How's the skin every other place we had it doesn't have the skin

You want the most dry up ala roca camarones look no further than this place all the food was taste less dry I've gone to the one in Ontario and the other location honestly I love this restaurant, but going to this specific location was traumatizing I will not be returning all the food was dry. I can't stress that enough. Please save your money and don't go to this location. Try one of the other two locations or three the extra minutes the extra drive is totally worth it just to avoid this location. The service was awful. The ambience was awful.

Finally went to the Culichi Town in LA and the vibes were different from the one in Camarillo. Music and entertainment were super lively, giving that energetic feeling in the environment! The food was delicious although it took a good minute to be served at my table. Despite the slow-ish service...I can't complain much! It does get busy on weekends!

I really liked this place! The sfood was delicious, the chips were crunchy and the salsa was really good. The service was super friendly and welcoming. Inside is very nicely decorated and clean. There's Lots of parking and shops to visit. Highly recommend!

The food here was alright. The service was slow considering it was pretty dead during my visit. Don't get me wrong though, they wait staff were really cool though. I guess it's more popular for its ambiance and drinks during the weekends or when they have live bands playing. I'll probably give it another shot during that time for my next visit.

Por favor , lower the volume on the music! I appreciate live banda music and all the Peso Pluma covers were great , but can you please LOWER the speaker volumes to a comfortable level. You literally have to yell your order at the waitress , or just point to the menu cuz the music is so loud. Maybe later at night the volume could rise , but it's only 1:26 PM and our ears were bleeding. Impossible to have conversation with anyone at your table unless you know sign language. Bring ear plugs.

Over reared and my service was trash!

I should have read the reviews before coming here. The food is just ok, my service was very poor!! They need to redo this all over

Receipt with the tip percentage extremely off, so that the waiter starts at a minimum of a 51%

The service was terrible as our server would disappear for long periods of time. I had to convince my husband to stay after the server brought our drinks and didn't come back to take our food order. We never got drink refills because the server was nowhere to be found. The food was nothing special, just okay.. I was shocked when the bill came as I usually look for the recommended tip and tip at least 20%. It was just two of us and we each got one dish and one drink (since we weren't able to get more drinks) and the recommended amount with a "20%" tip was over $100! They had it marked up ridiculously to 50% and presenting it as though it was 20% So sad because I wanted to like this place...

The food was great. The night was so nice with all the music and the guys singing going around to sing for the people. The micheladas were bomb but $20 for each ? Way over priced.

    Where Can I order

Hello. I been trying to call the restaurant but unable to speak with anyone. Just called to asked if you guys take any reservations for big parties?

Horrible location for food, drinks and service. Call Rocamar or Casa Torres unless you like bad service, food, drinks and a side of hair in your cold dish.

When do they have live music?

I went on a Friday, and there was banda by 8pm

    Is there any outdoor seating?

By far the best sushi restaurant in San Fernando imo!!!…read more I honestly don't remember how my husband and I first stumbled upon this place, but I'm glad we did because their sushi and drinks are bomb. Since the restaurant has a Mexican theme, I wasn't totally sure what to expect at first, but I ended up falling in love with their salmon hand rolls and spicy garlic edamame. My husband and I especially loved the spicy garlic edamame sauce. It is seriously so delicious! I also love their Mexican candy cocktail, which I've ordered as a mocktail too, and it was still really good. After I gave birth to my son, this was one of the first places I came running back to for sushi, and it was absolutely worth the wait. Lol. Parking around the area can be annoying, especially on weekends, but there's a huge parking lot behind the restaurant with plenty of space, so that definitely helps. The restaurant itself is lively, the staff is wonderful, and the food has been consistently great every time I've gone. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.

To start off none of the employees are the same as the first time I went (first red flag). I was not greeted upon entrance because there were no employees in the front. I wonder why they can't hold on to people (probably not a healthy work environment to work at). Second of all, I went to this location with a friend who has a dangerous allergy to nuts. When we asked if the sesame seed dressing on the salad in her bento box had any nuts, our server didn't know and had to find someone for answers. This clearly shows lack of training. Floor manager is now one of their old chefs who clearly struggles to remain professional. On my visit, I also saw the owner, Raul bad mouthing a couple of girls that when in. Literally talking crap behind their back with one of his friends at the bar, once they left. Almost as if they don't want their business. We didn't leave because it was too late and we were hungry, but we'll definitely not be coming back. If you want a good sushi place, try Razo. I always feel welcomed there and it seems like they can remain professional there and like they want my business. I don't see this place lasting very long with such shitty attitude from the owners.

It's actually pretty cute, not gonna lie--but definitely on the tighter side. The service was great, especially considering we came in about an hour before closing. No complaints there at all. As for the food, this might sound a bit nitpicky, but there were a few things that stood out. We ordered edamame, which surprisingly came without salt (it usually does). My wife and I both got the chicken ramen since they were out of pork, and we also ordered the Dodger sushi roll. The sushi was excellent--super flavorful and easily the highlight of the meal. The ramen, though, came out insanely hot--like it had just been pulled from the surface of the sun. I ended up burning my mouth right away, so I couldn't really enjoy or taste the broth. On top of that, it had way more mushrooms than noodles, and the chicken portions were almost nonexistent. For an $88 bill, I would've liked to see a bit more attention to detail, especially with the small things and something as simple as serving temperature. Overall, some good and some not-so-good. Great service and sushi, but the ramen and a few details left a bit to be desired.

I've both dined in and ordered takeout several times, and I can confidently say the quality and flavor never change. Everything is fresh, delicious, and consistently on point every single time. If you've been looking for a new sushi spot anywhere in the SCV, look no further. Try the Johnny Roll or the Canelo Roll and thank me later. Shout-out to the entire team at Hanasaki. The service has always been excellent, whether we're dining in or picking up an order. It's a great place for date night, dinner with the family, or even a meal on your own.
