I was given several time options and booked an 8:15 AM slot. Their automated system kicked in right away with a confirmation text, followed by another message the next morning with an "I'm on my way" link. When I arrived, I checked in through the text--super easy. From there, the whole process was seamless. I even received a notification when my car was ready. The rotation and balance were free since I purchased the tires last year--always a plus. I also had them replace my wipers while I was there since they were due. Overall, I'm very satisfied with how everything was handled. Yes, there might be a short wait upfront, but it's because they're focused on taking care of each customer properly. We made an appointment online for an appointment at 2:15 pm on a Saturday. We got there a little early and they were packed. Ethan was our sales associate and he was amazing. He unfortunately told us that even though we had an appointment, he would do our best to have us out by 5 PM. Today I came here because one of my tires under warranty got a big bubble and needed to be replaced over the weekend but they were closed already for the holiday, so I had to get a cheap used tire to hold me over until I could make it up to this location. This was my go to tire store. No longer I arrive for my appointment and they had no record of it. I waited waited waited only to find out that they only had three out of the four tires I needed. One tire was covered by warranty. I asked if they could have the fourth third delivered. They said no. They sent me to a second discount tire on Expressway. They told me the cost to be approximately $20. This was not true. This 1.5 hour trip has turned into a four hour disaster. read more

Prompt, courteous, friendly, professional staff in a clean shop! We left Firestone (a relationship we had for 20+years) over dishonest and upselling practices, and have not looked back since using this Discount Tire location. We only have 2 tires left that have not been replaced by this Discount Tire location (still have plenty of tread) and one of those had a flat in rush hour traffic on Thursday afternoon/evening when the shop was already closed. Our roadside repair service changed the tire. My husband delivered the vehicle to Discount Tire on Memorial Rd. around midday on Friday for repair. They were very busy, but told us that it would be finished today and they would call us. A little after 3 pm, we got the call that it was ready. They repaired the tire, drained ALL the tires and refilled them and set them to the proper PSI. All of this for "NO CHARGE" the manager said. INCREDIBLE. The manager also delivered a tip to the man who performed the work while my husband watched. They previously adjusted the PSI during the winter weather change at no charge. Growing up my parents relied on Hibdons for any tire type maintenance or purchase but once Discount Tire arrived on the scene we haven't returned. This specific location I had an amazing experience with everyone on staff. My car dealer was informing me of the cost to have my tires balanced and rotated which was way more than what I think it should cost. My wife reminded me of the insurance that I purchased from discount tire. Long story short, they balanced/rotated for free and it was done in about 20 minutes. These guys were AWESOME. Mikey and his guys in the garage did an amazing job of getting me in and out in less than an hour. As soon as I pulled in, they had FOUR GUYS on the truck mounting and balancing new tires. Mikey was super helpful choosing the best tires and get this....he was able to PRICE MATCH the tires I wanted that were on Amazon for half the price that they had them priced!!!! I purchased 4 new tires. Picked up my car and took it home. On the way home the tires were inflated incorrectly. None we inflated to the recommended pressure on the door label (39psi). 1 @ 24, 1@ 29, 1 @ 34, & 1 @ 30. In the process of inflating the tires myself, I found they only replaced 1 valve stem out of 4. Most people would not have noticed. I paid for 4 should get all four. Pressure readings on the dash were incorrect for where the tires were on the vehicle. Also the car pulls hard to the left now, it didn't when I brought it in. Don't trust they will do what you paid them to. Double check for yourself! read more

I noticed my tire belt was showing, which obviously isn't good. I called the store on a Wednesday about 30 minutes before they close. They were able to book me an appointment at 830 the next morning to get new tires. When I arrived the next morning about 15 minutes before 8 am they took patrons in the order of arrival. Most places take customers first at the door.. which was not the case this time. There were about 4 cars in the parking lot and about 5 people at the door. Immediately they asked who was the driver of the ford truck( who was there before me) and the driver of the GMC(me) they took us first since we were the first two there, and asked the others wait. They went and looked at all tires, explained what the tire belt is and how bad my tires were :(. They got me to pull my car in about 830. They did all 4 tires and I was out about 905! I asked about an alignment and if they noticed I needed one. They explained tire wear on my front tires and said it would be a good idea. The gentlemen even said he knows of some good places and said I can give you a coupon. He assisted me with pulling out of the garage and ran in to get me a coupon.
