Elias and his brother are top tier -- Both extremely communicative and advocates for the customer. Elias is personable and relatable, easily dispelling the anger and frustration from being in this predicament. He urged me to look out for things that I didn't know to look for. He's worked with numerous car insurance companies and rental agencies and so the entire process was smooth and easy. Apart from the hurdles of dealing with the other person's insurance (nothing related to Reliance), I finally received my car back safe and sound. I'm extremely happy with the results. My car is wrapped with a color PPF that they were able to safely remove, remove the dent, and repaint the bumper. I am looking forward to rewrapping him once the paint curing period is over. Practically unheard of for an autobody shop! California Collision is one of those unicorns. My only regret is not hearing of them sooner. Reflecting back on my involuntary experience of being the receiving end of a rear-end collision on the freeway, California Collision was the clear stand out. Not only did they get my BMW back on the road like it never happened, they handled it like a concierge would. Take that from a regular business traveler that works in the private equity world. George and Team handled everything in my best interests. They are an honest to goodness family business; the real deal- they all share the same last name. The first thing George did during the drop-off process was insist on giving me a walk-thru tour of the *entire* shop and work area. Other shops hesitate and deflect with these requests but George volunteers it first thing without even being asked. After using the restroom on the way out, there was not a corner I didn't see. Communication and customer service is first class- my calls, messages, and emails were always returned in a timely manner. They dealt with insurance and the car rental. I didn't have to do anything besides provide approvals. The job was done exactly how I wanted and even exceeded expectations. My BMW is older now and I expected aftermarket parts but I ended up coming out with all OEM parts at 0 expense to me. Even my optional factory/ OEM+ M-division performance parts were handled. Color match and fit were factory perfect. George is a perfectionist and personally inspects your vehicle after work is done and only releases back to you after it passes his high expectations. Maziel (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) was a gem from the beginning. Our 2020 Kia Telluride was rear-ended, and our insurance sent us to Fremont Collision Center. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a smile, and the location was clean and really taken care of. They even had a vending machine--which stood out to us since we own one ourselves. Maziel came out to look at our car and had us sign some paperwork. The process was quick and easy. Throughout this headache of an experience, she kept us informed while always maintaining her friendly demeanor. Unfortunately, the insurance company ended up totaling our car, so we won't get to see the actual work Fremont Collision does. But based on their customer service alone, I would have no problem bringing another vehicle to their location. Hopefully I won't need to--but it's reassuring to know they're there.
