There is plenty of seating, inside and out, and their vibe is super chill and casual. Larry and the team are incredibly kind, helpful and fun to talk with. They know their beer! My wife and I have been stopping in to Culture as long as they've been open in Encinitas. This place never disappoints. The beer tenders have always been helpful and friendly. The staff here seemed to deliberately ignore me. Then they finally acknowledged my presence at the bar with an angry stare? I then had to break the awkward staring contest by saying "hello?" The bar was busy, but you have to at least smile or not be outright angry at customers. The beer was average. In San Diego, there are so many quality beers and breweries to choose from. The coolest local dog-friendly brewery close to home. Great selection of beers and does a great job of changing/introducing new flavors. I love they always have pretzel snacks available for customers and sell beer pretzel treats for your furry pup ones. It does get a little busy and if you go during rush hour, you might have a hard time finding a seat at first but seats open up quickly. Love visiting this spot with my pup! read more

I never even knew Culture Encinitas existed until a few days ago. I stopped in here on a whim and I am glad I did. Culture had about 20 beers on tap. Most styles, including some nice stouts, were on their list. While they didn't have any very unique styles on tap, such as a Belgian Tripel, their tap list was very well rounded all in all. My favorite beer was the Mosaic IPA.. The best part about the location is the staff. The staff is on point. I even ended up waking out with a 4 pack of their hazy IPA. Nice! read more

I popped in here on my way down to San Diego a few weeks ago, since it was basically on the way. I had no complaints about anything, other than that (at least when I was there), their taplist skewed strongly towards the fairly traditional. Everyone was super friendly, and while it was pretty busy, they've arranged it so it still feels open and spacious, and we had no problem finding seating or getting our order taken quickly. Their tasters are mostly pretty inexpensive (a lot of them are $1.50, yes please!) And the beer I tried was all decent enough - it was pretty good for what it was, I just like breweries that have at least a couple things that are more experimental. Possible I just caught them in between batches of the wackier stuff, since I know the more experimental stuff also tends to be made in smaller batches and thus tends to run out quickly (like, I see they have a couple of bba beers on their taplist *now*, which they unfortunately did not have when I was there.) read more

The beer was great and now that I Know they encourage outside food, next time I'll bring a pizza, In N Out burger or some sweet potato fries and hang for a bit longer. What a great surprise to see this tasting room/brewery in one of our favorite little beach town Encinitas. I really love the setup compared to the one in Solana Beach only because they have SEATING in the tasting room along with their great brews that Culture offers and also it's dog friendly. Love the Solona Beach location but it's standing room only not ideal. Can't wait to come back to Encinitas! read more

Back once again trying their fantastic beers in love with the blond they have quality beer not too hoppy but still the greatest taste after a few your Defiantly good to go! I'm only posting this in hopes that the ownership uses this as a means to motivate them into making better beer. I'm sorry, but I tried 5 and they all miss the mark. One friend even quoted "I think my throw up tastes better than this!" I mean ouch. Great location and I wish them success, but I find it hard to be had with this kind of product in such a competitive beer market. I've been brewing beer professionally and at home for 10 years so, I'm not just some hipster that doesn't like the beer. read more
