Pros: A variety of ever changing cookies. Will deliver and bring to your car. Cookies are amazing. Cons: Pricy, but huge warm cookies. If you look at calories on their website not bad for one serving. If you look closer at the website, most cookies are 110 calories per serving. Then look more closely, a cookie serving changes. Some cookies are 5 servings, some 6. So when you order and eat one cookie, know upfront that one cookie can be 600 calories. Who eats 1/6 of a cookie! Be warned if calories count. These are amazing cookies. The sugar cookie I personally don't care for, the pink frosting on them is always too rich and too thick. Strongly recommend the pecan one, they change daily but they're all so good. They are a little pricey, but they're huge cookies. 1 cookie is about 4-5 regular sized cookies. Love Crumbl Cookies!!! First of all the atmosphere is amazing and the employees are very up beat and super nice. I love the fact the cookies are served warm or chilled depending on the cookie. The menu changes every week but you can depend on a amazing chocolate chip warm cookie weekly. The cookies are huge and pricey so I recommend getting the app because they have a loyalty system. 100 points gets you $10 bucks to use at the store. These cookies are not great. They look amazing and I'd give them 10/10 for appeal, but they're very doughy and thick. I didn't mind the price when I ordered them, especially because I heard they were amazing, but I don't know if I'd pay half for these lackluster cookies. I will not be returning, and 10/10 would not recommend based on the cookies alone. Not only was I extremely underwhelmed by these cookies, but the establishment was packed with people when I was in there. There's a sign on the door that says only 10 people inside at once, but there was no one monitoring this. When I left to wait outside, there were 15 people inside the store. The majority of them were waiting for their cookies. The staff could have asked them to wait outside. I took a picture, but it has peoples' faces in it, so I won't post it here. However, I will be sending it to their corporate office. Stanislaus county is one of the biggest COVID19 hotspots in the state; the company needs to enforce their own policies. read more

We love the cookies at Crumbl and have ordered cookies 6-7 times for delivery. However, 3 out of the last 4 times we have ordered, we have received the wrong cookies. We just dealt with it the first 2 times but the last time we finally called because the order was so off. Only 1 of the 4 cookies were what we ordered. When we called the person said there was nothing they could do and that it was the delivery services problem and we would have to contact them if we wanted our money back. Seems pretty ridiculous that they would blame the delivery driver for what cookies were put in the box by them! I honestly didn't think you could make a bad cookie till I tasted these over sweet horrible disaster of a cookie. They are way too big and served warm so they fall apart in a very obnoxious way as you try to eat them. And don't even get me started on the frosted cookies! The frosting is so thick and sugary it's almost inedible. Not even milk makes them better. They are also so expensive!!! And so not worth the money. The cookies are good, we tried all 6 flavors they had. They are definitely chewy cookies, which I like, but that is very subjective. I was really disappointed that they were out of all ice cream flavors except vanilla. The kids that work here are terribly sloppy! I bought a four pack and 2 singles and had to wipe all of the boxes down due to frosting smears. When I opened the four pack the middle cookies were on top of each other. The Crumbl in Texas that I went to recently presented there product beautifully and only charged $10.00 for a four pack not $13.00. So upset that this Crumbl did not serve us warm cookies. We were driving up to Oregon and had to stop once we saw there was a Crumbl in the area. EVERY Crumb I have ever been to takes the warm cookie out of the warmer and frosts it right then. We watched the girl pull all the cookies from baking racks that were sitting out in the room already frosted. The racks were full of already prepared cookies.
