Stephon a whole scammer!!!! This dude sat up here and pressed me so hard for a $250 deposit!!!! He couldn't even accept the Cash App! He needed me to send to someone else... he a lier and broke! He never had any intentions on moving me come the morning of the move he send me, the video of this gas leak!!!! I just checked his reviews and it's the same video from another customer from 5 months ago! He pulled up on me once I found someone else to move me and paid me $200 cash back! I been calling him for two days for my $50! He a loser and now I see his fake AI made website is down! DO NOT USE THIS LAME! If I could give zero stars I would. I contacted a week before I needed service and it was all good. I confirmed 2 days before. Still all good. The evening before move day, I got a text and was told the fuel line had busted on the moving truck so could I do the next day. I was sent a video and said I understood. No problem. I contacted the day before the new move day and received no response. This morning I called and no answer. I received a text that the truck wouldn't be ready until the next morning. I replied that I took off work and needed it done today. He replied he could get a uhaul. I said ok. Almost 2 hours later I asked for an update. He said his guy would be arriving in the next hour. I asked if one person would be able to move everything, including my storage, and he replied "He is going to start it to finish faster I have someone to help after if needed." 30 mins later I asked if he was on his way as tomorrow would be better. He said yes he was and tomorrow he would be in San Diego working on a naval base. How is that when the truck wouldn't be ready until tomorrow and he was supposed to be doing my move?! Makes absolutely no sense. I had first agreed to go ahead and do the job but ended up canceling. I had used him before thru Uhaul and it was short notice but the job was done. I won't call again. Thankfully I wasn't asked to pay a deposit bcuz after reading some of these reviews I would be out my money. Now I have to start over and my lease is up today!! 0/10 will not recommend. Update: he thanked me for this review, said I left out the part that I backed out (which I didn't) , that I just didn't want to it, and then said watch how this plays out. Should I be worried If I didn't want the job done, I wouldn't have confirmed twice, including day of. He said he'll have the review removed but not all reviews will positive. That's the nature of business. He even mentioned that its sad black business always comes to this. I'm black and try to support black businesses as much as possible but this type of treatment is why I mostly don't. I wished him a good day in the end. The best moving company ever!!!! Hired Stephon to move me, he was on time, fast, and affordable. Not only were they fast they made sure everything was wrapped and taken care of. He had all my furniture wrapped in blankets and bubble wrap, there was not one single scratch or damaged item. Once everything was all moved over he also set everything back up! I booked them to move my big furniture to a new house and they never showed up and left me stranded to find another mover for the next day. I texted and called a few times to see if they were still coming and no response. This was a referral and I would never refer them to anyone. He said he would come back tomorrow and get the rest of the junk removed and i can pay him the rest once that is done. He never showed up and didnt answer my text or calls! just took my money.
