My bros and i found this place by mistake since we weren't feeling vegetarian today We saw picanha, we read meat, decision made And this place was absolutely amazing. The meat is cooked perfectly, carlos and the servers provide great service, and they take care of you. The restaurant is nice, clean, and easily accessible This is definitely getting added to our spot to come often so 100% please visit. One suggestion i would have is please get plantains those are perfect with the meat read more

We had been to one of the Vegas locations a while ago and really liked it and wanted to try this place. Ordered the combo mix plate, which had picanha, sausage, and chicken, to share with my wife. I was around the area and I was looking for a good place to eat. I went to this place and I ordered the Picanha plate. The food was great, meat was juicy and veggies at the correct seasoning. Black beans were good as well. The place was clean and service was fast. The was a patio as well but o wanted to eat inside. It was clean and nice atmosphere to have a good lunch. Went here last minute because my boyfriend's flight got diverted to Ontario airport. Ordered two picanha plates, one with fries and a Cesar and one with sweet potato fries and a Cesar. Steak was a decent charbroiled steak, and sausage was a tad salty but good. Cesar was super creamy, but honestly the fries of both varieties were the best part. I saw this restaurant on Instagram and had to try it. Picanha is one of the best cuts of beef I've ever had. The fat cap distinguishes it from any other cut of beef out there. I'm happy to say that I tried the picanha sandwich and the garlic mushrooms, and they were delicious! The perfectly cooked medium rare steak with the chimichurri and the toasted bread were out of this world! The mushrooms were spectacular. The service was also exceptional. It's situated in front of Brew Haven in Ontario, CA. A great place to visit of you love want to have a great experience. The ambiance was casual and chill. I anticipated the opening of Picanha for months and was not disappointed! It's really nice to have a casual steak option in the area. It's added a little more variety into our collection of local spots for take-out. The lunch special is a fair value. It comes with a protein and two sides. If you get fries in your take-out order, I recommend you time your pick-up well because they're so so crispy when they're fresh but they do go soft quickly when sitting in the take-out box. The steak has been consistently cooked and tender in all my orders. The Caesar salad is yummy but pretty standard. I'm excited to try some of the other sides in my next orders! The lunch special may not seem like a lot of food but it does fill you up without leaving you feeling overly full. I will say that outside of the lunch special, prices are a bit steep especially with the dinner options. It's the reason we don't go here often but it does make for a nice treat when you do feel like spending a bit more. read more

This is the first visit to this establishment. It started from a food truck and has been here six months, it's pretty popular. The customer service is great, the young lady that took our order was curious and professional. We had the Picanha steak plate with french fries and macaroni and cheese and sausage.This came with a free pork belly taco. The food was to our liking tasted delicious.The interior has a few tables and the exterior has a big patio so you can sit down and enjoy your meal. It's really nice. The vibe is great. Tried their lunch items, the steak was pretty good, but really thin and a little too fatty for me. The chimichurri sauce definitely helped with the flavor. The chicken was surprisingly juicy and also worked best with the sauce it came with. Portion sizes felt a little small for the price. The fries were nicely seasoned and crunchy, tasted like the same ones you'd get from La Bufadora. I ordered macaroni but got rice instead, which was a bit disappointing. The staff seemed nice, and the space was small but clean. Since it was empty, though, it felt a little awkward to sit down and eat there. Overall, not bad. If you don't feel like cooking steak at home, this spot will get the job done. But would I come back? Probably not. For the price I rather cook my own steak read more

This is more in the 4.5-4.25 star range. First off the place is super clean and we were greeted by I believe the owner. He was extremely nice and friendly. Commented on my hat and how great a weekend the Chicago sports team lol. The food was great as well. I got the picanha plate and it's enough to feed two people. Comes with two sides. Picanha plate was very tasty. For $27, it's much better than most Brazilian places out there. Flavor is very authentic to Brazil and Venezuela. Rice, black beans, sausage and fried yucca. All the sauces complement the food, specially the green sauce. Service is quick and very welcoming. The dinning area and restrooms were very clean. So many new restaurants in this area but today we decided to try Picanha Steak Restaurant-- and very glad we did! I had the Picanha plate and my husband tried the burger, both were absolutely delicious with so many sides to choose from! My steak was cooked perfectly and a good sized portion at 8 oz! I love that you can enjoy a restaurant quality meal without the formality of a fine dining restaurant. This would make a great place for family with children who want to enjoy a nice steak date night or breakfast) without the worries of keeping your kids "behaved" (outdoor seating is closed in and spacious but will keep your kids confined if they don't like to stay seated). This was my first time coming here and I frequent the shopping area so this was a treat! Came with my department from work. The owner Carlos, was very helpful and friendly. He explained the menu and food options. It's a nice size inside to dine in but there is a patio too, which we sat at. The food was so good! I had the lunch special with picanha steak. The service was very friendly and rather quick from order to walk out and was satisfied with everything. Everything appears to be 25 to $27 so if you come in with a crew expected drop a few It's a little pricey because you're paying for premium steak but it was well worth it I enjoyed it. My husband and I love picanha. I can't believe we have a picanha steak restaurant in the area (albeit we came over from Temecula, but it was worth it). Ordered the picanha plate and picanha tacos (rare), and pork belly tacos -- cooked to perfection! Solid amount of quality meat that is so tender and moist. Love that it wasn't too salty either, but they had salt and pepper available. The father and son that own this place clearly love what they do and their food shows it. They came by to say hi and it was so great to see how genuinely kind and welcoming people they are, as well as passionate about their craft. The restaurant is beautiful and modern, and most importantly we can have a great steak meal in a casual setting. Extremely disappointed with my experience at today. My order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 3:30 PM, but I didn't receive it until 3:50 PM. Waiting an extra 20 minutes would be frustrating enough, but somehow the food was still cold when I got it. How does food take 20 minutes longer than promised and still come out cold? To make matters worse, my shrimp taco was completely flipped over in the container and looked like it had been tossed around before being handed to me. The mac and cheese was also unacceptable. I paid for an order and received what looked like half a spoonful. Late, cold food, sloppy packaging, and tiny portions are not what customers should expect, especially for the prices being charged. This was a very disappointing experience, and unfortunately, I won't be returning. read more

The steak was so flavorful and cooked perfectly, and the sides were just as good (highly recommend the fried yucca and garlic mushrooms). Portions are generous, so you definitely leave happy and full. The vibe is super welcoming, relaxed but with that little touch of special that makes you want to come back. This time they were able to give me a different cut, but the other two people who ordered the tri-tip in our party weren't able to get medium rare tri-tip because everything available was overcooked. Other than that everything was delicious.

I'm guessing they ran out of pulled pork because while we ordered the same thing, we received different portions which was okay since they were both yucky! All I can say is this was the absolute worst baked potato I've ever had and it was cold and yucky. This was my 3rd and LAST time here, I can get much better food that's hot and tasty with the portion being commensurate with the cost. Overall, horrible service from entry to exit!
