I just want to share my interaction it will be your choice to come here or not. The Owner has self-centered arrogant self-righteous asinine attitude, and I believe he is Korean. After I explained to him if he could cool off my brakes for 5-10 minutes he said "No, you have to leave!" All I wanted was for them to wait a little bit before washing my car since I had ceramic brakes. I also asked for them not to send my car through the machine and manually wash it instead. The owner disregarded what I requested and sent it through anyway. I went to the restroom and came out to get a ticket which the owner never gave me, but mentioned I had lost it myself and he gave it to me. He never gave me any ticket to begin with and the workers there even found it taped to my window. He even boasts about having a "10 million dollar insurance policy, and whatever problem the insurance can fix" I do not know about you, but when an owner boasts about problems and he has insurance to cover them that means he has had problems in the past before yet he does not take ownership in the issues he is causing. The workers were great! The Owner is not at all pleasant or empathetic. He seems to be always right even when he is wrong. Value? You have a better deal going to a Gas Station Car Wash than this place. Go a little further away and find one for $10.00 less than this place. The person who wiped down my car even apologized for the owner. How sad is it when an employee has to apologize for the owner? How said is it he does not even know anything about cars yet he owns a car wash? The owner does not even give them a proper meal. They have to pay for their meal at the counter when they want something from the snack shop. read more

However, it certainly does not merit more than a 1-star rating. Just Terrible Place !!! The team neglects to pay attention to any details or even vacuum properly. Expect to receive a half done job dor $40-$50 USD !!!! Just terrible. The service feels rushed, and they quickly move on to the next car, charging exorbitantly high prices. Brought my car in because there was bird poop on it. Poop was still on there after the wash was done. Not only that, but other basic dirt stains were still on it afterwards. I'm convinced they didn't even look at my car while washing it. You're better off parking your car next to a sprinkler. and 30$?? Buy a water bottle from a vending machine and you can get an equivalent service. Called to ask for a refund for this incredibly expensive wash afterwards, was told it was not possible. Haven't been here in years but have it another try. Priced shot up to nearly $40 for a basic wash which I understand cost of doing business has gone up . However what's inexcusable are the deep scratches that will appear on your car. These are not minor scratches that you can sort of buff out with your hand or a rag. These are deep scratches and they appear in more places than one. My guess is the spinning rags or runs through are too thin or they come too close to the car where the metal apparatus cuts into your cars body. I will not be coming again because it's apparent if your car is the wrong shape or size you will leave with major damage and deep scratches read more

The trunk is still disgusting and none of the sap and bug stains were cleaned off, I had to go back and do it myself. This is a completely different experience compared to automatic car wash, since you got three people cleaning your car. One thing that I am not a fan of the express car wash is that it doesn't clean the wheel very well, but here you got people cleaning places you wouldn't normally clean. Second time bringing car here and what a mistake. I'm a fool for not learning the first time. These guys don't care about quality. It's all about quantity and seeing how many cars they can turn and burn. Literally pointed out a bunch of spots after they were done and their answer was like it needs to be polished. Then I used my finger nail to show them it doesn't. They didn't even touch my side view mirror. So dirty. It's ridiculous how poor of a job they do when I'm spending 50 dollars or more.
