This is a bad time of year to need a sprinkler repair. Multiple services I called were weeks out before they could see me. Others you could just tell were going to squeeze every last dollar out of you. I called C S on a Wednesday, they scheduled me for Friday, and they arrived within the first hour of the window. Sonny was great! He knew immediately what the problem was and fixed it. He noticed that the zones were set up in a bizarre way that made no sense and did a quick wiring adjustment to correct it. He did a water pressure adjustment and got all of my heads lined up properly. This was all completed within 30 minutes with no additional charges over the agreed upon amount. This review is a couple of weeks overdue. I failed to get my sprinklers blown out before the cold weather and the line cracked. I took a chance on a random sprinkler company and lucked out. CS Sprinkler was the random company. They did an excellent job. There isn't much to say. The price was more than fair and they did an excellent job making my lawn look like nothing had to be repaired at all. My lawn was looking great this spring! I fertilized, pulled all the weeds, did lots of hand watering, but when it got hot I noticed some dead spots in my green lawn. I noticed that some of my sprinkler heads were not really hitting the grass efficiently and it was wasting lots of water. A few days later I notice that one of my sprinkler stations would not go on and another would not turn off. I thought I could just open the sprinkler control box and replace some valves or twist some knobs. Well after talking to my friends and going to Ace Hardware store a few times I was actually in worse shape than I had been if I had just called the repair company. I am not very handy around the house and don't understand how the control box really works. The grass was getting yellower everyday. I called Sonny at C and S Enterprise to have one of their repair techs fix my system. Sonny and Carrie run a family owned business and I felt good about the level of knowledge just talking to them over the phone. I told Sonny what part of Highlands Ranch Littleton I lived in and the year when the house was built. He was able to describe the two different valves that controlled my sprinkler system. Because of the age of the homes in Highlands Ranch, he is getting more and more repair calls from this side of town. My wife left the garage door open and ran a short earn and by the time she came back they had repaired all the damage I caused myself. Sonny also programmed the sprinkler system to use less water and run at ideal times. My lawn is looking green again even on the hot summer days. I had an appointment with them today, sometime between 10 AM and 2 PM. At 3 PM, I called and left a message asking when and if I could expect Sonny to show up. It's past 5 PM now and no sign of him, no call telling me he'd be delayed, nothing. That's a full day I had to spend at home waiting for him, and now I'll have to waste more time waiting at home for another sprinkler repair service. Never again. read more

Whoever I spoke with was supposed to come to my home on a Thursday evening to give me an estimate for installing a backyard system. He said that if he wasn't going to be able to make it he would call. He never showed or called. That was two weeks ago, haven't heard a peep from him since. If this company can't even show up for an estimate and give a basic level of customer service I can't imagine trusting them with anything along the line of working on my sprinkler system. Terrible Customer Service !!!!!! I asked to schedule a blowout of my sprinkler system. I never got a call back to confirm a time. I had to call them. On the day of my appointment Sonny called and said he was on my front porch. I looked and he wasn't there. He was obviously at the wrong address. Instead of calling me back, he just went away !! After ten minutes, I tried calling him and then the company and got no answer. Two hours later, I got a return call . Sonny had returned back to C&S and that I would have to reschedule. Instead of trying to accommodate me, I'm told they are very busy and they'll try to fit me in. I told them forget it. There are plenty of other lawn service companies to choose from. Terrible ,costly experience! Sonny programmed my sprinkler system in the spring. 2 months later, I received my water bill, $400.00, and the next bill will be extremely high, as we're now halfway through the next billing cycle. Sonny came out, said there were no leaks in the sprinkler system. Then I had 2 professionals from the water company out, they both checked the system and verified that Sonny had programmed the system wrong, it had been running almost 3 times what it needed to in the middle of the night. Sonny came back out, was very rude, would not even acknowledge that he had made the mistake. He refused to compensate me in any way. I am a single mom with part time job, stuck with paying for Sonny's mistake. Stay away from this company! read more

Awesome service, I had ripped up my back yard to lay new sod after years of build up it was all lumpy. Went looking for a Sprinkler company and was recommended to C & S Enterprise. Sonny and team did an awesome job helping me identify what I needed to have done how many sprinkler heads and checked on my status as I was moving along on my project. I must have called and moved my appointments around several times, they were always accommodating. After everything was in I accidentally ran over one of the sprinkler heads and caused the system to not operate correctly, with sod you know you have to keep it watered so I called and Sonny came right away the next morning and repaired my mistake. I have had a great experience with this company and will use them again when I tackle the front yard next year. read more
