She told me absolutely not and she assisted me locating my storage (I couldn't remember where it was), and provided me with all of the information I needed in order to close out my unit this weekend. She was so sweet, she even walked me back to my unit because I couldn't remember where it was. If I ever need a storage unit again I will come back here. Update 8/13/24 : I recently inquired about a smaller unit and made sure that there was availability on the website before I decided to downgrade. I proceeded to look into the size I was comfortable with and talked to the property manager. She proceeded to tell me that size wasn't available. Not only that but there was only two sizes available at that facility when on the website it has 7 available sizes ready for move in. That was really odd. Even after insisting there was available units. The manager started questioning if I was looking at the right location and that I should call the other location nearby. I called them and of course they didn't have what I wanted. I then proceeded to order the unit online to see what would happen. It was a success I got a confirmation to move in. Then I received a phone call from the property manager. She sounded frustrated but still claiming they didn't have that unit although I got a confirmation email to move in as soon as the next day. Something suspicious is going on with this company. Either they fake the units they have available on the website as a scheme to get customers. Or the property manager was lying because she's mad I left a honest review about how my experience is here. Maybe she didn't wanna lose money because I was downgrading to a smaller storage. In January, my storage unit got broken into. There were six other units that got broken into in the same area. The storage company told police that there wasn't any video footage. Which I thought was odd because there are cameras. The manager kept changing up her story and said there was video footage. I talked to the other customers who got broken into and they believed it may be an inside job. If you are looking for a storage unit, I would look at a different company that actually cares about its customers. When I got to this location Bill (the manager) and Nancy were both very helpful in showing me the different sizes of storage in person. When I decided on the size, Bill helped me break down the prices with the one month free or the 25% off to compare. For my needs, I decided to go with the one month free. If I could give Cubesmart 0 reviews I would. They raised rates every 6 months. After a year of storage in a 10×15 unit, my rate went up to $165. Totally NOT worth it. The biggest scam of all was when I made my monthly payment on 8/12 then moved on 8/20 when my new apartment was available abd found out they don't reimburse you a pro-rated amount!!!!! My first complaint is they have a sign in the storage area that says Restrooms, but I walked and walked looking for it but they're were no other direction signs and I never found it. Then when I went to close out my account... the front office door is locked and no notice as to why they are closed at 230pm in the afternoon... just locked up.
