This company has been wonderful, they showed up at the time of the appointment, the pricing was right in range with other window companies I priced. Furthermore, I was in a time crunch because I'm moving and the window had to be fixed before that time, this was only 5 days from the quote day. Wendy (front desk) squeezed me in and the window technician Augie was polite, kind, and professional. Honestly there is a reason this company has great ratings! (Duh! They're awesome) Don't be that person that gets hung out to dry from some random company that decided that day they would install windows for extra money. Do yourself a favor call this company. Did a great job taking care of my auto glass needs

My husband and I used Crystal Clear View Glass after some crackhead tried to break into our house by throwing a rock through the window. They were very nice and polite when I made the first call (even when I misunderstood a question and began to ramble off topic - lol) and the service continued to be high quality when the contractor showed up. He was nice to our dogs and he even let my husband shadow him so he could learn the process...that would have annoyed the shit out of me personally, but God bless this, guy. He was super nice about it. I know because my husband came back from the "lesson" all smiling and stoked about understanding this guy's job (again- my nightmare situation at work so I commend this guy, which I remember his name. I'm so bad with names) My only criticism/negative feedback is pretty minor but significant. When I scheduled the window, I chose 11 am to 1 pm. However, when I didn's see or hear from anyone by 1:15 pm, I called and was told that my slot is actually 12 pm to 2 pm. Now, again, mistakes happen and I wasn't working so I had all day to deal with this, not a big deal. But, I thought I would mention it because otherwise, the service was amazing but being told the wrong time and waiting around is a bummer so I thought I'd share. read more

This is the second time that we have used Crystal Clear View Glass. It was outstanding service on both occasions. We recently purchased a new third floor condo that needed virtually all windows replaced. Contacted Wendy and Brandon and within a week had the replacement windows ordered up. Waited another two weeks for new windows to be manufactured. The install, given that it was a third floor condo unit, was a significant challenge. It involved the use of a three story lift and there was quite a bit of prep work to get the windows ready for install. Brandon and his crew made the absolute difficult look easy. His attention to detail, solid work ethic and gracious customer service are second to none. They had been worn down to nothing and the doors were almost impossible to open and close. This company is my hero! My fiancé and I were super close to selling our house. The house was at the final walkthrough stage of the sale. We had fixed all requested issues but one. The one left was a cracked window that had been damaged during a storm while the house was on market. We had paid for the window to be fixed, but, the installer needed to wait for the glass supplier to provide the glass. Which would be after the closing date. So we advised the buyer that the window was paid for and will be fixed after closing. Provided proof of payment and warranty info. The buyer agreed that this acceptable. Done Deal! I'm talking like papers are signed. Buyer and seller in agreement that this a done deal. But then, (bum, buum, buuummm) the buyer's lender will not approve the deal till the window is fixed. And now we have an issue. The sale was all supposed to go down on the last week of December and with all of the holidays the glass supplier was closed. And since we have been negotiating with this buyer for over 2 months now and had agreed by contract that we would close before end year, we are now in breach of contract. And we on the verge of losing this deal and wasting 2 months of market time. We then (in desperate fashion) call Crystal clear view Glass to see if anything could be done. They advise us that they going to put a rush on it and try and get it done on the 3rd of January. We were grateful and went back to our realtor with the news hoping she could make it work. This was all dropped on us Friday. So Saturday as we sat waiting for any news from our realtor. We got a call from the owner of Crystal Clear View Glass. He had heard what was happening and took his Saturday to personally go to the supplier, get the glass and go to our sales property and install it! Everything is now back on track and are good to go! Very satisfied with the work and service provided by Crystal Clear View Glass. They fabricated and installed a master shower glass and a glass staircase. Like all contractors we had a few hiccups along the way but Brandon, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Brandon stayed until almost 9 PM on a Saturday to complete the job and has followed up with me to make sure there were not any issues. The master installer Eric and his partner Luis did an awesome job with installation and fixing an unforeseen problem as well. Glass had to be ordered because my window was dual pane and only the outside was cracked. Everything super smooth and professional. **Edit/Update** Immediately after posting my review, the owner of the company personally called me to discuss the issues we had and apologize. I was pretty impressed by this and we had a great conversation. I understand that sometimes things don't always go perfectly or as planned in business but from all the great reviews they have on here, it seems that this was just a little bump in the road and probably due to trying to get everything done in the middle of the holidays. After this conversation, I would give this company another chance in the future. We had a rather frustrating experience with this company from start to finish. I will say, the window is in and it looks great. But, I was a bit bothered from the beginning when the guys coming out to give a quote were more than 2 hours late. I do understand that things come up and can be delayed but I had to call and make sure they were still coming. I was supposed to receive emails that I never received. We were in a bit of a rush since we were selling the house and needed the window in before close. I know I annoyed the heck out of everyone because I had to keep calling and asking what was going on. Wendy was very patient with me and did her best to provide answers. We finally got the window installed the day before close... Rafael did a great job with install, was very friendly and on time. I think the company is fine but seems a bit disorganized and maybe not the fastest. I honestly probably wouldn't use them again but if you're not in any kind of rush, I'm sure it would be fine. My house has older Anderson windows that are very expensive to replace when they break. The designated repair company for Anderson wanted an arm and a leg to replace a small window, so I tried other vendors. I called Crystal and they gave a fair quote for the custom glass replacement. They brought out samples of glass to ensure I would be happy with the tint, before ordering the glass. It took about a month or two for them to order the special glass and build the replacement window. They then came out and installed it. Installation was quite arduous. Briefly, my shutters blocked the lock ring from being pulled out. Eric the installer did a terrific job overcoming the issue by cutting the ring and then reinserting it and caulking where he cut it to make it look like he didn't actually cut ring. I really appreciate the positive attitude he exhibited and his willingness to perform a difficult replacement that was potentially fraught with risk. The window is installed now and looks great.
