Made a appointment with Shant and visited the office. During our visit he asked what style of setting she was looking for and what material she wanted the setting to be made with and offered his honest feedback. Fantastic work & excellent customer service. I just picked up my ring yesterday and it's perfect. I went to CT's to get a ring fixed that I already owned. The metal piece in the middle kept sliding off, so I wanted it to be permanently placed. Also the back of the ring had been scratching my finger so I asked for them to soften the sharp edges, but keep the cool design I liked. Shanto helped me out and was extremely kind and did beautiful work on my ring.
