just love watching cars getting cleaned
    Kristine Cross P.

This Auto Spa is really a gem ! Top notch service, from dropping off your car, choice to get gas too if you wish, to paying (the store has drinks, accessories, cards, massage chairs inside while you wait, and chairs outside while you wait. The owner really knows and values their customers as to how well this place is managed, the workers are incredibly hardworking and all smiles, full of laughter as they do their jobs. I appreciate these kinds.. this goes to show how well they're cared for by their employers-- I hope they keep that in mind that without them, business won't flourish. I value this place-- price is not over priced and the atmosphere is welcoming and so I do support this place... just a block away from home, always open. Come check it out and see to experience yourself and I hope you can also do your review.

Amazing work been coming here for 2 years and they always put a smile on my face with the great work. 5 STARS. I will continue to come here for as long as possible

Wow, this place is fantastic! They always do such an incredible job cleaning my car. I'm consistently impressed with how spotless they get it every single time. Seriously, the team here deserves a huge round of applause for their amazing work. It's such a relief knowing my car will look its best after a visit. The professional behavior is top notch as well.

Warning for anyone thinking about going to Culver Auto Spa I paid $37.99 plus tip for a Super Wash at this location, and what I received was beyond disappointing ,it was insulting. My car was returned to me still dirty inside and out, with dust, dirt, and debris everywhere (see attached photos). It honestly looked like no one had even bothered to clean it. This is not just bad service , it's a complete lack of respect for customers' time and money. For almost $40, I expected at the very least a basic clean, but instead I left feeling cheated and frustrated. If you value your car, your money, and your time, avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other car washes that actually deliver what they promise. What I experienced here was unacceptable, and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Kind of a rushed job but I guess you get what you pay for. I wish they'd take their time a bit more, especially when its dead time.

This place is horrible. Don't waste your money and time in this carwash. If I could give them a negative star, it would be to much.

Rumor that gas is cheaper first Mon/Tue of the month: debunked. ~ As for the sign mentioning pumps are longer now, I tried it once. My SUV still puts a strain on the hose. It's doable, but gotta park extra closer to the dispenser, and might have to hold it during the fueling. Should be no problem with a sedan though. Thu 6/11/2026: $5.159 reg, $5.559 prem Update Mon 6/1/2026: $5.499 regular. $5.899 premium. For reference, Operation Epic Fury commenced on Feb 28, 2026. + This year noticed they added signs saying the pumps are longer now, should be easier to pump from the left side. Haven't tried for myself. 2025: + Numerous pumps. - Crowded, slow-moving lines. - Slightly annoying, crowded roads to get there. If you're coming from the Lowe's/Costco parking lot, find the right exit (see screenshot, green arrows) to find the gasoline entrance. Wish they'd built a 4-way intersection at the gasoline entrance. - If your car has a left-side gas tank and you arrive at a gas pump meant for cars with right-side gas tank, the pump cable is short, so the connection will be loose and the pump may click off prematurely. Have to hold the cable with some slack until it's done pumping. They should've designed the cables longer.

This place is right off the trail. Popped in here because my friend from France Pierre said the best cycling recovery drink is Perrier! And it's also my favorite drink! And guess what? They have it here! I got the Perrier Lime. (Wished they still had the lemon one.) But here you have to pay the price for that level of recovery all the way from France on a hot day on the trail in Irvine: $2.63 Worth every penny! I powered it back to my car 8 more miles. They have ample polls to lock up your bike outside and you better do so! There were some suspicious people hanging outside smoking who I later saw pushing shopping carts from Ralphs on the trail. One guy was pushing a bicycle--don't let that be yours. Irvine today is not the Irvine of 10 years ago! Lock up! Anyway on the receipt it says "7-Eleven". But it does not say 7-Eleven on the front. It just says Food Mart. But as long as they have Cold Perrier they can call themselves anything--I don't care. Employees here were friendly and wished me well. It's also a Shell gas station--a brand I do not use.

I made it clear after that I did not want to be touched, and that boundary should not need to be stated at all. I was simply trying to make my purchase and leave, not deal with behavior that crossed professional boundaries. Customer service should be respectful and focused on assisting shoppers, not creating discomfort. After reading other reviews mentioning rudeness, inappropriate behavior, and similar issues, it seems this may be a pattern. Management seriously needs to address staff conduct and training, because this type of behavior is unacceptable in any establishment.
