Consistently delicious. My favorites are the Houdini burger, the tri-tip sandwhich with sweet BBQ sauce (add some blue cheese for a pop) and ALL of the fries are good. I love the chipotle fry sauce, it's got a little kick. All of the salads are fresh and yummy. I love the goat cheese and beets. Friendly people that work there. I went during lunchtime, the place was packed and regardless of the long cafe rio style line for ordering, we got through it pretty quickly. I ordered the gypsy burger which was dripping in BBQ sauce, and tried my niece's huckle-Lala shake. The burger was good, but I would expect a larger portion or a side of fries for $8. I had the apple pecan salad and liked it a lot! My mom had the steak salad which was also tasty. It is a really chill place with good food and I will continue to eat there for a good salad and sand which place. Cubby's is definitely a unique restaurant..and I mean that in the best possible way. Their food is fresh, tasty, and unlike most eateries in Utah county. I love Cubby's! The sweet potato fries are delicious especially with the chipotle fry sauce. The buffalo chicken salad is also delicious. The vinaigrette dressing makes it light but so filling with the chicken, cheese and walnuts. The service is always prompt and friendly. read more

I had breakfast at Cubby's for the first time today and it was DELICIOUS. I had the Vegan Buckwheat Pancakes. Let me first say that I'm not vegan nor do I crave buckwheat BUT, I am trying to eat healthier so I chose this. It was so flavorful, light yet filling. My friend got the Quinoa Porridge and it was delicious as well. There were so many options with a wide variety. Next on my list are the Lemon Ricotta pancakes, breakfast burrito and the French toast. We decided to eat here because it claimed to have fresh ingredients, which caused us to be disappointed when we got processed cheese on the grilled cheese. The hamburger was good, but very pricy for how small it was. Don't go here expecting a big gourmet burger. The prices seemed reasonable until we realized everything was a la carte and it is over $11.00 to get a small burger, small drink and fries with no extras. Everything tasted fine. Nothing was bad, just over priced and overrated for what we got. I was debating between 2 and 3 stars but went with 3 because of the pebble ice and drink options. read more

The layout is a bit claustrophobic, especially when it's busy, but I typically get my food to go so that's not a big deal to me. read more

Cubby's is so amazing! Definitely one of the best restaurants in Utah. They offer super fresh, mouthwatering food. My husband usually gets the tri-tip and its always juicy and balanced with yuummy sauce. I love the dragon slayer because it's one of the best burgers I've eaten. We also can't help but to buy their delicious cookie sandwiches by the register those things are bomb! Also I have to give a shoutout to the BBQ& blue cheese French fries. Food was very good. Seemed fresh. I got a Mr B sandwich, which oddly the cashier said,"Have you had it before?" I answered No, he said, "We don't recommend it. It's greasy and soggy and messy". I ordered it anyway and it was tasty. The pepper relish ( giardiniera ) tasted homemade. The dip-which I got on the side to prevent the "soggy" was a bit salty, and I love salt. My hubby had the tri tip salad which was good. We shared the buffalo blue fries. It was all good. Only suggestion to owners-keep the brooms, dustpans and trash out of site. Pretty good. Everything is a la carte so it can get a little pricey. Mac n cheese was a bit dried out. Sandwiches were pretty tasty though.

The food tasted good, but for as expensive as it was I expected it to taste better. We got 3 sandwiches and runny mac n cheese and 2 shakes and it took 55 minutes from the time we ordered. I understand they make the food fresh, but I expect it not to take that long. I won't be back. read more

Our family enjoys Cubby's a lot. It's also one of the few restaurants where we feel safe taking our son with food allergies out to eat. They will flag his meal for us and make sure anyone handling his food changes this gloves. He also really enjoys what he can have there. We love Cubby's. Their salads are amazing! I get the kale and wild rice salad or the tri tip steak salad every time. But we haven't been super happy with this location. My husband always wants and asks for extra meat (and pays a pretty penny for it) but rarely gets it!! One time they didn't put any meat on at all. He always checks now before we leave the store to make sure they actually put meat on. They are pretty stingy with extra meat. read more

This location struggles! I have been twice now and both times the food (grilled cheese sandwich, tomato basil soup and buffalo fries) are cold to barely warm.
