At our main entrance gate we had a DoorBird D1101KV unit installed, an Enforcer Keypad at our secondary gate (both with electric Strikes) and an Emtek touch entry unit for our front door. Lion Security were great to deal with - responsive and helpful. Our installer Diego however was truly exceptional. Knowledgeable, always available, quick and his work was of a very high standard. In running cable and cutting drywall he kept needed repairs to a minimum. The entry systems we chose were not cheap - especially the DoorBird - but we needed the ability to, for example, let people in remotely. We have had the systems for over a month now and they have worked as advertised from day one. We could not be happier with them and cannot recommend Lion Security and particularly Diego more highly.

But Jack turned that around completely with some fantastic advice over the phone. Instead of pushing for an expensive upgrade, Jack recommended switching our land line provider from AT&T to Spectrum. This simple change would save us over $300 per month without needing to touch any of our existing equipment--and he didn't charge a dime for the consultation! We're talking $30 a month for a business landline with Spectrum versus the whopping $360 we were paying AT&T. Thanks to his pointer, Spectrum is coming out tomorrow to handle the switch and finally rid us of that overpriced service. What really sets Jack apart is that he was the only one out of several companies I contacted who actually suggested this smart solution. Golden State Water didn't call back until hours and hours after I reported a water leak emergency, and the regular plumber who came out (while a really excellent person) unfortunately didn't have the licensing or training on how to solve this. The team at AFPS hopped on a FaceTime call with me and talked me through locating and shutting off the water and open the drain valve to prevent further water damage. Afterwards, they were able to come out and fix the specialized pipe. Their price was reasonable, they had a positive attitude throughout, and even identified a problem with the build where it looks like the builder didn't put a nail plate in the stud to protect the pipe. They installed a nail plate at no added cost at their own expense. Overall, they solved what was a quickly growing disaster and I am very grateful for their support. Also, although I'm leaving a glowing review--they never asked for a review. They didn't offer freebies of any kind for a review like I've seen with some other businesses.
