Based on my just completed visit, a better name would be Saggy's or Droopy's. $24.85 got me a large veggie pizza for pickup with a crust so soft that not a single slice could hold its ingredients. Olives slices, tomato specks, green pepper bits and more bounced off me and immediately disappeared under the car seat. The entire pie was mushy, bland, seemingly devoid of herbs or spices and a total pain to deal with. We are visiting from Tennessee. Wish we had one of these places in our town. Times are tough right now can't get people to work but this didn't slow these people down. If I'm only rating on the food I give Crusty's Pizza a 5 star. The crust was crisp edges, but not too dense and definitely tasty. We ordered, Crusty's Deluxe minus the green peppers. Atmosphere can use an update 4 star. However, I was impressed by the 5 star customer service! We were greeted, seated, and checked on for refills, and if we had any questions about the menu, etc. I think the wait time was also reasonable. We drove up from Wickenburg just to try this place out and it absolutely did not disappoint. We ordered the small antipasto salad, the Crusty's special, and a half dozen wings. The small salad was HUGE! They had cheese bread on the side, and the toppings on the pizza were amazing. The staff was super friendly, I didn't try the wings but my husband and son loved them. I am glad we only ordered a medium pizza because even at that we took food home. Drinks were plentiful and we didn't have to chase a server down for refills. I was very impressed by the whole experience. Especially getting to watch the pizza dough being tossed while we waited for our food. Great place, great experience. We will be back. Never again will we order here... The first couple times when we ordered in it was ok. The first time I ordered a salad and the hubby a pasta. Mine being an entree should have come out with the pasta, instead it came out 15 min before AND the chicken was refrigerator cold On a couple other occasions we ordered pizza which was simply ok, the sauce is seriously lacking in flavor and upset the stomach of hubby. This last time was the worst, I ordered garlic sticks and instead got cheesy bread, what they said was their "new garlic sticks".... It's not the same thing at all. The people working there were nice and helpful, and it was a lot of food for not too high of a price! We ordered two pizzas, cheese breadsticks, and garlic bread. The cheese breadsticks came down from heaven and were slathered in cheese. Probably the best I ever had. The garlic bread was very slow to come out and didn't get to us until we were all done eating. So slow but still good. Since we came specifically for pizza and were told we were in for a treat we were expecting something phenomenal. While the toppings were huge and chunky and covered the pizza well, the crust was not think enough to support it. We are not familiar with this area, as we were traveling from CA - but we're so glad we decided to stop by here and eat after our time at the "Out of Africa" experience. I met a gal there for a blind date. we walked in and were told to sit where we liked. a young gal came and got us drinks. then an older lady, well endowed, that has worked there a longtime came up to take are order. She looked at me funny and said, YOU SMELL BAD! I was taken aback and said, i'm sorry i just came from work. she said thats ok but you smell bad! I asked if we should leave and she said, no.
