Wash was ok, the gentleman who checked me in was friendly, the bench was sturdy, which allowed me to sit as I waited. One star for LAUNCHING my dropped veedub through that horrific speed bump they have coming out of the washo-o-matic 5000 and not even acknowledging/apologizing for denting my car (not too bad, but still...) Terrible! Car wash is not great. Car is still dirty after paying over $25 for a wash. Less than impressed. Also it shows the hours as open until 5pm. Got there at 450 and they were closed. Said they had too many cars to finish. Why list your closing time as 5 then? Closing at 5 to me means you can show up any time before 5. If you really mean the car needs to be finished by 5 then say so. Won't be coming back. Overpriced for the terrible job they do. And terrible service closing when they feel like it. read more

My wife likes this place and I have to agree with her but not for the same reasons. She likes the comfortable air-conditioned waiting area and the clean restrooms. But, for me, I like that you can gas up the car and then get a good car-wash. The prices seem reasonable and the employees were courteous and if anything, they all seemed to be organized in their function and duties. read more

It's kind of confusing at first. I only wanted a basic wash on the exterior and I didn't see that option on the menu so I just asked the guy. It's $9.99 for exterior wash only, which is a few dollars off the basic wash if you don't need inside cleaning. I waited about 20 minutes which is not too bad, considering they do a hell of a good job cleaning the car. They hand-scrub and wipe the car down in every possible area. I really have no complaints. They have a frequency card here if you wash your car a lot. read more

I always come here to get a carwash because it's close to home. They do a pretty decent job although their prices tend to be quite high. They try to make you get the more expensive deal, so if you're sure on what you want make sure to stick with it. I like to go early in the morning when they're not too busy or you could end up waiting a while. I like how you can watch them wash your car..I tend to get paranoid sometimes. They do a good job wiping down the interior and vacuuming. Overall, a decent service. read more

Got really great service here. Someone had thrown up all over the passenger seat and I cleaned up most of it but there was staining and a bit of it leftover on the carpet. I drove up and they looked at it and gave me a fair price. After they were done, they called me out and there was no trace of vomit and the smell was completely gone. I thought it would be expensive but it only came out to about $45 for them to shampoo the carpet and the chair on the passenger side. Amazing service and friendly. I'll go here again if I have to get my car cleaned. read more

I always go to this place, price is good and cleaning varies from one guy to another! I'm giving 2 stars because today i had a problem with the guy who was cleaning it, i tip him 5$ and said please take care of the car and i wish i didn't ! The cleaning was messy and car was dirty (cup holders, around the license plates, bumpers and drivers door) I took a cloth and start cleaning it myself because the guy left to start working on other car! And the manger was just looking at me! And when i talked to him he was completely rude and he did nothing! Horrible! I work near this place so brought my car here twice and had terrible experiences both times. First time, they returned my car half clean, barely vacuumed, and with my XM radio tuned to a new station up to full volume! Who takes a joyride through a 2 minute car wash! The second time, they broke my rear-view mirror while cleaning it and tried to act like it wasn't them! After some arguing, the "manager" agreed to pay for damages. Took my car to the Chevy dealership and I had to have the entire front windshield replaced!The mirror had sensors connected to the windshield. Wow...all that for crappy/expensive car wash. When we drove all the way back to the car wash and complained to the manager, he simply had a worker come, wipe it down and said he could do no better than that. Awful service! I ask them to vacuum my trunk and the guy asked me which service I was getting. I asked him doesn't all the service include vacuuming?! I showed him which service I got and he barely did a quick once over and said that's all I get for what I pay. Those guys are assholes! They just scratched my car while washing! This morning I intentionally checked my car since I parked very close to next car yesterday, so I'm very sure there is no scratch when I got here. However, after the wash there are 3 deep scratches on the back of the car. There is oil on the scratch so I believe they hit some of their devices, but they just refuse to admit! Sometimes I saw them drive crazily in the back, so be careful with your car! Those guys only care about your money, not your car! Watch them when they wash the car, for me since I can't find further evidence so they just don't give it shit! Literally worst car wash experience ever! read more

This is my first visit here. I usually go to 7 flags carwash but this place was closer to where I live and decided to try them out. I upgraded to their highest end wash since I've read they don't do a good job. First, none of the attendants seem to care about who came in first. I was in line first then 2 other cars came after me. But I was the last one to be helped. ...Inside is a nice descent waiting room. The positive side. When my car was ready I noticed the front of the car was still dirty. I asked them to please clean it. The guy used a window spray and his towel. And yet when he was done bug splats was still visible. At that point I knew I understood what everyone was saying about how poor of a job they do. I can understand if I paid $16 for a wash. But I paid $28 thinking it's a better wash. Needless to say I will stick with 7 flags since they do such a superior job. ...I'd love for the owners to comment on this. read more

I used to come here often for the early bird special and always had a good wash...Moved to RSM for a few years and now back and I'm not sure if there is new ownership or what, but the last 3 times I have had my car washed has been a worse and worse experience. Today was the last straw. You might as well just pull $20.00 out of your pocket and toss it in the street because the car wash is absolutely worthless. I actually came home and rewashed my car. The hand wash missed large areas all over my car, my rims where not touched and the windows where a complete joke, I actually had a hard time seeing out of them as there was so much greasy residue...It was completely cloudy and blurry. Before I left, I ask the guy to redo the whole car and he said "No, It's a good Job." I was in a hurry and didn't have time to talk to the owners, so I just left. I was going to go back in tomorrow but judging by the reviews, the owners just don't care about the job they are providing anyways. read more
