Three employees were sitting down chatting away while I waited for my appt. I went because i wanted to cut my hair into a long bob but my consultation specialist looked at my hair and said my hair was fried. There was nothing he could do, I was so confused. I said, I'm not here to dye my hair. I'm here for a haircut. He said, I know. You need keratin and once your hair gets healthy I could try. Out of curiosity I asked, if I get my hair back to "healthy " again. I asked who he would recommend and he said nobody here. I was shocked and to be honest, I was so over the consultation that I awkwardly laughed and promised him I'd be back. He could honestly care less. I wasn't too irritated because it smelled like hard boiled eggs or broccoli in there. Not to mention, The older woman at the front desk was hella grumpy as well. Since I spent the day getting my hair intricately colored by Heather I got to see all the ladies in action and I can say they are all very talented professionals with great personalities. She included a scalp massage, hair wash, and cut for the $55 base haircut price. However, I found it odd that they charge an extra $10 to blow dry your hair plus an additional $10 to style. I think blow drying should always be included for a haircut because every haircut I've had they always make adjustments/final touches after drying my hair - it's really hard to see the final results with wet hair.

Maricella is a skilled stylist and goes above and beyond with complimentary amenities such as a mini fridge and TV. Her energy is also great and she is pleasant to talk to, which especially makes long services such as perms more enjoyable. Most importantly though, out of all the stylists I've been to, Maricela has been the most careful in making sure that she is giving me the style that I desire.
