After church dinner with my hubby! Checked into this really cool Bbq spot, they are FIFA Ready lol. The service was very good. Server very nice and attentive. Our food came out promptly and was piping hot. Loved that! The wall was decorated with old newspaper articles but the best thing was the addition of all the teams who are in the FIFA World Cup so awesome. The food was very tasty the only thing that I can say was not to my liking was that the baked potato was overcooked but everything else was really good for BBQ. The other thing was it was a tad bit pricey for a BBQ spot but we did get a substantial amount of food that we had to take home because there was too much to eat there. Large parking lot that was barely filled on a Fri evening should have been my first red flag. Inside is cafeteria style seating and a counter to order. Staff is friendly and gave me free tap water. I ordered the bbq chicken platter with mashed potatoes and gravy. The mashed potatoes and gravy were good, but I wouldn't come here just for that. Garlic bread was hard and didn't taste like garlic. Chicken was cooked well, but the sauce was VERY sweet with zero hints of smokiness. What a disappointment. I tried my dining partner's pulled pork, and it was the same sickly sweet sauce. The Mac and cheese was 10000% Kraft Mac and cheese. Also the menu had no brisket, which you could find at even an average bbq place. Had delivery that was quick and simple even though the fries were completely soggy by the driver 5 min away, I don't blame them for that but you may want to eat those in person. They do have fee on Uber to deliver. Sweet potato fries were too mushy so I'll leave that to someone else to review who eats them in person. The garlic bread pulled pork sandwich was good if you like ketchup flavored barbecue sauce, it's not too smoky but is overly sweet and salty. After reading other reviews I even asked for less sauce... but not sure if that was managed (wouldn't be surprised if they had it already pre-sauced beforehand since it was fairly evenly distributed and not just one on side), but I have definitely had better. And anything extra topping you want, including cheese or other toppings is all an extra charge. You can change the bread from the plain to garlic without fee. read more

I came here for lunch with a group of 7 on a Sunday. You order/pay at the counter and seat yourself. I got the 6 pc buffalo wings and a side of mac & cheese. I ordered the regular mac & cheese but the employee put in cajun. At first, I didn't really mind enough to ask for it to be fixed. But I kind of wish I had gotten the regular because the saltiness of the buffalo wings + the saltiness from the cajun seasoning was too much sodium for me. The wings looked quite small, especially for the price. It also comes with celery, blue cheese, and extra buffalo sauce on the side. As a fanatic of good old smokey pulled pork, this pork was extremely disappointing. When i realized there was NO SMOKE, i knew there was something wrong. I order a full plate sandwhich, which means you get 2-sandwiches, i added sautéed onions and i added french fries. Since i just happened to be coming out of the Costco, we figure we order 1 meal just to try it out. When j was ordering, the guy at the counter gave me the choice of garlic bread, plain itslian bread and something else, the cashier mumbled adding cheese in my sandwich, so I declined. Overall the sandwich was expensive and the cole slaw was just ok. To be honest, i end up not eating the italian bread, i ate the pork with the fries. The fries were the best part of the meal. The bbq sauce was very sweet, could have used some citrus to create a tangy effect with the bbq sauce. As always, i asked my self, would i come back? Unfortunately the answer is no. Its a shame that the pulled pork is not smokey and that instead of a soft bun you get a italian sandwich bread. The pulled pork alone with the side of fries was the way i had my meal. It was soaked in oil, literally spilling off the plate. - Regular fries were OK, the steak frites were much better. - Chicken tenders looked crispier than they tasted. Service: good, quick, it was really busy and slightly chaotic. You order at the counter, get a buzzer, and wait at a table. Kinda self-serve fastfood-esque. The people were nice. Interior could use a bit more seating, it's a bunch of booth/bench style seating along the wall fitting 6 at a table max if you squish in.
