He's worked with numerous car insurance companies and rental agencies and so the entire process was smooth and easy. Apart from the hurdles of dealing with the other person's insurance (nothing related to Reliance), I finally received my car back safe and sound. I'm extremely happy with the results. My car is wrapped with a color PPF that they were able to safely remove, remove the dent, and repaint the bumper. I am looking forward to rewrapping him once the paint curing period is over. Confusing billing and very rude phone calls…read more I had a very frustrating experience with this body shop. My car was repaired here after an accident that was 100% the other driver's fault, and the repair was supposed to be handled through insurance (Progressive). When I picked up my car last year, I already paid the amount they asked for. However, months later they started calling me repeatedly, claiming I still owed additional money. The calls were frequent and the staff was very rude on the phone. The most confusing part is that their own documents show that the remaining balance should actually be paid by the insurance company, not by me. I even sent them the insurance company's explanation, but they kept insisting I should pay. I am attaching the documents they provided. The numbers clearly show the inconsistency. If you plan to repair your car here, be very careful with their billing and communication. My experience with their customer service and billing process was extremely disappointing.

So, I found Raymond Quadros and The Professionals. I sent him pictures first, but he said he really needed to see the truck, so I drove from Gilroy to San Jose. After looking at it, he explained how he would do the job, gave me an estimate on the spot and we set up a date for the work. He is very experienced and professional - after years of working in body shops, he's been on his own for 10 years. He showed up on time in his well-equipped van and proceeded to set up and get to work in our driveway. I have a little body work experience, and he was very detailed and thorough - taping, sanding, filling, sanding, sealing, priming, sanding, painting and clear coat. He was here for 9 hours. He mixes the color himself - the color match is perfect and the truck looks great! He only works mobile, so you have to have a place for him to do the work (he mentioned that apartments are out). He also doesn't have all the equipment of a body shop to disassemble vehicles and do extensive body work, but for minor body work and paint, he does an excellent job at a very reasonable price.
