(I usually wait until I have a full day of work for him each time.) Clearly, it is past their return policy of 30 days. I ordered online, but called to make sure I was ordering the correct part for my model cooktop. They recommended and sent the wrong part. So, I called today to see if I could send it back and get the correct part.* I wasn't asking for a refund. After speaking with a woman for some time I asked to speak with the owner. Don reiterated that I was calling more than a year past their return policy and that there was nothing he could do because he didn't know who I spoke with. It doesn't matter who I spoke with, it is his company and it's his policy. Reading the recent reviews it seems the current ownership/management has a few very unhappy customers. I'm one of them. We quickly searched up and then decided on getting a new one from a small business. After our in store visit and finding what we wanted, with a better warranty and price than the big company offered, we paid. We skipped the delivery and haul away as we are capable and I wanted to give the community a chance to part out the fridge (appliance parts are $$$$) for no cost. Also made it lighter for us taking to drop off for recycling. Fast forward 11 months, we decided our washer and dryer had been fixed enough times and it was time to upgrade. Again, we found better pricing and warranty at Appliance Depot. Our 3 appliances are doing great. The one service call we made, for the fridge, was soon after the request was made, repair person was timely, and we had a laugh at the user error that prompted the call to begin with. Fast forward again, and we need a microwave. Likely a dishwasher coming up too. We will be going back to Appliance Depot!

Yesterday I had one of the best appliance service experiences ever. We had two Sub-Zero…read morerefrigerators that were behaving strange and dollar signs were flashing in my head! I filled out a form on Thomas Service Company's website, they called me first thing Monday morning and Kyle showed up just as promised. Kyle was pleasant, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to help us. After expertly fixing our Sub-Zero issues (They're 15 years old and these were minor fixes so shout out to Sub-Zero) he also adjusted the burners on our Wolf range to help them perform better! The work Kyle did was excellent, and I was grateful for his work and professional manner. He also told us the story of their family business and that was nifty, too! I highly recommend Thomas Service Company, Sub-Zero, and Wolf. Added benefit: The total service bill was way less than I imagined!

We called a repairman from their company to take a look at our front two burners. When he got there he proceeded to take the top off and complained about the amount of grease saying we must have had an oil spill. This is NOT true, we simply have used our stove for cooking for over 10 years. After relaying to us the problem, he started to reassemble the stovetop with all the grease still inside, WHICH ONCE AGAIN, was the main problem. Before he could finish, I stopped him saying, "At least let me clean out the grease from the inside of the stovetop first". Then, he proceed to aimlessly stand around and watch me wipe out the inside. While I realize that I did not pay him to clean out the stove, I expected that he might at least offer to help clean the grease, which again was the main problem. Then he commented, "Time is money", while waiting for me to finish a job which took me maximum of five minutes to wipe the majority of the grease out. Even my 11 year old knows that a basic clean is common sense before reassembling something. I can only imagine what would have happened if we had not been home to direct him to do a BARE MINIMUM job. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE.

Unfortunately, we had to call for service several times. Each time technicians came out, they made a temporary fix and told us they would come back and repair it permanently once the correct part came in. We were told they would order the part and contact us to schedule the installation. When we eventually reached out to have the part installed, we were told the technician didn't know how to install that particular part. After multiple visits and assurances that the issue would be resolved, a manager ultimately told us they were not going to fix the problem and claimed it was somehow our fault that the oven was broken. To make matters worse, the manager refused to give me the contact information for anyone above her and was extremely rude during the conversation. After spending a lot of money and purchasing an extended warranty, this was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Because of this experience, I will never purchase appliances from Warners' Stellian again, and I share my experience with anyone I know who is considering buying appliances there.
