WOW! I have no words. We needed a caterer for my partners 50th birthday. We didn't want to spend more than a certain amount but had a lot of guests coming so Pamela recommended her appetizer menu with delivery for us. I was hesitant because we really wanted the food to be served but her menu really stood out so we opted for hiring a couple of waiters ourselves to pass heavy apps from Pamela's menu. OMG! Through work, I was connected to CuisineStyle as an option for catering events. I have worked with them a few times now to have some of our events catered. The owner Pamela and the CuisineStyle staff are very professional and friendly to boot. They are communicative and have been a pleasure to do business with. And of course the most important part is that the food is DELICIOUS. I am always excited if we have leftovers from events, because that means I get to take it home. I absolutely love their dishes. In addition, when receiving catering for meetings we usually have to keep them in storage trays to be stored for about an hour before it is served. Despite the storage trays being plastic, CuisineStyle puts in the effort to make the presentation of these trays beautiful! They are a nice quality and each are wrapped pretty blue ribbons stamped elegantly with the CuisineStyle name. Again I cannot stress enough: professional, friendly, beautiful presentation and delicious. I will be keeping CuisineStyle in my address book for business use AND personal use in the future. read more

I see a lot of catering co's come through my office but my goodness - I was SO impressed by Cuisine Style by Pamela Keith!! For a Friday Happy Hour catering, the finger foods includes; - Cold cooked shrimp with cocktail sauce - Lamb cutlets with mint jelly - Mini corn muffins with grilled eggplant, peppers and cheese - Cheese and fruit plate The dishes were well prepared, and uses seasonally fresh ingredients (e.g. raspberries and blueberries, which are in season). The lamb cutlets was particularly impressive - being Australian, I value any chef who can cook good lamb :) it is by far the best spread we've seen for an after work/ drinking occasion. Super impressed. I read that she also does cooking parties - where one of Pamela's chefs come to your home to teach guests how to cook - will absolutely consider doing that!!! read more

Pamela did an amazing job at our 3 Generation Celebration. She developed a fun menu that represented the favorite food of our 1 year old (fun finger foods), 30 year old and 85 year old -- each with their own table. Most of all, we hired Pamela because she envisioned and was concerned about the entire event, not just the food. She was equally concerned about the schedule of events, floor plan, decor etc. which made me confident that she was the right caterer for me! The food was delicious. Pamela Keith just catered my wedding this past weekend at my sisters house in San Mateo. 40 person/outdoor/buffett. Her crew was excellent. She was super easy to work with, super sweet and was always available during the planning phase. Also, never pushy. During the ceremony they were very friendly and on top of it all. They even saved a little plate of the appetizers for us since we were busy taking pics when they were being passed around. She takes care of the all the rentals for you and arranges the delivery and pick up of them. I would definitely recommend them and hopefully will again have a chance to enjoy her food. Pamela Keith and her team at Cuisine Style catered a celebratory cocktail party and sit-down dinner for my mother's 80th birthday in May. The menu required a fair amount of planning and thought. They had great ideas but also listened to my suggestions, too. We wanted the food to not be too fussy and complicated but full of flavor and nicely presented. They met all our expectations and then some starting with delicious hors d'oeuvres and continuing with a seasonal seafood menu for dinner. Beyond the food I was really impressed with the level of their service and thoughtfulness, something that a lot of caterers don't live up to. They were especially attentive (but unobtrusively so) to all of the small details that allowed us to simply enjoy our guests and have a great time. We found CuisineStyle online and met with Pamela in our home to discuss catering for our wedding reception. She was very professional and provided useful feedback and suggestions about how the event could be organized. We selected CuisineStyle because we felt that Pamela understood what we wanted to achieve and because the style of food was appealing to us. We were in contact with both Pamela and her assistant, Lauren - they helped us to formulate a menu for the event, and were so patient with us and very responsive to our questions. They worked with us to match the menu and services with our budget by providing us detailed estimates and options. In the end, we were satisfied with the final cost as it was within range of the initial estimate. Both wedding and reception were in our house, ~25 people attended. CuisineStyle catered for the reception and provided chairs, tables, flatware, plates, etc. We provided our own drinks & cake, and CuisineStyle served. There were four CuisineStyle employees - two front-of-house (serving staff), two back-of-house (chefs). The chairs, tables, etc. were delivered the day before the event, and the staff arrived a few hours ahead of the wedding to prepare, organize, etc. The serving staff was top quality. We met with them when they arrived so they could get to know us and our desires for the day. They filled in the blanks where information wasn't available (as we wanted them to do). They orchestrated the event seamlessly and provided a high level of service - attentive, professional, personable. Everything was neatly organized, down to the finest detail. They asked questions when appropriate (not too much or too little) and were respectful of our wishes during the event. They truly made it a worry-free day for us - a bride's and groom's dream! The chefs were also superb. They operated primarily behind the scenes, and prepared an incredibly delicious meal consisting of (briefly): salad (pears, blue cheese, walnuts), asparagus, roast potatoes, steak w/ mushrooms, chicken w/ artichokes, and vegetable risotto. (Drooling just thinking about the risotto!) Wives made their husbands get them seconds (including me!). Overall outstanding - one of the most delicious meals I have had. We often meet with our friends who attended the wedding, and they continue to rave about how wonderful the event was. My husband and I feel that way too - our day was perfect, and very much to the credit of CuisineStyle. We highly recommend them! read more

Words cant describe how thankful I am to Pamela and her team for all their work on our wedding day. It was a pure delight to work with them. Seriously I was so nervous to find a caterer because we went to a few tastings and were less than impressed. I was freaking out to say the least! I finally told my mom well there is a cafe by my work their food is good and they do catering - maybe lets try them. And well that was the best decision. We did two tastings with them one for the wedding dinner and one for the dessert - both outstanding. The took my vision of what I wanted for my big day and went above and beyond. Pamela and Rashia listened to every detail of what I wanted and hit it out of the park. Not only are they detailed orientated but they are two of the sweetest people to work with. They also replied to emails so promptly and put any worry that I had to rest. One aspect that my husband wanted to have was some Dutch elements - being from Amsterdam. Pamela and Bernard (her master chef) spent time researching and perfecting bitterbalen a Dutch dish - and it was better than anything we could find in Amsterdam. I've had many catered events at my house in the past and I've always had to do so much to make certain that everything was going as planned... Not to mention all the set-up and clean-up that was I had to do!! I offered my house for an event this weekend andt my friend chose CuisineStyle to cater the event. For a group of fifty, Pamela sent three of her staff. (She also showed up to help!!) The event coordinator/set-up person/ server/ clean-up person could not have been more professional yet always had the most beatiful, warm smile and style. The cook used my kitchen to make non-stop luscious appetizers.. All this while keeping my dog from getting the bones in the garbage!! The lamb chops were to die for, seasoned and cooked to perfection. Last, but not least, the young man that seemed to be everywhere, helping with everything, could not have more gracious. I don't know how he managed but while he was busy doing his own jobs, he was also there offering to help me EVERY time I started. He did an outstanding job while also being kind and dear. AND the three did their jobs effortlessly, unobtrusively. AND my house was left spotless, maybe even cleaner than when they started!! AND you could not ask for more delicious food! read more

Our Wedding Could Not Have Gone Better! I have seen Pamela and team in action many times, so I had no doubts that they would provide the most amazing food and service out there for our wedding. They exceeded all my expectations!
