We came back to rent out a small unit here after a few years. This location is still the same, nice, clean and bright. The only thing difference is it has the new manager, Erica, to replace the old one who was also very nice. We had a wonderful experience though just a short time of renting. They gave us a new lock, free of charge, for the one we bought got broken. Erica gave us a tour to our unit, specific instructions and printed out a map (even it came out too small, she kept trying and was very patient) We will definitely come back next time when we need extra space for our things. Wow! The online rapid process was so darn convenient. Everything was so easy!! I've been renting this storage for about 7 months since my house is renovating. The location is super close that I can easily access to my stuffs whenever needed. The App for opening the gate in and out is super easy to use. The best part is the staffs there are super nice with any questions or any requests. This company will rip you off! They will get you in with a cheaper promotional rate in the beginning and then they will increase your rate every few months. In just 4 months of renting a unit, they increase my monthly rate by $80 at least. And then in the next 5 months they increased it again. I haven't even been there one year yet and they've made two increases. I bet you come the one year mark, they will increase it again. And when inquiring about it, they say that's the market rate and it's automatically computed at the corporate level through a computerized system. I've never had this amount and frequent increases with any other storage company (PS Storage) in the past years. I've never heard of increasing the rate more than once a year if not once every couple of years. This is worse than renting an apartment. The location is nice and staff is friendly but this company is unprofessional, manipulative, dirty and out for your money. If you lease a car or rent an apartment at a cheaper rate, probably because low demand, then why should the renter be paying for that difference or loss. They should be glad there's a renter in the first place and focus on getting more renters. Then they should focus on keeping their renters especially if they are ones that are good about making prompt payments. Instead, they try to make up for their loss by unrealistically increasing the current renters' rate. If we compare what this company is doing to how real estate works then when you buy a home at a price, and then the market value of the house goes up, then you as the owner will now have to pay the difference in price for the home according to what the increased market value is. How ridiculous does that sound?! This company has a terrible business mentality. I probably won't be staying here too long as there are plenty of comparable storage units out there that are just as safe and won't charge unnecessarily multiple times a year. There are many Extra Storage locations, and they all work the same. I wouldn't recommend this company despite what the ratings/reviews say. Don't say I didn't warn you. Good luck everyone! read more

This place is probably the cleanest storage facility I've ever been to. The lady that was there was very nice and showed me around on the little golf cart. They monitor everything so I would feel secure leaving my belongings here. If you do walk in, check their online prices first. They are cheaper online and they will give you that price. Don't you just hate it when you have just WAY TOO MUCH STUFF? Thank goodness there are facilities such as these storage places to contain all your unnecessary stuff. This facility in particular is one of the better ones. Its closer to home and although there has been a couple of price hikes for the past 2 years that I have been there, I am still pleased with this facility. The overall cleanliness is great here because they have employees that come around to sweep and keep the place tidy. The customer service is great and they are more than willing to answer any questions you may have. The only reason why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the price hikes. I was so happy with the set price that they had given me when I first started renting, but as time progressed, the price started to heighten and its just a downer. But for a decent sized storage unit (that I have), I am will to continue. And not to mention the overall surroundings and customer service. I just wish the price stayed the way it was...
