I love panera bread. They have the best bread and the best soup. I usually order the half and half so that way i can get half a sandwich and half soup. They are usually pretty quick but one time they completely forgot my order and I had to wait almost an hour for my meal. Hopefully this won't happen to you. If you get their rewards this place would be even better. You get random free things. One month I got a free daily bagel! Unfortunately that doesn't come with cream but hey free is free. Not enforcing COVID precautions. I ordered through the drive thru. As I pulled up I saw the employee making my entire order. She had her mask down below her chin, speaking into her headset all while preparing my food. She only pulled it up when she noticed that I saw her. I told her that I didn't feel comfortable consuming food that she had made. When confronted she was very rude, as if I was insulting her. She explained that she has asthma and that it was only for a second. But ma'am, you had it down before I even got to the window. I stopped here for a snack and drink after shopping and was overall pleased with this location. I had the Cinnamon Crunch Bagel and warm tea. It was simple, yet hit the spot. I didn't toast it so it was soft, chewy and sticky just like I was having a dessert and the warm tea was comforting too. I truly could've taken a nap afterwards because it was filling, quiet and the staff kept the tables bussed and bathrooms were very clean!
