They do not honor their word: Two weeks prior to the last day of billing I spoke with them about moving out since I had moved and didn't need my storage. She said I had to fill out paperwork or something, didn't mention the lock and such. Then she called me the day before the last day to tell me I wouldn't be cancelled because I needed to come back and do my lock and remove a bike in there. Due to work, I needed an evening to come back since I now live 50 miles away. The person agreed for my arrival on Tuesday evening on a Monday and then they sent me a Past Due late notice for the very thing we agreed on that Tuesday. The management on property is terrible and unprofessional: The lady did not keep her word! Bad business ethics. Worse than this is the fact that they are consistently not at the property when their posted hours are. Not sure if the owner knows that or not, but it was sometimes hard to get a hold of them or get help from them onsite. She brings her kids to work with her in the summer too, which I get sometimes, but not the whole summer basically last year. The experience was terrible: Overall, I had a terrible experience with people who over-charge, didn't keep their word or provide decent service. It sucked. The units are good, but not worth the risk of management that don't care and don't have enough cameras to make up for it: Trust me, call anyone but them in Midlothian and you will be better off. Don't let the property fool you, it is nice but the person running it over there is not going to be helpful to you.

This storage outfit operates a five star facility in many different ways: very convenient access to…read moregrounds from Main Street and Newt-Patterson Rd, Mansfield; clean and clear premises; Office personnel keep accurate hours, are helpful, and have necessary amenities like boxes, locks, packing etc; Facility has a loading dock for the A/C units building, and has drive up lockers in outlying areas; Cost and Prices are competitive; they rent U-Haul trucks, and have a spacious staging/ holding yard for extra trucks; biggest bonus is, the Knapp Sisters Self Storage facility is like a historic location, where the buildings are new and architected so that in the office area it has the Farm business feeling with actual equipment from before when it was a working Ranch and farm. Last thing: many storage places will build as cheap as they can, but the Knapp facility is well architected, and sturdy- meant to last a long time.
