I was promised follow-up over the course of five weeks but never received a single call. Instead, I had to call the office four separate times just to find out what my insurance would cover and what it wouldn't. I also was given an upsell recommendation for four crowns on fillings that simply needed to be replaced. Scheduling was also an issue. I received a text confirming one appointment time, only to get a call the day before "confirming" a completely different time. When I pointed out that I had a confirmation text with the original time, I was told, "Oh, well, can you come at this time? No? Okay, I'll call you back." I never received a call back. The final issue involved obtaining medical clearance from my OB. The office was supposed to contact my doctor's office for approval. On the day of my appointment, since I live 40 minutes away, I called to confirm they had received the clearance before making the drive. I was told, "I called this morning, but no reply. Do you want to call them?" At that point, it felt like I was responsible for coordinating communication that should have been handled by the dental office. Overall, the experience felt like one long goose chase. The lack of communication, follow-up, and professionalism was frustrating. Unfortunately, I would recommend looking elsewhere for your dental care.

When I voiced my concerns, rather than addressing the issue, they encouraged me to find another dentist -- which was deeply unprofessional and dismissive. The receptionist, Myra was wonderful--she went above and beyond to help me with my insurance coverage and made sure I could be seen right away. The office itself is beautiful--modern, clean, and has a calming atmosphere that really helps ease any dental anxiety. I ended up needing a root canal and crown, which can be intimidating, but Dr. Kim made the entire process smooth and reassuring. He took the time to clearly explain everything beforehand and continued to walk me through what he was doing during the procedure.
