More than unprofessional, the representative said he made a personal mistake on the price, then the driver said it was because of Russia and the cost of diesel prices (they are a few miles away). When I called to dispute, the guy said he raised the rate because I upset his schedule when I checked to see if I needed the water or not, and then hung up on me. When I called back and asked him to be more professional, he talked tough and hung up again. The Fairfield based Pool company placed the delivery without telling me and I got charged $200 for hesitating five minutes. Maybe this is acceptable behavior in 2022.

We go on a weekly basis during the summer months to the pool. They have a baby pool, 1 ft deep, one 4 feet deep with a slide and 1 full lap 5ft deep with 7 lanes and a diving pool. All manned with a lifeguard at all times. Besides alloying you to use their BBQ area, they have a cafeteria where they sell, burgers, hotdogs fried Oreo cookies.. etc.. THEY are delicious and prices are pretty good. During halloween they set up a hunted forest and i loved it. one down side for me is that people bring their BBQ grills and leave them there all year and we cant use them, so usually dont know which bench is taken or not.

Having called over this worrying issue, we were greeted my a young employee who had taken in our complaints accordingly and respectfully. That is, however, until we receive a phone call a few moments later from the Owner/Director Glenn, who began to use a sense of slander-ace words and attitude alike. Stating, "You may have been nervous, but I wasn't, If you are not happy with the classes, then move on." All in a tone that would normally not even be thought of in a professional setting. Adding insult to injury, he also rudely made a sexist remark on my marriage before hanging up abruptly. As a mother of triplets with a full time job and barely any time to spare, this is unacceptable and unprofessional to any degree of business.

While I agree with the posters here that Lake Isle itself leaves much to be desired, it is unfair that Sportime's tennis program should be incorrectly saddled with Lake Isle's poor reviews...

Such a great place for kids! The water is gorgeous and so nicely maintained. The facilities are…read morenice and clean too. And the director and staff are SUPER sweet. In most pools, you see grumpy lifeguards twirling their whistles, wishing they were somewhere else! (I used to be a pool lifeguard - your job is not that bad, kiddos!) The guards here actually enjoy being there and are very warm and welcoming to my boys. A great way to spend the day!

I am not joking when I say that I called nearly a dozen different pool and spa companies to repair…read moremy leaking hot tub. Pacific Pool & Spa was the only company who was actually able to come out and repair my spa. Many companies simply do not repair tubs and only open or winterize at the beginning/end of the season. Other places would only repair a tub that they specifically sold you. Some would not come because I didn't know the brand of my tub (it's an older spa and it came with my home). I was so happy when Pacific Pool & Spa said they would be able to help me. My hot tub was leaking badly (imagine a 400/500 gallon tub leaking out in about 45 minutes). I was worried how extensive the damage was and how much the repairs would be. I sent some photos of the spa to Julie and Roy and they assured me that not only would they get the job done, but also that most likely the issue was not a major problem. Because of their busy schedule, I had to wait ~6-8 weeks before their team was able to come to my home, but it was totally worth it. Once the men arrived it only took them about an hour to find the problem (a seriously cracked elbow joint) and then another hour to repair the issue and put the panels back on the tub. A few hundred dollars later and my tub is good as new and ready for the summer! Big thanks to Julie and Roy for helping me out. I hope we won't have any more issues in the future, but if we do I will know where to turn!

I recently bought a Caldera hot tub from Prisco. Part of the process was supposed to be a site…read moreinspection. They never came out. I ended up sending photos. They claim that in their fine print it states that the customer is responsible for leveling the area where the tub will be placed. Even so, there are going to be minor adjustments needed when the tub is delivered and placed. I was charged $600 for delivery. Five guys placed the tub roughly where I outlined, but not precisely. I didn't stand over their shoulders to watch. The literally dumped and ran. Never bothered to check if it was level. The dry weight is 900 pounds. So I'm supposed to do that myself? The water fill line has a 3/4" slope from one side to the other. Not bad, all things considered. But HOW is that not part of the responsibility for delivery and set up? It's not a huge difference, but I know it's there. I've now been told that to correct It I have to buy a Spa Level R ($900) and they will come lift the tub after it's emptied for $1200. C'mon. Really?

Bought a hot tub from Prisco about 8 years ago. It developed a leak early this spring that I wanted…read moreto get repaired. To help expedite the process, I even removed the front panel and sent them a video of where the leak was. They said they would get back to me about when they could schedule someone. I waited a week, didn't hear anything, and then wrote them again. They finally sent someone a few days later who told me he had never seen the video and and that the repair needed would have to be done by their "leak team". He said someone will be in touch about scheduling that appointment. I waited another week without hearing anything and had to reach out to them yet again and it was another week after that before another person showed up only to tell me he couldn't fix the problem without having the hot tub removed and taken to the shop because he was unable to access the leaking pipe. He told me it would cost thousands of dollars and I would probably be better off buying a new one. He told me someone would reach out to let me know about what the cost of repair was if he didn't fact, have it removed. Again, no one called me in the three weeks I waited for someone to reach out. I gave up on them finally and called a local guy who was able to access and remove the leaking pipe in about a half hour of work. He is now in the process of building a replacement PVC section and will be back next week to install it. Prisco seems only interested in making a sale and then leaving you in the lurch when it comes time for a repair. And even worse, their service department is unresponsive. I guess I should count myself lucky that they were so abysmal because I could've easily got sucked into spending thousands based on their false assertion that the problem pipe could not be accessed instead of the few hundred that this will now cost me.
