He said ge would not service it because it will only make it a couple of weeks. They charged me $89 anyways. I called and got a refund since they refused to service it. Nice that they refunded money for service they never performed. They gave me an estimate of over 10k to replace it. I called clean air act. They serviced it up and said it's still has a lot of life left. Now 2026 Chris is texting me wanting to service it on a special of $49. Why? So they can refuse to service it again? They only want to replace units not service them. Here is a picture how they left it last summer. Refused to clean it too. It is still running strong.

He performed his own diagnostic tests and told me the source of the leak was actually from water getting outside the tub and getting through areas between the tile and the wall of the tub. Chris was friendly and quick to respond when we had a kitchen drain plugged - he was even able to get us in the same day and kept us informed with updates on predicted arrival times. John was the drain specialist who came to our house and he went above and beyond what we expected to get out a particularly difficult clog, even working through some particularly nasty weather and staying late to make sure the kitchen sink was fully draining. Following a load of laundry the next night, the grease clog we thought was out of the system collapsed and moved downstream of the utility room. Even though it was late in the evening, as soon as he was notified Chris was able to schedule us in for the next day where John was able to ultimately clear the clog in our system. With their incredibly fair prices and flat rates, Chris and John were both extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient and we would highly recommend them for any drainage issues. read more

I had a toilet overflow, in my house, which after not being able to figure the problem out for myself, gave up and called Chris. This was at about 8:30 or so on a Monday morning. I was actually surprised he answered the phone, fully expecting to have to leave a message. He said he was at another job not far from my house, and would be over in an hour. It actually ended up being about 50 minutes, which never happens! When I described the problem, he knew right where to look, and sure enough, he was right, and fixed it right away. Chris was professional in every way possible. He's honest and explained the cause of the problem, and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. His equipment is new, and clean, and he didn't leave a mess. I felt his his rates were very fair. We had a lot of rain in early May, and on one afternoon our driveway drain couldn't keep up and rainwater flooded the entire ground level of our house. Aside from dealing with wet carpet removal, we wanted to get the drain checked out before the next rainy days. Chris was able to come out the day after I contacted him. He immediately identified the problem, and cleared the built-up sediment to make sure the drain could flow freely. He also explained to us how the drain works, and what we can watch for and do for regular maintenance. We have had more rainy weather since, and there has been no pooling of water around that drain at all--it's completely resolved. Chris was professional and a delight to work with. I appreciated his expertise, and the fact that he could fit us into his schedule was a big help. I hope we don't have any more drain emergencies, but if we do, I'll be happy to call Chris again! read more

We needed an old Garbage disposal replaced and Chris responded the following day and scheduled a visit for that afternoon. He kept me abreast of where he was and when he would arrive. I had purchased a garbage disposal, but Chris unpacked the unit I bought and we both decided if he had a garbage disposal on hand that would be easier to install so I had him use that one and I will return the one I purchased. Chris had to cut some pieces from his truck to make the new unit line up properly but he walked me through the fix and got it installed in less than 30 min. Chris also fixed a leak we have noticed in the same area with a turn of a wrench. I highly recommend Chris to do your plumbing needs. The kitchen sink pipe was beyond fix it yourself with drain cleaners or plungers. My husband looked on Yelp for good review professional help. Chris at CT Drains came to our home and definitely lived up to his glowing reviews. He was a pleasure to work with in solving our very clogged pipe. This was not a straight forward job of disconnecting the clean out connection in the pipe, as it was not accessible without having to take out the instant hot water unit. Chris said rather then having to charge extra for labor to remove and replace that , he could cut the pipe to get easy access for reaming out the pipes. Great efficiency and good to have a new easy access connection for clean out if a clog occurs again. Yesterday we decided to install a dishwasher in our house(build in 1954). After hours of work and buying different part to fix arising issues, we finally came to conclusion that we can't do it ourselves. Apparently, a pipe broke from the fitting and we couldn't fix it. We called CT Drains and Sewer Solutions LLC(from previous work they did to our house). Chris was over in an hour. He then spent two and a half ours trying to fix our mistakes and help us install our dishwasher. He explained why the pipe broke and things he has to do to fix it. He ran out a few times to get the parts we needed. He didn't have to connect our dishwasher after fixing the broken pipe, but he went above and beyond to help us. CT Drains and Sewer Solutions again outperformed themselves and put their customers first. read more

We had a plugged rainwater drain, i.e., the drain from a downspout to the street. This same drain was plugged 10 years ago, and we paid over $400 for a big-name company to unplug it. I was worried about the cost at today's rates, so I searched on the internet for a local company in Tigard. I found CT Drains and Sewer Solutions near me. Their website listed their services and related prices; and it was possible to book online. I called for my appointment because I had a couple questions. They sent John out same day. We had Chris out to check our storm drains and French Drain system on a recent home purchase. He was very easy to communicate with, punctual and knowledgeable. He quickly verified our storm drains were operating correctly, where they emptied into an unidentified cleanout in our backyard and gave advice on our French Drain system. We were very impressed with CT Drains. They were recommended by another plumbing company who had a long service waiting period so couldnt help us. Our main kitchen sink was horribly blocked. Our kitchen sink backed up. Sewer Renewal Specialists recommended Chris. I called him at 8:00 a.m. The job was finished by 11:30 a.m. The clog was about 125 feet from the sink and all is well. Not only did he work us in quickly, he called before coming to let us know he was on the way. He was very efficient, clean and more than cordial--answering all our questions. He was also very careful about not messing up the kitchen. Last time we had to do it, a well-known drain company charged somewhere around $300. Chris did ours for less than half. We had a drain clog in our kitchen on a Friday afternoon. The first few companies I called couldn't get here until Monday, even on an "emergency" basis. Then I reached Chris at CT Drains: he said he could be here within the hour, arrived within 30 minutes, and had the clog cleared in 15 minutes. Chris was professional, great at communication, and solved our plugged bathtub problem easily! He took the time to walk me through what he thought the problem was, what he was going to do, and any possible risks to existing old pipes. I had a clogged downspout and a low point drain which flooded my crawlspace, and both were piped into our main storm drain. Called CT Drains and talked to Chris. He was able to come out 2 hours later, same day, and unclogged the storm drain that goes into the ravine.
