Corner of cranberry orange cake . Disgusting !
    Kern C.

I've had a variety of baked goods from here over the years but none was as bad as the cranberry orange slice I had today . Most cakes are moist and some are wet such as a tres leches . This was a wet cake . It smelled like eggs and just was a soggy mess that instantly put me in a bad mood . The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I've had slightly above average muffins before ( pistachio being my favorite) . I've never tried anything from here that wowed me outside of its appearance and I've tried their stuff on At least 3 or 4 occasions . Foolish me might still end up giving them a chance based of their lack of competition within the area .

My mom surprised me by having the loveliest, most delicious Birthday Cake delivered from Crumbly last week. She lives out of state and has gotten me cakes from some of the best bakeries in the city over my 20+ years living here. I swear, Crumbly's B Day Cake is the best I've had, hands down! My brother was visiting from Texas, and I sent him home (at his request) with a couple big slices...kind of rethinking my generosity!! Glad I live close by anytime I have a craving for a slice once I run out. Thank you Crumbly for making my B Day extra sweet this year! PS - Also included were 3 Chocolate Chip Cookies and 3 S'mores Cookies. Both excellent! The S'mores Cookies are extra special. Literally taste like a S'more, not like a double chocolate cookie with some marshmallows and graham crackers thrown in. They are light and decadent all at once. Crumbly really nails the flavor. My mom got me those cookies not even knowing they have become a new favorite!

I should have gotten this! Oops 12/01/21

Crumbly is definitely a bakery, but cafe, I don't think so. I was so disappointed that I couldn't sit down to eat. No seating. Everything looks delicious and is baked on premises. I accidentally made the wrong selection. I wanted Spinach Feta and had a Cheese Boureka. It was very tasty but the cheese was only in my last two bites. I won't get it again. I'm definitely going back to try a cookie. The muffins look delicious too. Plus I still need to try their Spinach Feta Pastry. They have only been open for a week. They plan to put some seats outside. There's definitely no space inside. They are going to get business cards and menus too. The prices are really good for fresh baked pastries and dessert. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I wanted to buy one of everything but I need to do that when I'm heading home one day. They have a steady stream of customers so word is getting out. I suggest you give them a try. I feel bad they are hidden under scaffolding! Please spread the word that there's a new bakery in town.

A new option in the Sutton area, so I was glad to see this place open recently. Their baked goods look homemade and are tasty. We tried a couple of muffins and a brownie so far and will check out the other treats in the future. They were friendly and are ready to welcome visitors! They have cold brew coffee on tap, lattes, teas, and a good coffee shop assortment of drinks. The only issue is that their cups and lids for hot drinks really do not seem to match or fit...a couple of people in our group kept getting leaks of hot/warm drinks due to the lid issue.

Loved their matcha!! Its the best in town. The girl on the counter recommended it to me, and she was absolutely right! A great way to cool off outside in a quiet space.

The vegan banana walnut muffin was delicious. I'll have to come back for the quinoa croissant (the other vegan baked good). It would be great to see even more vegan pastries and options here!

Solid neighborhood bakery spot just a few steps after Marinara Pizza. The service is friendly and I really enjoyed their crumb cake! Coffee tasted average. I like the outdoor seating. I've been back already!

10/10! I custom ordered a cake for my friends birthday and it absolutely exceeded every expectation. I sent one photo for inspiration and they did everything I wanted and more. Please look at the pictures and order from them! Also, the cake was delicious. A lot of times I order pretty cakes, and they don't taste as good as they look. This was different. Will definitely order again! Judge this book by its cover !

Excellent little neighborhood cafe for some sweet and savory pastries, cakes and coffee. We've tried many of their treats as bad they never disappoint Great service and friendly staff are an added incentive

Wide variety of choices drinks and desserts. This small bakery is very cozy and I bought a few desserts including the baklava which was very sweet and tasty.

Upon arrival we noticed the difference in crowds. Not as busy and packed sidewalks. Also it was a lot cleaner than Chinatown. Since we just ate at C-Town, it was time to find a good dessert place in K-Town. So we walked and we walked until I saw a banner sign showing shaved ice desserts. Then I noticed the name of the business is Grace Street. How fitting, because that is my wife's name. So we went in and what caught my eye was a mango shaved ice with mangoes, mochi, strawberries, and condensed milk, however I was over ruled by my wife and we went with the black sesame and mochi and condensed milk. It also had red bean, but that had to be on the side, since that gives me gout. Such nice staff taking orders and we went into the dining area to find a seat. What a large spacious area with many tables. Our order came out and it looked so good. The black sesame shaved ice or snow as it's also referred to as, was perfectly sweetened by the condensed milk and the chewy mochi. Definitely cleaned my pallet from our Chinese lunch and it helped cool me down from the New York heat. We got water, but there was no ice offered, so I asked one of the workers and he was kind enough to get me some. We are through that dessert like, if we didn't finish it fast, it was going to melt. We did not give it a chance to melt one bit. The staff here are efficient, as they saw we were done, they asked to clear our dessert bowl away. It was a nice experience even if it was just dessert. They definitely had more dessert options to offer, but i

The generous serving had creamy, silky layers and was easily enough for the two of us to share. Sweet, light, and refreshing. Plenty of seating, generous portions, and a stop here never disappoints! Located on 32nd St, between Broadway & 5th Ave Train: 34 St-Herald Sq (N/Q/R/W); also an easy walk from Penn Station. Overall, a great casual dessert stop after exploring K-Town, Midtown or nearby Chelsea.

We worked with Eric via email and he was great managing and making sure everything was settled ahead of the event. On the day of our lunch, we arrived around 20 minutes early and the table was already set up. We had two servers throughout the meal and they were lovely. They made sure everything was set up and we had everything we needed. For a large group reservation, they have a $60 minimum and you order everything ahead of time. (The afternoon tea set is mandatory for everyone to get). We had the afternoon tea set, caprese tarts and strawberry parfait for all attendees. The food was filling and tasty. And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.
