookies are large, so they're easy to split and share with others. The inside is a bit empty feeling, almost clinical, as though it may not actually be a public storefront. Get past that, though, and you won't regret buying all the cookies. read more

Location is oddly half-finished retail with unfinished concert floors, empty coolers, and just a generally temporary feel. The cookies are super rich and generally quite good, but not the kinda thing for which I'd go outta my way. Selection is kinda limited (6 choices), but seems like that's by design and I can see why it could be good. Also, while I'd be hard-pressed to notice the difference, is it really necessary to prominently display your industrial sized "Imitation Vanilla Extract"? Will update my review now that I've been back quite a few time ! My favorite is still the sugar cookie .. like drool favorite ! I am sad that they don't deliver to my area (cactus and 51) A few things I'm hoping they implement : -samples ! This last round I wanted to buy a big box , but wanted to know how a few tasted before committing . Sadly they didn't do samples and so I just added some and wasn't thrilled (with the red velvet) -I hope they start posting the following weeks menu. Then that way I will know if I should but my sugar cookie devotion at that moment or come the following week when there's a new one to try :) -expand the delivery location or add it into Postmates place :) Still amazing ! We were having guests for dinner and ordered six beautiful cookies for dessert. We did not get what we ordered, and the order was a mess, with cookies melted all over each other. I called the store for three days and left messages. Finally, a week later, when I called, someone answered and promised to refund the amount to my credit card. This did not happen. Now, 3 weeks later, I called the store and asked if I could drive over and get a gift card to use in the future. The gal (who said she was going back and forth talking to the manager) told me the manager said I was too late. This happened too long ago (3 weeks), and I had to 'chat online with a bot.' The online chatbot took my information and instructed me to work with the manager. I just left another message on the store's phone line; I fear, like before, I will not get a callback. This was $40 worth of cookies that were tossed in the garbage. I could not serve these to guests. VERY disappointed. read more

Ok cookies but appalled at the suggested tip pricing. About $5.50 for one cookie and suggests to add a $2, $4, or $6 tip on that total. Almost clicked the $6 thinking it was a 20% tip like I would normally do, not realizing that $6 is actually a 110% tip when all she did was hand me the cookie. There is a younger staff working at this location, I hope they are not being deceitful to our community by up charging the tips like that. read more
