The ladies at the counter told me to flag down a UPS truck driver as they pass by and try to give it to them, which sounds dismissive and dangerous. They didn't offer the phone number to customer service or any serious answer for how to return the package to sender. I ended up just paying to ship the package back to whoever sent it. Terrible customer service at this location and any rebuttal they provide to this review is just an attempt to cover up that truth. Do yourself a favor and find another UPS store, even if it's further away.

They gave me a call roughly an hour before they came so we could prep for them and didn't complain at all when they couldn't get their truck up our steep driveway(not their fault, it's a VERY steep driveway and a VERY big truck). They were quick, prompt, professional, and very friendly. They also were quick to adapt when there was a last minute change in where we were going to meet and were easy to communicate with both via yelp and phone. 10/10, would and will be using these guys again in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for movers; especially up here on the mountain.

I had an extremely heavy massage chair that I needed moved up a flight of stairs fast because it was sitting outside on the ground floor. I message and the next day they were here and on time too! They do have a 3hour minimum which was a bummer for me because it only took them 30 minutes but it was honestly so worth it because Baxter and Shak did everything without a single complaint. The evening before move day, I got a text and was told the fuel line had busted on the moving truck so could I do the next day. I was sent a video and said I understood. No problem. I contacted the day before the new move day and received no response. This morning I called and no answer. I received a text that the truck wouldn't be ready until the next morning. I replied that I took off work and needed it done today. He replied he could get a uhaul. I said ok. Almost 2 hours later I asked for an update. He said his guy would be arriving in the next hour. I asked if one person would be able to move everything, including my storage, and he replied "He is going to start it to finish faster I have someone to help after if needed." 30 mins later I asked if he was on his way as tomorrow would be better. He said yes he was and tomorrow he would be in San Diego working on a naval base. How is that when the truck wouldn't be ready until tomorrow and he was supposed to be doing my move?! Makes absolutely no sense. I had first agreed to go ahead and do the job but ended up canceling. I had used him before thru Uhaul and it was short notice but the job was done. I won't call again. Thankfully I wasn't asked to pay a deposit bcuz after reading some of these reviews I would be out my money. Now I have to start over and my lease is up today!! 0/10 will not recommend. Update: he thanked me for this review, said I left out the part that I backed out (which I didn't) , that I just didn't want to it, and then said watch how this plays out. Should I be worried If I didn't want the job done, I wouldn't have confirmed twice, including day of. He said he'll have the review removed but not all reviews will positive. That's the nature of business. He even mentioned that its sad black business always comes to this. I'm black and try to support black businesses as much as possible but this type of treatment is why I mostly don't. I wished him a good day in the end. Continued success but it won't be due to me or anyone I know.
