We hired a 3 man crew from this company to move furniture and boxes for us. During the 5 hours of moving, 2 of the 3 men yelled at, intimidated and/or threatened us. This is not a professional company. Do not hire them if you want yourself or your belongings safe. During our move, which happened during a light snowfall, our mattress wasn't wrapped as tightly as it could have been, and it was placed in such a way in the truck that it absorbed quite a bit of water (see photos). When mentioned to the crew, one man, whom I had already asked not to smoke near our furniture, became combative. Requests for that individual to calm down and not even rude or yell at us in our own home, turned to the man informing us he was off the clock and shouting in our front yard to the point where we had to ask him to leave our property- he then sat in the truck leaving the other two to do all the work. When it came time to settle the bill, we called the office (no response) to discuss the damages and a 2 vs 3 person rate. We asked the crew to have her get in touch with us. While I was on the phone with Melanie, business owner/customer service, the remaining crew started yelling at and then threatened my fiancé, shouting that they would call the police for us refusing to pay- we were not, we were discussing the damage and the crew member who walked off the job. The crew manager informed me that he was Melanie's boss and he'd just call the police. Melanie heard all this, called them and sorted it out. The yelling and the threats were terrifying and unprofessional. This is not how you treat customers and is a horrible reflection of the "business." Do your research and go with someone more reputable and safe. read more

Melanie was very responsive with sending me the quotes and adjusting to our schedule changes. Their pricing was also very competitive. On the actual moving day, their movers (Justin, Josh, and Andrew) were punctual and courteous. Horrid. Arrived 1.75 hours late. Guys said it was because they thought the schedule was for 9; owner (when she finally answered phone) said it was be of traffic. Guys arrived eating breakfast in the cab. Smoked weed while moving me, 1 guy left for 30 minutes to buy drinks. One entire box of ceramics broken - they either threw it or dropped it and it appears intentionally. Asked owner for a credit of 1 hour since they were so late. "We don't do credits." Movers complained about how many days they had been working. Ruined one of my recliners. Dropped my dining room table. Put boxes in new place wherever they felt like- not taking direction. Footboard in bed damaged. Frame not connected to headboard. Etc., etc. Owner had the gall to ask if I wanted to add a tip! NO, NO, NO. NO stars. Better a -*. Movers were fantastic. I can't say enough good things about them. They showed up on time and were very respectful responding "yes, sir" to every question we had. They treated our belongings with care and at the same time hustled to get the move done quickly. They were literally running back and forth to get our items out of the truck. The 3 men crew arrived on time. They were very professional, wrapped all of our furniture, offered to shrink wrap other items (did not know that was a thing). We were looking for movers to help with a condo move in the city to a house outside of the city and we gathered many quotes. Cueto was very responsive and Melanie did a great job providing an accurate quote. It does appear that Cueto itself outsources their movers. The 3 guys who moved us, Edgar, Manny and Justin, were on time, polite, professional and very hard working. They took very good care of our furniture and possessions while showing and reporting any small cracks, or tears in the furniture prior to moving it. Edgar, Manny and Justin did a fantastic job overall and worked extremely hard. They were thorough and provided great explanation along with whole way. On the way back to the condo from making the first trip to the new house, the truck broke down to no fault of their own. The delay pushed everything back, but they worked through the night to finish the move completely. They took care in dis-assembling and re-assembling the furniture and they took good care of delicates, glassware and the tv's. We would highly recommend these 3 movers to anyone. They were also very understanding and accommodating as they ran into issues caused by leasing and maintenance. I never left a bad comment before, but I felt like I have to this time. To be fair, the first interaction went well, they were responsive to all our questions, scheduling was easy, however the rest turned out to be the opposite. The movers were nice people but they were a bit inexperienced and had some organizational issues. And we moved several times before and never experienced such issues and headaches before. Also, we weren't informed that they were renting u-haul trucks which created a huge delay due to battery issue. They forgot to pick up some items, lost the key, and we were charged for late hour fees by the condo (which we informed the moving company about) and they only refunded us a small portion of it and ignored all our messages. We would have appreciated a return to our messages. So, we ended up paying what other top moving companies would have charged us witout all the problems. Just wanted to share our experience for other people. So, think twice before making a decision. read more

We had to move a 3bdrm house into storage while we waited to close on our new house, and it was a LOT of work emptying out the house, renting trucks and loading up the storage unit. So, we decided to hire movers to empty out the storage unit and move into our new house. I AM SO GLAD WE DID. We were assigned 3 guys based on our load size: Joshua, Justin & Andrew. They were so fast an efficient, they used every square inch of a 26foot truck and got all of our items in one trip (it took us 2 trips to load the unit initially). They were courteous and professional. The one guy carried items backwards on his back, and you have to see it to believe it but we were impressed in how much they could get done. We went with Cueto Movers to help move our furniture into a rented truck. Communicating with Melanie was very easy prior to the move. She did a great job answering all our questions. The guys arrived on time, they were very efficient and experienced in the job. They knew what they were doing while arranging the items inside the truck. It only took them 1 hour to move a 1 bedroom into the truck.
