We decided to go with DG autobody for a couple of reasons though their quote was not the lowest. We always believe that you get what you pay for. The shops which quoted lower than DG were run down shops, and the technicians did not appear professional. There's no room to park your car even ! The paint on my 2004 GMC Yukon started peeling badly over the past 1.5 years to the point that it was pointless to even wash my car - it just didn't look good. I found DG Auto Body & Paint on the internet. The reviews I read were very positive. What also appealed to me was the ability to get an on-line estimate by sending in photos and a description of the work I was requesting. At least I was able to get a ball park figure that was in my price range before bringing my car in for an in person inspection and estimate. I thought their on-line estimate was fair and they were honest enough to pre-warn the price could go up upon closer inspection. When I brought my car in for an in person estimate, the owner (David) pointed out a few developing rust spots that would require extra labor which brought the estimate up and additional 360.00 - again, it seemed fair. He (David) also had his crew straighten out my rear bumper which was slightly pushed in on one side. I was informed the job would take 7-10 days to complete. David texted me photos of my Yukon through various stages of it being prepped and painted which was kind of neat and made doing business there more personable. My Yukon was done on the 9th day and it turned out really nice! It feels great driving my nice shiny car and I look forward to getting it waxed and fully detailed after the 30 day waiting (curing) period. A few years ago, I had a car painted by DG auto body when it was a Macao franchise. It was a two-tone '56 Belair and they did an amazing job for an amazing price. Recently my 2014 Honda pilot was starting to show signs of oxidation. It only had 112,000 miles on it and we only put about 4000 miles a year on it so it was going to last us a long time. I decide to have it repainted. Once again, I took it to DG. There are no longer a franchise, but they still did an amazing job. The car looks brand new, and the price could not be beat. It's a real challenge making a decision on body shops when you have a limited selection for direct insurance-to-shop arrangements. We went with DG and were satisfied with the work from a fender bender. While your insurance may not authorize authentic parts, the shop did a nice job with the paint on our CX5. Everyone was professional and transparent throughout the process. While not really required, would have been nice to get a detailed car back. I was out of state when my aunt, who was driving my car, got into an accident. She took the car to this location to have the bumper replaced. When I asked her about the condition of the car, her answers were vague, so I decided to visit the repair shop myself to get some clarity as the owner. I requested photos of the car taken when it was brought in for repairs, which is a reasonable request, especially considering future resale. When I arrived, the front desk staff called a man over who questioned my request and displayed a poor attitude, asking why I wanted the pictures and if I was planning to sell the car. He eventually showed me a picture on a computer screen and told me to take a photo with my phone. However, capturing an image from a monitor resulted in a low-quality photo with visible lines. I asked if they could print the pictures for me, but they refused. I left with unclear photos and will likely return when I'm preparing to sell the car. I'm considering legal action since, as the owner, I believe I have the right to access these images read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about owner David Guiterrez and DG Auto Body & Paint! I was referred to David personally by a longtime friend and nearby business owner. I have a 2006 Nissan Altima that was in perfect condition with exception of the paint. On my model car the paint on the hood, roof and trunk seems to oxidize over time. When I arrived to get a quote David's, wife was right there to greet me with a warm & friendly smile. She took down all my information to get the process started so my visit would go flawlessly. David came out to greeted me and immediately looking at my car knew, exactly what I wanted to do. He looked over it meticulously and discovered items I had the option of fixing. (Which I did) He didn't mind that I brought my boyfriend along to ask questions I may have not thought of or remembered and completely respected him tagging long. His estimates were extremely reasonable and I even choose the higher quote because I felt confident that he was going to do everything just right. Since this was the first time I've ever done anything like this he didn't mind all the questions I had and how I needed him to explain things to me in a little more detail. The day I dropped my car off, their manager Freddy helped me and also didn't a great job explaining everything again. He was polite and had great customer service! David kept me up-to-date with pictures and progress reports. (which I loved!!!!) They painted & repaired the car in a reasonable time frame for me which was very much appreciated! Once I returned, David & his wife went over everything they had done and the car looked PNEMONINAL!!!!!! Better than when I first purchased it in 2006. I could see my reflection and the car was soooo smooth to the touch! I wish I could of hugged David they did such a good job but because of Covid.... that's how happy it made me feel. My 19 year old car was in desperate need of a paint job. I spoke with more than half a dozen auto body shops: most wouldn't take on work that was not insurance related, and the few that did provide a quote were exorbitantly expensive. Just when I was about to give up hope, I stopped by DG Auto Body & Paint on a whim. The receptionist told me that everyone had just gone into a meeting and asked if I could return later that day. But I lived an hour away and wouldn't be back in the area for a while so I said I would wait. Just a few minutes later, David Gutierrez, the company president stepped out to say that they were still waiting for someone to join on conference call so he could give me ten minutes.
