Although this has to do with Covid, my first hand experience in this place is that they don't care about my health, this place is small and had over 10 people inside and some not wearing mask, seemed that they were friends of the employees because they were giggling and when I told the cashier I don't want them to place my box by them since they are not wearing mask she said okay and when I left she told them and both staff and law breaking visitors started laughing and joking about Covid. Hubby and I were visiting friends who live in Turlock. We aren't familiar with this city at all, so it's safe to say this is the first shop we have ever been to in this city. We came in on a Saturday evening and the first thing we noticed was the enticing smell of cinnamon. There was a small line in front of us so while we were waiting, we were looking at the menu to see what flavors were available. We decided to get a dozen cookies and two of each flavor. We didn't have to wait long at all after we placed our order. We took the cookies home and tried every single one and, my goodness, we weren't prepared for the punches of flavor these cookies packed! The brownie peanut butter cookie was super soft, very peanut-buttery and rich! The Nutella cookie has a nice thin layer of Nutella inside with the right amount of sea salt sprinkled on top. The churro cookie was very cinammony and sweet! The piece de resistance was the chocolate chip, of course. It was a resounding favorite from all of us. I will say that the sugar cookie and funfetti cookies were the most different because their consistencies were more on the crumbly side, but they were still yummy. Disappointed!! Went in to get a box of four cookies. They advertise that the cookies are warm (except the chilled sugar). Got my box and got in the car only to open it and realize all of the cookies were cold and the chocolate chip did not appear to be fresh. It wasn't worth me going back in to complain. I ended up just taking the box into work and giving them to my coworkers. I wanted a warm cookie and it wasn't worth wasting the calories on something that wasn't exactly what I wanted. read more

Service was honestly terrible, I thought it was just me till my mom went today and said she had the exact same experience. I had a young African American / black female, I was friendly and told her it was my first time here and she looked like she couldn't give a care in the world. She looked at me with no expression. Won't be back specifically due to the service I received here, not helpful. For being new to Turlock staff should be trained to offer suggestions or explaining how it works. I've had better cookies from safeway. Paying at the ridiculous machine basically forces a tip on you at checkout. Got home to try the cookie & the chocolate chips are AWFUL. I'm only giving 3 stars because the cookies are excellent but the service tonight was extremely poor. I placed a curbside order to be picked up at 7:20. I pulled up pushed I'm here and waited. Watched the 4 employees chatting and carrying on with each other for a good 10 minutes until my daughter got out of the car and has to get the cookies. One thing I must say is the inside music is very loud so the employees couldn't hear my order twice.
