I recently had 41 Panes of glass replaced in my 3,000 square foot home by Crystal Clear View Glass. The windows (glass) was covered by my builder warranty but not the installation. I started my search to find a company too install the 41 panes by going to Home Adviser and was directed to 3 different companies that install customers glass. My first contact was with Wendy at Crystal Clear View Glass and I explained to her my situation and was not looking to buy the glass from them only to have glass installed. I also explained I needed the installer to be able to drive over 80 miles to pick up the glass. Previous calls to multiple other companies were eliminated as they were unable or unwilling to pick up the glass from the manufacturer. Wendy sent the owner of Crystal Clear View Glass (Brandon) to my house at the beginning of the year, 2017 (Brandon) to measure sizes and quote me a price for the installation and pick up 80 miles away. I knew nothing about windows and glass transport but was concerned about possible breakage and responsibility. I was provided a competitive quote by owner Brandon and shared my concerns with him regarding breakage from transport and inspection of the windows they were picking up in Prescott. Brandon listened to my concerns and added all of the resolutions to my contract, protecting me against breakage and guaranteeing me that if the sizes they measured were not correct they would be responsible. Unfortunately the glass company (Mi Windows) was not as responsive as Brandon and Wendy at Crystal Clear View. Months went by until May when Mi finally got my Glass made and it was ready for pickup. Referring back to the contract provided in January pricing was only guaranteed for 30 days. I expected when I called Crystal Clear View in late April that they would up the price for the install. Again Wendy called me and told me no problem with the contract that expired. Wendy setup a date for pickup of the glass as well as dates with me for installation. At that point Michelle took over to confirm dates with me and insure the project would go smoothly. The first crew showed up in early May with 6 installers and came 2 days later to complete the job. I am so PLEASED with not only the office personnel and the owner but the installers were very neatly uniformed, courteous and they treated my home like it was their own. Wearing shoe coverings when walking on carpeted areas, very polite and answered any questions I had when they were doing the installation. They moved furniture for access and put it back in place when done. Just prior to leaving the crew cleaned all the window glass inside and out as well as window sills and any debris left behind, even the garage was swept out and cleared of debris. I would highly recommend Crystal Clear View Glass for ANY type of glass and because of the EXTRAORDINARY service I received from them felt obligated to write this post on Yelp and will be getting a quote to re do my Master Bath shower. read more

I am sooo! pleased with Crystal Clear View Glass. This is the company to call for any kind of glass work! I can't say enough good about them. I contacted several glass companies to explain that I needed glass put in a rustic china cabinet to keep the dust out. I also wanted the glass removeable so I could clean it once in a while:) First company didn't bother to call me back. Second one had me send them pictures and later said they couldn't do anything like that. Crystal Clear View took my project on as a challenge and worked with me from day one to come up with a custom solution at a reasonable price. The two Wendys in the office kept in contact about appointments, measuring, specific details, etc. Kellee even made a special trip to my house to bring supplies for the glaziers. They treated me like family! Dennis and Ben did the installation. They, cut the glass to size on-site for each of six openings and installed it with special clips they had searched out, taking care to put the clips where they couldn't be seen when the cabinet doors are closed. Then they cleaned up every trace of any mess! I was definitely impressed. Crystal Clear View goes out of their way to provide exceptional customer service and insure perfection. We searched the Phoenix area for someone to install a shower glass enclosure for our remodeled master bedroom, we had 3 different companies come out to our home to provide us with quotes. After receiving the 3 quotes we decided on Crystal Clear Glass, the price was not the lowest, but both my wife and I was impressed with Brandon who came out to work with us on a selection and design. We were undecided on the regular glass as we heard about the star fire glass. Both Brandon and Wendy came out to our home to show us some samples with the difference between the regular glass and the star fire glass. We decided on the star fire glass and placed our order, Wendy was very helpful through the process. We even placed an order for a large mirror also for master bedroom and Wendy was patient with us. The installation crew came out for the installation today, they did an excellent job, they were very friendly and cleaned up after completing the project. I can't say enough about how amazing this company is! I needed a window replaced because my daughter had accidentally thrown a lacrosse ball at it (oops!). When looking for a company to replace the glass, I went through the website of the window company. First I tried Deemer Glass in Peoria, then Glendale Glass in Glendale. Both companies never gave me call backs. Finally, I called K&J Windows but because I needed only the glass replaced, they referred me to Crystal Clear View Glass and I am so glad they did! Crystal Clear View Glass went above and beyond - the response was fast, they were up front and honest, and overall friendly. I loved how they emailed me updates to let me know when the glass was expected to be delivered and what the next steps were. Company billed my credit card on June 1st 2022 and stated that they would have my new shower glass installed by June 29th 2022 they did not show up to the job I actually had to call them which at that time they stated that the had a glass delay and would have it installed 3 weeks later. 3 weeks came and went and then they had excuse of still getting the glass with vendors this kept happening over a few months. Finally in December they came out with the glass and it was the wrong glass so the owner stated that they would need to reorder and would rush it. I have called multiple times with no response then the owner stated they would be out Feb 7th for the install and did not show up or call. I have called and texted them over 50 times to get this job completed at no additional cost as the owner stated or I need a full refund and reimbursement with all the time and expended effort for this project. read more

I am an interior designer and have used a particular glass company for a number of years. I had a special very large piece of glass custom made by an art glass company and needed to have it installed. My installer was giving me a hard time about doing the project. Crystal Clear View Glass was recommended to me by the art glass supplier. So I gave them a call. They were very professional on the phone, came quickly to measure, and were very professional. The installation took place exactly when it was required. They came on time and again were very professional and installed the beautiful glass perfectly. I had a nightmare experience with a contractor who left me with an incomplete, abandoned bathroom remodel. Brandon installed my shower door upon request. The shower leaked because of what the contractor had not done and I had to hire an honest contractor to fix it so it would not leak. Even though the problem was not caused by Brandon, he offered to remove and reinstall the door at no cost to me. We have a 1950's Red Brick home with large corner windows. One of the windows was never finished so the exposed brick and steel beam made it hard to install blinds.
