Crêpizza. I've never heard of such a fancy word, but perhaps both of the deceased Merriam brothers could sport a blue suit so they can be sophisticated enough to add that to the C section of their 2026-edition Merriam-Webster Dictionary. Well, enough of that wordy nonsense, let's talk pizza. I didn't get any, so I opted for the Nutella Crêpe, which gave me a creamy filling. For just $7, this dish was sweet to my wallet. A whole pie was more than double that. The calzones also looked fantacular (Webster hasn't added that one yet). The server was attentive, and the ambience was light and airy like my crêpe. I'll be back once South Ridge adds a 22-lane highway to dilute the traffic. read more

Skip this place. Walked in and you seat yourself. The place has about 8 tables and only two others were occupied. It took 11 minutes for us to get acknowledged and menus brought to us. Then we waited 15 minutes and we finally walked up to pay for our sodas and they were like oh what's wrong? They were so worried about all the to go orders that they could not take care of the customers in the restaurant. This place truly needs to work on customer service. The workers made eye contact and just seemed to ignore us. Shame on them. read more

I was a huge fan of Pizza Barbarosa. Back then, the pizzas, cheese bread, and everything else was simply amazing. The owner ended up combining his two stores and reopening as Crepizza. I came here for a crepe, I got a crepe. It was exactly what I expected and at a price point that was adequate. The ambiance and decor is quaint and simple and the workers were efficient. Not much more to say than if you're looking for a sweet treat in the form of a crepe, I would visit. read more

Front desk at the hotel i was staying at recommended this place. (The day front desk workers showed up later). I was planning on getting the calzone but the waitress said the pizza was way better and the carbonara was the best. So i ordered that. She was right for a thin crust pizza this was good. The creamy Alfredo sauce was nice. Not usually an Alfredo sauce on my pizza kind of person but this was a nice change. It wasn't bland like most Alfredo success. The toppings were piled on and the cheese just stretched for days. The crust had a nice crunch too it on the edges but under all the toppings it was nice and firm. Didn't give to much but wasn't as stiff as cardboard. Nice little place to stop in and enjoy a pizza. I saw the calzones and they didn't look bad (huge in size really) but I'm glad i followed the suggestion of the waitress. read more

First, the manager was rude, pushy & overbearing towards his teenage wait staff. Grow up man. Second the Crêpizza pasta was oily, the chicken was borderline past its shelf life. Today we tried Crepizza for the first time, and it was delicious!! It's two former businesses combined if you don't know. We tried the salmon and cream cheese crepe, the gyro and Greek salad had to try some hummus and pita and of course some baklava! Went to Crepizza twice this week for crepes. Sadly, both times were a letdown. I've had crepes from lots of places all over the country and these were by far the worse. Whatever "Nutella" they are using is not good quality at all. The first time I got a banana crepe with Nutella and chocolate, didn't taste the Nutella practically at all. The second time I omitted the chocolate and only did the banana and Nutella, but still hardly any Nutella, and what was there had very little flavor. Very underwhelming; especially for nearly $10 ($9.58) as that's the most I've ever paid for a dessert crepe. Now I understand prices are going up, and I understand there are supply issues. I am happy to pay the higher prices; but if the quality is going to be that low, as a business owner, I would either take the item off the menu, or find an alternative source. I'd much rather pay a dollar or two more for something that tastes good than send out sub par food. Not to mention they serve awesome gelato at their sister location Sokalata, but here it's just plain jane regular ol commercial vanilla ice cream. Now speaking of Sokalata. We also had desserts from there this week, and they were all amazing. The eclair was rich, the chocolate lava cake well balanced and moist but not too wet, and then there was a strawberry custard puff pastry cake slice that was creamy and delicate. Highly recommend their desserts and gelato. I would also like to say it's been a while since we've had Crepizza main entrees, but have always been very happy in the past (except the breadsticks; much prefer the old smaller bread slices, those breadsticks are junk). Crepizza is a 3-4 times a month stop for our family, typically after Church for lunch. We usually get salads and Gyro/Pitas, but tonight we came for dinner and added some pasta and had a great meal! We love the great food and friendly staff. I would argue that the Cajun Chicken Pasta is the best $12.95 spent for a proper meal in Charleston!! You also get fresh bread, either Garlic Bread or Breadsticks. The pizzas are also fantastic, from a 6 Cheese to the Greek Village!! The Baklava is also fantastic!! It's great to support a local Charleston owned business that has been in business for over 15 years. Crepizza is a locals favorite and many drive right past not knowing what that are missing. It's right beside Qdoba and Five Guys Burgers. Give it a try and I think you will enjoy it. read more

Food is pretty good. Woman owner fat shames the waitresses. Tells them not to eat things if they want to fit into prom dresses. Tells them they're getting fat. Cooks are always flirting with staff. Wait time is always long for food on takeout. Just unorganized and rude place when they think no one is listening. very sad there food is actually good read more

They have an amazing Greek salad. I got that and the gyro and it came with chips. It is delicious. A hidden jewel in south ridge. Highly recommend. Great prices too. . Great service. read more

***Crêperi Cafe & Pizza Barbarossa merged*** in Sept 2020. The menu appears to simply have expanded to include both restaurant options! I can only speak to the crêperi side of the menu as I've had several over the years.. my personal favorites are the savory crêpes including salmon, gyro, & even the 3 cheese is gluttonous. Obviously the sweet crêpes are a hit too, so if you go with a friend I'd recommend to either split 2 savory then finish with baklava for dessert or split 1 sweet & 1 savory! read more

Very good for a Black Friday dinner. Had to go get my sons pup at the vet yesterday in Charleston unexpectedly. Starving and he needed a groom..he smelled terrible! We spotted this beside Qudoba which had outside seating..my son and I wanted Italian lol..surprisingly they had outside seating as well and a nice menu..was seated and waitress took our order...garlic bread with cheese for appetizer and him a 6 cheese pizza and myself a pepperoni calzone..his girlfriend tried the crepes..food was very good..waitress was ok she was busy inside as well..bill came to 60.00 with tip..prices aren't cheap here but you can tell they are authentic and well you pay for quality. the regular food is alright. i had a calzone and it was good but my bf got a 3 cheese pasta but it just tastes like butter noodles. but the dessert crepe are heaven. the staff is alright. there was three high school girls who were constantly giggling and not paying attention but then there was a guy who was super attentive amazing. the tables were a little messy with crumbs but nothing crazy. read more

Do not recommend. Have never been here before but decided to try it. Waitress was friendly. We asked for a salad for our appetizer which came out with our meal (not a big deal). Then as I was ordering they have a section on their menu that said "calzones or Paninis" I asked the waitress if I could order anything under that section as a Panini and she said yes. So I ordered a ham panini. When the food came out she brought me a calzone. I was so hungry I just decided to eat it. As I was eating it I realized the dough was not fully cooked. Very doughy. I ate maybe 3 bites and told my waitress that it was supposed to be a Panini but I was hungry so I ate the calzone but it wasnt fully cooked. She said they didnt have Panini on the menu and I showed her they did. (After my visit they ended up changing it to another word). She then said she would go ask the owner about it. The "owner" said there was nothing they could do. I'm assuming they get that its undercooked a lot considering she didnt bother to come to the table or offer any type of refund. After we paid $45 for 2 waters, 1 pasta, 1 calzone and a salad. I left hungry and went to Jersey Mikes which was 100 times better than this place. read more

The food, great. The service.. just all depends. There are a few younger servers that act like they are entitled without putting in the effort. If your a driver for GrubHub, don't expect to get treated well. I ordered from them and the driver said he hoped that he never has to go back because the servers were rude. But like I said, food is amazing.. just go in and pick it up your self or eat in. The great comments left on here is more than likely friend or family helping push the reviews high. read more
