Always had a smile with their answers and very easy to have them to do what I asked. Such a group of great guys. I had my furniture delivered to storage first and Claevon placed my boxes and furniture like it was a Tetris puzzle and quite the perfectionist at placing them. She also helped us with choosing the correct process to obtain the QR code to initiate the return. We were so impressed by her! Then my husband asked her for some tape since I think he thought she didn't hear me, and she yelled, "I got it! You can just leave the box here." I also did notice how she told a white person hi, but didn't welcome us with the same entrance. I think this may go beyond lessons in customer service but please UPS do better. I've never been treated that way here. Ever.
