We got our baby a kids plate and it was more than we can ask for! Fresh and delicious. Anywhere my child can have a good plate like us is the biggest satisfaction. Worse place to go! Service is aweful. Went today and waited for more than 3 1/2 hrs to get seated. Waiting outside on the cold with kids while other people were getting service first. The host with attitude said we had to wait because we were 5 adults & 2 children , so WE HAD TO WAIT UNTIL A BIG TABLE WAS AVAILABLE. She said and waiting period was an hour.Well, as we're waiting, other big groups who came way after us were called before us. Apparently it's not "WHAT YOU KNOW, ITS WHO YOU KNOW". Culichi Town Sylmar- Very disappointed in the quality of their service and food. I've returned multiple times thinking the next time my experience will be better and it has not. The last 3 times I've gone to this place I've ordered camarones en bolsa WITH sausage and they have not put sausage but they have charged me the $3.75 for it. The last time I ordered camarones en bolsa with sausage there was no sausage per usual but they added a piece of unwanted corn, thanks but no thanks and on top of that the shrimp tasted and smelled bitter. I don't think it's right that I have to drive from my home back to the location ( 25 min away) to return spoiled food. This did it for me to never return to this place ever again. Those shrimp should've never left the kitchen just like the sausage I asked for. This is just one of many occasions that they don't add the items to my order that they're supposed to but one thing they wont forget is to charge for them. I can't even give this place a star as it's service was just that bad. We went to dinner last night for a birthday celebration with a party of 10. We all ordered our food about 7:20 and by 8pm no on had received their food and it wasn't communicated to us what was going. Drinks had been drank with no one offering us more by 8:30pm half of our party received their orders with the other half awaiting on our sushi order so my boyfriend cancelled and they didn't show any remorse or provide and explanation of why at now 8:50 no food was brought to our table. The service is awful!!!! After waiting two hours for them to bring us food, they only brought one of five plates that we ordered. It was garlic shrimp and it was so cold that we could not eat it. The bottle beer they served us was so hot it felt like it was in the sun all day. We finally called the manager and told her to please cancel our order and that we would pay for the drinks that we ordered. We had one beer bottle, a michelada, and two lemonades and they charge us over $100.00 after they had given us a check for only $23.00. Horrible location. Second time we have been on waitlist and gotten skipped. We waited two hours last time and hour and half yesterday. We continuously checked in and waited by the entrance. I think it's a management issue to be honest, they have a lot of young girls working the front and it looks like only one older lady is the one doing all the work. They are clearly understaffed. They have a good amount of tables, but no staff dedicated to clear the tables. The waitresses are trying their best to serve customers and turn tables.
