I have two of their large units that…read morerun $235ish a month and have had an issue every month since I moved my household goods there as we it for our house to be finished. To start, the elevator ‍. You need a code to request the elevator every time. Mind you, you already put a code in to enter the gate, then another code to enter the building, then you need it a third time to request the elevator, over kill and a time waster, especially when you are paying moving companies by the hour. The elevator doesn't have a run/stop switch. Makes it hard to load an elevator moving in or out. If you prop the door open to fill it, it shuts the elevator down and the staff has to come reset it. I ended up switching one of my two units to a first floor unit strictly because of the time it took to do two loads up to the second floor. Issue two. I bought multiple locks from Home Depot so they are keyed the same. On my second month bill, I get a charge for locks from them. I called and said I supplied my own locks. Response was, there wasn't anything they could since I was already charged, but they'd credit me the following month. Good enough for me. Did they do it? Nope. Shows lack of any follow through. Issue three. Today I get a call saying they are overlapping my lock because they are missing a form. They have everything else signed and dated THREE months ago, but today they lock my unit, because they can't find it. Units are paid on auto pay, but one form on just of the units allows them to lock my goods up. Now they hadn't called me to let me know, before this, which is the professional thing to do. Instead, make it so I can't access it, even though the exact same documentation is on the other unit. Issue four. When I set up my units, I did autopay, just so I wouldn't be late or miss it, while we are in transition. They only auto drafted one of the units and I get a late notice with a late fee. I told the lady who I called that everything is autopay and that they took for one of the units, why not the other? Response has been par for the course, "not sure why, but we'll remove the late fee." I'm a huge supporter of local, small business, but in this case, go to the storage unit a block north and avoid this place at all cost. When I asked for a managers number or the owners contact to be emailed to me, since I'm on the road, I got a snarky answer from the lady at the desk and still no contact info. The owner has 5 reviews on here, the two good ones are a form letter response and no response to the negatives. That should give you an idea of the management.

By the time I got a response out of someone, I had already cleaned the mess the rodents made so I couldn't provide pictures for insurance. 2nd and biggest incident. I got rid of 75% of my storage and wanted to move into a smaller and cheaper unit. Again no one answers, almost 2 weeks later I get a call back, and of course it was after the 1st. Now they want to charge me for the current unit plus the new smaller one which is a load of crap when I tried to move 2 weeks before the first. Now after trying to dispute and talk to someone else, another month has past and now my fees has snowballed. Lastly, it's up for auction with no explanation of disservice. Stay away from here!

Construction outside and Public Storage hasn't done a good job for posting signs, how to enter this location. I called costomer service to get refund so I can rent a unit at another location. Poor costomer service, they said even if it has only been 12 hours , they cannot refund anything, only thing they can refund is lock and key. They have strict policy on refund, but not on delivering what they charge for. I decided to just deal with it and went there to move in my stuff. There was no light. It was pitch dark in there. Huge safety hazard. I called costomer service again, I was told that someone will reach out to me. I got call back 8 hrs later, if I still need help. I told them about dark and no light in there. I was told that use my phone torch. That is what property manager do when making rounds. I am not just making rounds, I am moving my stuff, How should I hold torch with my hands full, every time I called I only got the answers like , sorry about that, I understand etc. No solutions offered. I asked for refund, oh sorry you signed agreement that indicates that it is all non refundable. They should have also mention in the agreement that property is under consideration, pot holes. Unpaved area, nails and sharp objects by the entrance, unit is dark. No power. So I know what I was signing up

Gate was wide open last week and have seen it wide open several times, so no real gated security. Their security is a joke. The parking area literally looks like a junkyard and is not well managed. Very sketchy location and I didn't feel my property was secure. I asked once about pricing, and they said they were "competitive" and didn't care that I was a long-term client. I got a bigger, covered space for a LOT less money closer to my house. This place used to be great. They're greedy and don't invest in broken security gates or lot maintenance. Avoid!!!

We selected a space on line and expected to be given keys to a space to store our extra items while we staged our house for sale. We were pleasantly surprised when we got so much more. High Quality, Professional Service at every turn! Every visit, we were greeted by helpful staff that knew how to help us accomplish our goals. Cassidy, Hanna and Cynthia guided us through the process; renting and using the space, buying packing materials, accessing the free carts, etc. Today, when we were cleaning out our space (we sold the house and are getting ready to move), we got the same high level of service as we closed out our rental. From the day I got my unit I should have known I would have nothing but issues. The day I made my reservation to get my unit, no one was there. It took over an hour for anyone to show up. When I paid for my unit, I paid for 12 months in advance to "lock in the monthly rate", or at least that's what I was told. However, that was not the case. So when the price went up just 3 months in without my knowledge, the money prepaid to my account ran out early. Try to talk to anyone about this has been a nightmare of repeatedly going to the office, most of the time no one being there, and talking to the same guy who's "going to email his district manager". Moral of the story, if you want price hikes every other month, to never have a person working in the office, and no one to ever call you back, rent here. Otherwise, there's a great place down the street with a green sign. UPDATE: the resolution they offers was a discount for two months. I took it. However, the amount due on my account is $163 more than what I was told I'd pay. And there response when I pointed it out was basically "oh, you're right. Here's $50 off..." I've called the general manager every day this week and he has neither answered or called me back once. DONT RENT HERE!!
