our garbage disposal had reached it's last leg and we purchased a new disposal, but needed some help installing. all pro plumbing came through! responsive over Yelp and the office was very helpful in scheduling this project. there were multiple reminders along the way and I appreciated the heads up when our plumber, Dylan, was on their way. Call them based on a recommendation and they came out to give me an estimate to replace a cracked tub. The tech arrived punctually and after looking at the job said they'd be happy to do the work, but after learning we didn't intend to do a larger remodel recommended a tub repair shop they've worked with. Have used All Pro for several repairs over the last 5 years, always top-notch work. In October 2024 they replaced the tank bolts and washers in a leaking toilet. Discovered rusty water in the bowl this week and saw that the new bolts in the tank were rusting. Apparently, the bolts were defective zinc plated steel and asked All Pro to replace them with brass or stainless-steel bolts to avoid a repeat of this issue. Marcus came out the next day and even though we were outside their 90-day warranty period they replaced them with brass bolts and fresh washers at no charge. Will continue to use them as they are willing to stand behind their work even out of warranty. read more

Last summer (June 2023) All Pro scoped our shower drain and couldn't confirm the problem with their equipment so they called in a sub for a video scope, whereupon it was determined that the shower pipe had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. We paid them for that scope, through All Pro. Locating the pipe took some doing and holes created, and it appears that the pipe that needs replacement runs under our foundation. Many conversations and many missed appointments, later we discussed a complete re-do of the very small bathroom. After hiking the bid WAYYYY up for the homeowners insurance, and finding out how much they actually paid us, Kaleo ghosted us. Straight up just doesn't return calls/emails. This started in June and my last email was in November. Nothing. Crickets. read more

All Pro Plumbing specialist Marcus came out today and changed an exterior frost free faucet. This is a complicated procedure as it connects into the wall to copper water pipe. The opening had to be adjustEd precisely to make this change. I needed to do replace this faucet 5 years ago but was told it was extremely complicated! All other plumbers we called gave us a timeline of three weeks to fix, which was less than ideal. I called All Pro and was scheduled for later that week. Awesome! While we were in contract, we had more repairs to do as part of the sale (replacing a toilet wax ring). Once again, other plumbers had provided estimates outside our closing time frame (or weren't even taking project requests). All Pro was able to schedule a few days out. I called around 10am this morning after I noticed water leaking from the toilet all over the bathroom floor. Dylan arrived at 2pm and checked things out. Apparently it was my bidet that was leaking and not the toilet. He took the bidet off and put the old toilet seat back on. Leak gone. He also tightened the faucets on my sink. I had Marcus Coats from all pro plumbing at my home on Wednesday November 1st. First of all Marcus arrived right on time which nowadays is unheard of. He is knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing. He immediately diagnosed the problem and had to leave to pickup a new part ( a faucet) which he knew prior he might have to do. Once he returned he replaced the the faucet. He did a superb job in removing the very old faucet and replacing it with a bright and shiny new one. I will have to replace my backsplash but until that happens Marcus did a good job in sealing off the area so I can live with it. All pro (hopefully Marcus) will return to finish the job at a later date. Not only was Marcus professional he's also personable. He's a very nice young man and in my opinion making smart choices in regards to being involved in the trades. read more

I rarely leave a review but I was so impressed with All Pro Plumbing I wanted to share my great experience. I had a hot water pipe leak and All Pro was able to send Marcus out the same day I called to repair it so we weren't without hot water for long. Marcus was able to fix the broken pipe and also give me some advice about some preventative measures for the future. I was impressed with his knowledge and skill level, and the repair was at a very fair price compared to other companies I had used in similar circumstances. I was in desperate need to change my water heater.....it was leaking water from the bottom. I called 16+ places and most were booked out two weeks ahead and the rest no answer. It was overall a nightmare as the ones I did speak to was difficult as this was my rental property. Feeling defeated, I hesitantly I answered a call back from Henry. My hope was high again. Shower kept backing up and we tried drain cleaner and a snake, but it still ran very slowly. Called All Pro Plumbing today and the person I spoke with was super nice, had an opening today and sent Jeremiah Harwood who did an excellent job. I have now used this company twice for my residential plumbing needs and both times were happy with the service and the friendly professional employees dispatched to do the work. I had 2 toilets installed in 2022 and it was a difficult application but they found the right ones that fit and work great. All Pro came out to repair a leak in the water main. I dug up the meter and the leaky fitting beforehand so that the plumber had access to make the repair. I anticipated the repair would take about 30 minutes, however, All Pro has a minimum one hour they charge for labor. The work was complete in about 45 minutes. I noticed the plumber used schedule 80 PVC, but schedule 40 PVC fittings and thought this strange. The plumber told me it would be an hour for cure time. I looked up the manufacturer's recommendation and the recommended time is 30 minutes for pressurized testing. I didn't want to have to pay the plumber to wait around, so I told him I will test it myself. He told me he could not guarantee the leak would be resolved, and if the repair was still leaking, I would have to pay again for him to come fix it. This comment was the main reason for the low stars. It seems they do not guarantee their work, which can lead to an ethics/trust problem. Luckily the repair fixed the leak. I will not use All Pro plumbing again. They are expensive for quick repairs. Next time I will learn how to do it myself and save myself $282. No mention of a charge for materials when discussing cost over the phone, and no 15 minute advance phone call to boot. read more
