The service & staff was great. They do bingo night every Tuesdays. We had such a fun time on bingo night. The lady calling out the numbers was hilarious. But the food was just ok. My son didn't like his Mac n cheese & said it was bland. My fish n chips was so small & overcooked. I only got 1 fish & my whole dinner consisted of mostly just fries. The fries was good tho. My husband's crushed burger was overcooked, meat patty was small, and the buns weren't toasted. We would love to come back here for the bingo night. Maybe try other things on the menu.

I stopped in last night to grab a cocktail. I had wanted to do the trivia night but I came too late and missed it. I'll have to come back another day. I love that they have Christmas decorations this year. There wasn't too many people inside, but I did come later in the evening close to closing time. I don't recall the name of my drink, but it was delicious. I didn't catch the bartender's name, but he was great and Aspen is always very nice as well.

We went to Crush & Brew for dinner during a Bachelorette weekend, and overall had a good time! Our server did a great job keeping up with our group of 12, which isn't easy. The restaurant was pretty full and seemed like a local spot, which gave it a fun, lively vibe. It happened to be karaoke night--maybe it's every night? Either way, it was entertaining, even though most people seemed to be picking really depressing songs. Not Crush & Brew's fault, just an observation. Food-wise, we mostly enjoyed everything, though there were a few misses within our group. I personally loved the fried zucchini--freshly made, crispy, and a generous portion. The bacon fries were also solid and came in a good size. My caprese salad was the last dish to come out, and while it was fine, it definitely needed some salt and pepper. The owner sent over some shots for our table, which we really appreciated! Overall, we had a fun time and would definitely go back.

I was traveling home and decided to take a walk to stretch my legs in Downtown Temecula. For it being a Sunday it was so busy and crowded with folks, seeming to do the same. After my walk I decided to grab a bite to eat before making my way home, so i stopped at Crush & Brew. The featured foods were along the lines of California Cuisine - fresh and quick. The menu had a brunch side, which had me curious about the fried rice with pork belly. Instead I opted for something a bit lighter: caprese salad and wings. The staff was very accommodating and offered me their favorite way of ordering wings - which worked out nicely. The wings came well seasoned and prepared as I requested: extra crispy. The salad was fresh, clean, and the basalmic drizzle was great. The restaurant was pretty quiet with some folks opting to sit out doors, so it made for nice ambiance and a quiet lunch.

Super cute Halloween decorations! Came to old town for a drink. I found parking right away on side street and was headed to 1909. I passed this place and honestly, it was so cute that I just had to try it out. I was seated right away. I ordered an espresso martini (which was good and strong) and the brew burger. The burger was ok but I wouldn't order it again. I would definitely come back to try other items on the food menu.

The food was okay but I was expecting better for the price. The service was again just okay. The service was good but nothing a little attention to the customers wouldn't help. The serving sizes was good but again for the price I would expect more. The ambiance was the Star of the visit. Sitting outside and watching the people was a great. Cool breeze was awesome. Overall a good experience and I would give it another try. Maybe because it was a weekday lunch was the reason for the okay experience.

The service here is phenomenal, I literally can't say enough great things about the manager! The T&T burger(hold the onions) was AMAZING!! Bartender(Jacob) made amazing drinks, we will be back, and visit their other locations solely because of the manager Erin.

Service was ok. Our waitress seemed to ignore us after we got our first drinks so we ended up just having the single round. The ambiance was pretty nice. Dimly lit wine bar look. Our drinks were really good. The bartender really knows what they are doing behind that bar. I would've loved to sit at the bar and just ask the bartender to make their specialties. We also had Vinegar and salt fries. They had to be one of the best fries is not the best fries I've ever had. Definitely recommend the fries. They have a few different options. I highly recommend the giant Pretzel also. It was pretty much a perfect pretzel. They obviously care about quality at this establishment. I would like to try more things here but I tried to wave down the waitress for about 30min. She would even look my way with my hand raised. She would even check in the table next to us face my direction with my hand raised and she would just walk by even if we made eye contact. We weren't rude or loud or anything. We were very courteous so we couldn't figure out why she was like that way with us. We felt we could've walked out without paying our bill but we are too honest to do that. We timed it as it was definitely over 20min close to 30min with my hand raised and the waitress just walked around our table so instead of ordering more we decided to pay for what we already consumed and leave.

From Chicago, first time in Temecula today. Stopped at C & B for lunch. Some thots: --the kitchen was slow but the service was outstanding, excellent communication! --ordered the fish and chips. The fries are average steak fries, but the fish was high quality. Really lightly breaded and delicious. --some people in our group ordered chicken fingers and didn't like them, not great chicken. --however, two in our group ordered the chicken wings and really liked them. Overall, good ambiance, service, and food. Highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I have had their Fish and Chips 3 times. The first time was sublime; the other two were as well, but with a price to pay (the bill had not changed). On my most recent visit, I opted for the steak instead. It came with the chimichurri I had wanted to be omitted but was otherwise excellent. Another thing, their fries are spectacular. One thing that must be said is that their service was awful during my last visit. It was a relaxed night, and the servers were being "bro's" with some of the other patrons. In their levity, they left us waiting at every stage of the meal for service. I had to go ask the hostess to fetch a waiter to take my drink order in. Work on the wait staff; they need a measure of discipline as the frat vibe discomforted me. The hostess was spectacular though, promoting her would be a good first step in creating a professional dining experience. read more

Cajun shrimp and polenta.....o m g......so good!! Everything about this dish came out perfect! Snappy full of flavor asparagus, succulent shrimp, peeeerfect sauce, not too spicy at all, and the polenta.....it's like if grits and cornbread made a baby but without that gritty texture like grits. I have family coming to town Tuesday and I'm totally bringing them here to try this! read more

Not sure if it's an off night but Friday night two happy hour beers available. Pork belly fries tasted like cheap Chinese food. Place was not very good. Felt bad for the server, nice guy but they have zero items in stock. read more

Bartender Royce makes one heck of a margarita 10/10 would recommend. Anyone who likes friendly face to go with their drink will love Crush and Brew. Came in on a Friday night and Royce crushed it... No pun intended. read more

July 2017 - Have not been back for awhile and was intending to go to Goat and Vine but as usual the wait was an hour. Crush and Brew is just down the street and although it is just as busy the wait time is always shorter. It's a different vibe but food is really good. Recommend all the burgers (they're a little smaller since my last visit but still exceptional quality). Also recommended: Cheese platter with deli meats. Deli meats are meh but the cheese and crostini are "da bomb". They keep the crostini filled. Yay! Salads are really good. I ordered the half and it was really piled high. Service is always pretty good. No complaints. Cons - it's SUPER loud inside. Everything echoes so don't expect to have a nice conversation. read more

First time here. Stopping by here on the way to Winary. Lovely location, right at the old town. This place has its own parking lot at the back. The food here is delicious and would recommend coming here before go to winary. Love the lobster risotto , it is creamy and flavorful. It has good portion of risotto and lobster. Good dish to share in a small group of 3. The brew burger is delicious. The bun is not the plain bun, but with a flavor infused. The meat is juicy with plenty of mushroom and Caramelize onion. Asian wraps, it was alright for me. It could have more chop chicken and slides of pickle veggy. The lettuce is not the iceberg lettuce typical served in this dish ,but the lettuce they used is smaller and softer texture. Is not bad , but not my fav. I would recommend coming here in the near future to try more on their menu. read more

Came in for a late dinner. Checked in on the wait list and was told that it would be about 40 minutes to an hour. It was actually a lot less than that. Maybe 20 minutes so that was really nice. We sat down on the patio outside as a large party. Our server came over, got drink orders, took orders for food and once the orders were replaced it wasn't too long. After that the food was brought out. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant was very clean. The food was actually really good. read more

Went to C&B for the first time last night... had a table on the patio during the Christmas parade & we had a wonderful time! Great atmosphere, great service, and delicious food!! Make sure to try the cauliflower!!! 10 out of 10!! Our server, Miles was AWESOME! He was so friendly & patient with the kids. We had an issue with two of our meals and he took care of it right away. Very apologetic & made sure all was taken care of. We also met the owner, Ron who was just as friendly and welcoming. Can't wait to go back for an adult night & check out the speakeasy! read more

Great ambience and service. Just know this- the menu has been drastically cut down due to covid. Sadly they cut all the healthy items. I posted some pictures of the new menu. It's basically just bar snacks and garbage comfort foods- which I know sells! So I don't blame C&B. They have to stay in business. We ended up going down the street to the Havana Kitchen and were able to get more of what we were looking for. read more

We came here yesterday for the first time, it was great! Our server was friendly and the food was awesome. We only waited for about 10 minutes to be seated then ordered some drinks and food shortly after. We got: Shrimp and Polenta, chicken pesto pasta and kids Mac n cheese for the little one. Really enjoyed Crush and Brew! Great service and atmosphere as well as food! We sat in the bar area and were able to watch football. My fiancé got the shrimp while I order the gnocchi. First time here.. great looking from the outside- friendly staff however the food didn't match. Everything we ordered came up short other than the ice tea. No fries for the pork belly fries...nor the pulled pork sandwich. Burned the basic bun that was supposed to be a "brioche" bun. No bacon for the bacon Caesar salad .. not to mention the homemade Caesar dressing was melted butter and basaltic vinegar- and 38 stale croutons... yep - counted pulling them out as my bowl was full of them. You ask were we charged full price?.. 100% I don't know how this happened but I should have taken the hint when there were only 3 other tables sat when the rest of downtown Temecula was packed with a long wait. read more

Brought this girl for a date night to old town. We didn't know where to go so we stopped by crush and brew to decide. Before we knew it we stayed and got some food and drinks there. Not only was the food and drinks awesome. The server was awesome. CAM our server made sure everything was on time, communicated, and made the experience amazing! Got a 2nd date as well. read more

Well, here we go. Another new restaurant I tired out in Temecula being a new resident since last month. My wife and I ordered the steak sandwich which was highly recommended by the waiter. Unfortunately his advice turned out to be really bad. Probably one of the worst sandwiches I've ever had in my entire life. The thin slices of steak was like shoe rubber. No flavor. Was cold when it was served and the entire sandwich was flat out horrible. No melted cheese no sauce super dry tasteless with a chimichurri sauce that had very little flavor. I had to let the manager and waiter know that the quality of their food was not up to par. Definitely won't be coming back. read more

last night we went to celebrate a family birthday and this place was the worse. first we waited 10 minutes to finally get acknowledged by the host and the only reason they seated us is because we said " do we sit ourselves ".. we had reservations for 6pm and right away we put in our order from that time it took 49 minutes to get our appetizers and from then on our food came out sporadically and that's only after constantly asking for our food. now the food ...the wings were ok not bad ... the caprese salad was gross .. it had lettuce and onions with balsamic apparently "it's the original caprese " per the server .. but had to send it back since it had food flies and no cheese never seen a caprese salad without cheese or tomatoes.. my daughter had a cesar salad and it was lettuce with balsamic and bacon and some white dressing .. for sure not a cesar salad ...i had ask for my burger to be in a sourdough bun which they accommodated with a half burn bread then the burgers we're tasteless no flavor the worse part is our birthday boy didn't even get his food because after waiting an hour and half we just had to leave hungry and go get food somewhere else .. do not recommend read more

I was there Saturday night with friends. Live music was playing, the bartender was friendly, we sat at the bar to eat (for an hour) as we waited for our time to enter the Speak Easy bar behind the curtain. Drinks were great , but my chicken sandwich needed seasoning. At least the crispy golden fries were seasoned and delicious! My friends ate burgers and were very happy with their selection. The roasted Brussels sprouts are a must have! The Speak Easy behind the curtain was a small saloon decorated like the old Wild West. Round card tables, antlers up on the walls, a mounted bison head, pink wall paper, and a piano. Cute place! I had a dessert drink "Neopolitan," which tasted like ice cream with a sprinkle of cayenne pepper. It was the type of drink that had to be sipped extra slow. Actually everyone at my table had very strong drinks that had them sipping slow, LOL. Two thumbs up! read more

This is my second time at Crush & Brew, the Menu has had some updating and is better than ever! The flatbread and hummus where both light and full of flavor. Service was great! Our server, although I cannot for the life of me remember her name, was very sweet and gave us the time we needed but was there when we needed her. As for management, the manager, Lester, was very present on the floor checking on tables, making everyone feel welcome and at home. Very friendly and happy atmosphere. Would recommend!!! read more

While in So Cal I visited this place. The atmosphere was great, and the servers were even better. The fish and chips were awesome, but I think the best part of the meal were the house-made condiments. The ketchup that I had was like no other that I've ever had before. When asked, the server said that it was made with raisin and cinnamon (who would have thought), as well as, other ingredients. Whenever I'm back in Temecula I've got to come back here. read more

Very FALSE ADVERTISING. Loved our server, she was very sweet BUT our "hummus" was nothing as described-had cilantro, which one of our family members is allergic too. Our "fish and chips" was more like a "chips with one piece of small fish." The burgers we ordered were also missing their "Hawaiian bun" read more

Loved loved the food!! Got the Hawaiian flatbread! Excellent...me being a baby and any others who can't handle the heat, get the jalapeños on the side Monday is the classic burger and beer special 11 bucks! Super tasty burger! We will be back! Came here over memorial day weekend and my husband and I decided to have a little fun and do a little barhopping with one drink and one appetizer along Old Front Street. Came to Crush & Brew and the hostess was sweet by Seating us right up front along the street, and allowed us to have seats with backs without giving us any grief. Then Mateo was our waiter and he was so helpful, kind and fun! He and the hostess participated in making our day fun wWill definitely come back! read more

The service was amazing. Mateo was our waiter/server and he was outstanding . The sticky Toffee cake was delicious and wayyy better than anything my table ordered . Stay away from the cooked rocks with bread aka burgers . Super dry meat . Kind of remind me of beef jerky . The fries is a no go . Again if you want to go for food save your money. However if you go for just a nice ambiance, this is your place. read more

Party of 10... We came in for happy hour at five. We had no problem getting a table because the restaurant is fairly open at this time (as well as parking in Old Town). I ordered a flight of wine because the happy hour special is pretty much all drinks for 2 dollars off. My wine flight (5 wines) was 10 dollars instead of 12. Both are good prices. Our food got a bit mixed up. My friend had to re-order her half grilled cheese plate and my ceasar salad with no pine nuts and no chicken was messed up with my friends order who wanted chicken and pine nuts. The ceasar was good but could use more dressing. The service was very good. Our waiter was very attentive and fast to make suggestions. I love the decor in here and outdoor patio. I definitely recommend coming in for happy hour and taking advantage of the drink specials. read more

I ordered the Cajun shrimp dish with polenta the dish came out from the kitchen on the cold side my wife had the chicken pesto pasta. Was excellent. We both ordered a glass of the house Cabernet $13 each that's ridiculous it tasted like 2 Buck Chuck . Overall I give it a five out of 10 the service was excellent the food was fair the price on the wine was ridiculous read more

My wife and I stopped by for dinner. Hostess sat us down pretty quickly as it looked like a slow evening. Than we sat and sat and sat. Good Service, but disappointed in the burger. Service was good but very slow. I'm guessing someone called in sick or took off to the beach. I ordered the lettuce wraps and classic burger. The lettuce wraps was pretty good, nothing special but pretty good. The classic burger was, just a burger. I have to use a gluten free hamburger bun, which they have, is basically the only real reason why I came to this place for lunch. Like I said just a burger. If you're just visiting Temecula this place is cool and maybe really good. If you live in or nearby this place is just another restaurant in Temecula. read more

With the speakeasy setting and vintage decor, it would add a fun touch and make the experience feel even more authentic. There are plenty of large TVs, which was nice and the decor inside was very rustic chic. I ordered a Royal Maid cocktail, which was delicious and refreshing. I saw a number of people order bottles of wine, wine flights, and bloody marys, so definitely a popular place for early drinking :) We ordered the Brew Burger (amazing-the BF inhaled that thing so quickly!) and the hearty greek with chicken. The salad was phenomenal and did not skimp on the toppings at all! The accompanying cheese bread was also a nice touch. Minus one star for average service (would have loved more of the small-town friendly vibe that we received other places) and being overpriced. After 25 years in Temecula there isn't a restaurant that I haven't tried, and it seems their viability has really come down to their service. While it took me a little bit to get over to Crush & Brew I am so glad I did. The atmosphere is relaxing, the food authentic, and the service bar none. Not to mention frequent live music that just catalyzes the overall enjoyable ambience of the entire place. I have had the pleasure of being served by a few of the staff there, and I rarely recommend staff, but Arielle has routinely offered exemplary service. Coming from the restaurant industry, my family holds a pretty high standard and Arielle exceeds this without question. Literally the worst service of all time. Our server went on his break right after we ordered and we didn't have any service after that. Our food was so late. Multiple tables that had ordered after us got their food before. One of the orders was messed up. When we sent it back, it took 15 more minutes until we got the food back and there was still an issue. Tried speaking to the manager and he was not aware or cared about anything that was happening. We had a table full of servers and bartenders and it was super disappointing on how we were treated and any service at all wasn't present. No one on staff acknowledged what was happening. Great tap beer selection - we did the sampler (4 pours 4 oz each)....porters & browns for me, IPA's for my husband. We also shared a brew burger, mac & cheese and an extra order of creole seasoned fries. Mac was amazing, very rich and cheesy yumminess. Burger was ok, over cooked from the med-rare order and only half of burger had the proper toppings on it. Our server corrected the "issue" by bringing us an extra side of the toppings (blue cheese, mushrooms & sautéed onions) so her efforts and care made the burger great! My wife and I frequent this place often and always enjoy the food and atmosphere. If you're hungry for a burger, I think they have the best in town! The Whiskey burger is one of my favorites and they've recently added a few different wing offerings which are tasty. Always great beer selections and the staff is great. We particularly enjoy Lisa Marie who always treats us well and remembers us. It's definitely a place you should check out. One of my favorite restaurants in all of Temecula. They have surprisingly good eats and incredible bar service! You will have to wait a bit to get seated so be prepared. We sat at the bar and had Joey serve us the first time. He was great, good drinks , great personality. We've gone back since and love the Thursday night live music, the servers, and the food.
