The SUPERVISOR or MANAGER of this restaurant is a THIEF. Supervisor/Manager description, (Male, approximately 6'3, roughly 240 pounds, short trimmed beard). 6/29/2019 A customer was celebrating her bday with her guest. She left behind a GIFT(boxed necklace I assume). Table boy picked it up and notified a waiter helping the table. They then notified the Supervisor/Manager. He opened the gift and WHISPERED I WANT TO KEEP THIS. The Supervisor/Manager proceeded to store the necklace in some part near the kitchen area. About an 30 minutes later, the customer returned asking about her gift she left behind. She spoke to the waiters, who referred her to the Supervisor/Manager. The manager then spoke to the girl and told her nothing was found or turned in. Customer clearly knew she had left the gift behind and insisted on checking or asking others about the gift left on the table. Supervisor/Manager continued to deny any sight of the item. Customer became very upset and insisting that he do something to try to help her. Supervisor/Manager proceeded to have security escort her out for asking for her left belongs back. This was clearly a fucken ROBBERY on the SUPERVISOR part. Maybe even possibly criminal charges, depending on the item's value. Clearly there is a cámara that pointed to the area referred above. I hope the owner takes action against this misconduct. Clearly the Supervisor/Manager should be fired. If he's stealing customers items, could easily be stealing from the restaurant, too. Fucken rats!!! Incident occurred on 6/29/19 at between the hours of 6:30-7:30pm. I regret not taking action at the moment, but I hope justice is serve. read more

This is our second time visiting this spot, we came cuz we're seafood lovers and are always looking for a spot to enjoy fresh dishes. The first time we ordered the shrimp by the pound and some cocktails. Sat at the bar and had a great time. The food was delicious and the service was the great. This time around we ordered the shrimp again but we decided to try a different dish. The fish was ... chicken-y, as if they fry the fish in the same oil in which they fry the chicken, or maybe they use chicken stock to marinate the fish? I don't know, but the chicken flavor was overwhelming. We also ordered a couple or new drinks, Paloma Negra and the Tamarind Margarita .. unless you're a fan of Chambord and Grenadine stay away from the Paloma Negra, it to us it tasted like cough syrup and the tamarind concentrate they use is way too sweet (for me personally) not to mention there was no real margarita flavor (sweet and sour) in it whatsoeve. I had to add a few of the lemons served at the table for the dishes to balance it out. Aside from that, the service was as always excellent. Our server DIANA was amazing and on point. I asked for my tamarind margarita to be made with Mezcal rather than tequila and that is exactly what I got. Despite the fact that the restaurant was full and she was busy I could observe how she had an eye on each of her tables and was on top of everything each of us needed . I am giving a 5 star review because as a former server and restaurant manager Culichi town is killing it. Kudos to all the employees here. We are coming back and ordering our cocktails and booking shrimps and we'll Limit ourselves to beer. read more

La mesera tenía una cara de culo y un genio q el diablo ni la aguantara. Y ni se diga del manager creidote q salió a gritarme q aquí no se meten servicios para ningún discapacidades. So let's start with the atmosphere it's cramped up there is a band all night long just up till closing around 11 they stop thank goodness my ears are still ringing. Second the food... I chose the Navolato tostada I have to hand it to them it was pretty darn good. It's served with tostadas and salt crackers. Here is where it gets bad my buddy orders his food and gets to him about 30 min literally after I get my food. I ask Gonzalo for a beer then about 1 min later I let him know I want to get a bucket of beers instead he lets me know he can't switch it because of the computer. Then he comes back with the one beer I tell him I don't want the beer I want six beers in a bucket and then he gets upset gives me attitude and says he can't. The WORST part of coming here is the noise!!!!!! its so uncomfortable you cant even eat in peace. By the the time you leave your eardrums will be bleeding!! Culichitown es el mejor restaurante de mariscos, con el mejor ambiente y el mejor servicio. Todos los platillos ahí son riquísimos, desde los rollos hasta los ceviches y los appetizers, en lo personal recomiendo las empanadas de camarón y las quesadillas de marlin (son mis favoritas). Oh!! Y la mejor agua de horchata! Es cierto que siempre hay línea para entrar pero eso habla de que todo mundo quiere estar ahí y disfrutar del mejor lugar; y sinceramente VALE MUCHO LA PENA. Love love love this place! I was a little skeptical at first because it's described as a sushi place but I wasn't sure how authentic it would be seeing as it is a Mexican restaurant. I don't know what I was expecting but I was not expecting the food to be so delicious. The service there is amazing and I was so pleased with Ariel's ability to take our orders with a positive attitude even on one of their busiest nights. He was probably running around from table to table but still managed to get our orders correct and always greeted us with a smile on his face when he brought out our food. Ariel's service was impeccable and I would highly suggest this restaurant to whoever is thinking of visiting. read more

First time being at this place i got invited to go with my brother-in-law and his wife they have been there and they have mention me that place is good because of the drinks and food and i was really surprised and had so many food n drinks in mind that i wanted to try cuz all looks good or sounds good so i really enjoyed the food/drinks i got oh most of all the good customers service i got at the table the server guy was always checking on us and he was so nice and very polite !!! Culichitown in Bell is such a great restaurant!! Everything is delicious, and so far the best Miches I've had. The customer service is great; our server Monserrath was very nice and kept checking on us. We went around noon time and it was pretty busy yet our server was still very attentive. Food wise I had the Hulk tostada which was . We had the Guamichulito and the Culichitown sushi and it was so good. Btw the restaurant was very clean and on time getting us our food. Will be definitely coming back to keep trying different food items. If you haven't come you need to ASAP food is bomb!!! read more

This isn't my preferred spot; it's consistently packed and incredibly loud. While the food is satisfactory, we tend to opt for the rolls, although they do come at a steep price. Personally, I'm not a fan of the atmosphere, but it appears to appeal to others. On the occasions I've come for pick-up, it's always been exceptionally chaotic.
