What a disgrace to other culichitowns out there. This place is horrible. 1. Manager/owner wouldn't make up his mind on what music to play kept changing songs over and over on his you tube account. 2. Got food poisoning! The manager Areli is rude, disgusting, irresponsible, and hostile. Why is this person the manager? Not only was the service extremely terrible, but there was also hairs in my food. She claimed that they were mine when my hair is red and the pieces of hairs matched hers LOL. She insisted that they were mine and did not give me a refund nor apologized. On top of that, the owner (bald man with cap. Don't know his name nor i'm interested) proceeded to kick us out and spit on my family and I. Very unprofessional and rude. My husband was furious but we couldn't do anything about that as the security guard couldn't let us back in. Horrible! Horrible! Service. Completely unorganized , and brought the chain way low. We were soooooooo excited that Culichi was coming to our area, as we had such an amazing time/ experience at our 1st time at the Bell location. Complete shock to the lack of service we received tonight. Our waitress took our order... 10 minutes later came the drinks, and we pretty much never saw her again. Our food came from someone searching for our table. We had to ask another waitress for drinks, and then ours showed up being super complementary, but could barely finish her sentence before leaving again. The food was good, but the experience really made it ok at best. I was more embarrassed with my wife, as my family is from Culiacan. What a disappointment! They need serious retraining. The food was actually really good. I got the chamángo drink along with a sushi. The only issue I had was with the service. Everyone in my table got their food 20 minutes before I did and by the time I got my sushi, everyone else was finishing up eating. If it wasn't for that I would've given a solid 5 stars. read more

Not only did we wait 2 and a half hours to sit but after getting seated not 1 person came by to take our order. And least to say I even went out of my way to go ask at the front who our waitress was because we had been waiting 30 min already and no one had bothered to approach us.
