I truly enjoy supporting small businesses and always want to see them succeed, which is why I was looking forward to trying this restaurant. While the food tasted good, I was disappointed by several aspects of the experience. The sushi rolls were very VERY small, with extremely thin slices and very little meat inside. The menu was also quite limited. I was surprised to find that soy sauce and Sriracha came with an extra charge 1 dollar charge, with no complimentary refills. Another thing I noticed was that our drinks weren't brought out until just before the food arrived, which seemed unusual. Unfortunately, the service also fell short. Our server was not very attentive, and I observed that the side sauce containers were moved from one table to another without being properly cleaned or sanitized. At a minimum, they should be wiped down between guests. Overall, I really wanted to give this place a higher rating because I believe in supporting local businesses. However, the small portion sizes, limited menu, extra charges for basic condiments, lack of drink refills, No refills stated on menu and service issues made the experience disappointing. I hope they take this feedback as an opportunity to improve, because they have the potential to offer a much better dining experience. I called 4 times to try to place an order and gave up so I Preordered my food on DoorDash took 40mins to accept the order mind you this was around 11am to be exact and detoured an extra 20mins from my pickup time and when my pick up time was ready I was told it wasn't and waited an extra 20mins while the 2 employees chatted away the place was empty front was clean, I asked to use the restroom as soon as I walked to the door they're was a key to lock/unlock but only from the outside which was VERY ODD. going in toilet seat up, urine and brown residue along the outside and inside of the toilet and NO toilet seat cover NO Toilet paper NO paper towels no soap. I didn't even want to eat anymore knowing employees use this restroom and it was this filthy the restaurant was very empty and no order coming in no excuse for them to have a restroom in that order. I ordered the el grenas in all honesty I didn't want to even try it after leaving and seeing the employee who handed me my food with no gloves when handing my order but I spent 20$ for this measly plate and everyone gave great reviews. I finally sat down and decided to give it a go all I can say is No flavor more breading than anything and it's bland. For the price it's OK, nothing special rolls are pretty small for the $20 price. had to get to go because it was too hot, had the AC on but at 82°.
