Ended up waiting about 10 minutes before being helped--not ideal, but understandable once you see how thorough they are with each customer. Once I got to the counter, things moved smoothly. I was given several time options and booked an 8:15 AM slot. Their automated system kicked in right away with a confirmation text, followed by another message the next morning with an "I'm on my way" link. When I arrived, I checked in through the text--super easy. From there, the whole process was seamless. I even received a notification when my car was ready. The rotation and balance were free since I purchased the tires last year--always a plus. I also had them replace my wipers while I was there since they were due. Overall, I'm very satisfied with how everything was handled. Yes, there might be a short wait upfront, but it's because they're focused on taking care of each customer properly.
