I hesitated in going in but finally went and my deluxe butter burger did not disappoint. Fisrt off I ordered no mayo, no mustard & no pickles. I checked my order before I left the store and it was exactly as I ordered it. First thing that impressed me was the meat to bun ratio that was A+ Way bigger patties than In N Out. My taste buds did not sense a taste of butter as I hoped. I wanted to start eating it as I drove home but the shredded lettuce told me not to. Thin sliced red onion and tomato made my burger a treat!! No more In N Out for me. read more

We go there a few times a year. The double cheeseburger is the best burger I've ever had.

It's been awhile since I've been in the restaurant. Lack of communication with the girl taking the order I needed to explain three times what I want. Simple a fish meal with an extra sandwich. She asked how many pieces I'm not getting a meal. She rang up the register three times before she got it right. McDonald's used to have a good fish fillet, now your open the bun and ask where is the fish. Culver's seems it's going down that path. read more

Just finished lunch at Culver's in Bullhead City, this was our 3rd visit! We were greeted and warmly welcomed by Drake and served by Bobby, who is a treasure! Drake and Bobby made us feel so at home. The last time we went there 5 years ago the food was great. We went their again last Wednesday. When we go home we noticed we did not get the cheese curds we ordered and paid for. We called them and they acted like we where trying to scam them. The manager said he would send up a coupon that he never did. 5 years ago I ordered the fish sandwich which was the best fish sandwich I ever had. This time the bun was smashed and soggy. The onion rings tasted like they been sitting on the counter for several hours and the French fries where soggy. Had lunch with my family there yesterday and the burgers and fries were amazing, we tried the fried shrimp and to our surprise the shrimp was excellent. The service was great, the dinning are was neat and clean, we're originally from Southern California and Culver's is the closest to home we can get for great tasting burgers, fries, and shrimp. The food was actually good the the staff was something else. Angelica was so stuck up it was amazing. A true example of inconsistency. My first experience with a Culver's burger was good. Not great, but good. The second was outstanding. I told family and friends that it rivals In N Out. The third...not so good. I ordered a single butter cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, grilled onions, and pickles. The finished product was a dry patty (the cheese was good) with no mustard, ketchup, or pickles. They did, however, give me 2 one inch slivers of grilled onions which reminded me of giving a waiter a one cent tip. My favorite burger would have to be the mushroom swiss and you can never go wrong with a side of fries and curds. The staff is always awesome and positive even when it's super busy. Only issue I've had is the burgers come out a little too greasy sometimes but I make it work. I usually take the drive through but the inside dinning area is always kept very clean and tidy when I've been in. Definitely one of my favorite places in town to grab a quick bite to eat! read more

Passed this place a billion times on my way to Oatman, AZ. My daughter and I had late night cravings. Their sign said BUTTER burger and concretes. Comes to find out, they have cheese curds too! Many more other selections too! We came for the butter burger, curds and concrete. The burger was good. Nothing special. I'd have it again with cheese curds. Cheese curds were delicious, but needs something to dip in? The concrete was the CLEAR WINNER! If I only went for the concrete, it would of been 5 stars! You can choose vanilla Or chocolate "ice cream" and two of your choice of toppings. We chose strawberries and bananas. Who knew they were FRESH fruit! Absolute phenomenal combo!! Unfortunately, I will not return to this Culvers ever again. Our order was taken wrong therefore we were missing items. We asked for a manager and she came to the table to see what the issue was. We told her some items were missing. She looked at the receipt and said we weren't charged and that the cashier had substituted items in place of the items that were expected for the meal we purchased. We never asked the cashier to substitute anything. Manager says we didn't pay for the items. My husband was upset bc he doesn't like Culver's for the fact they mess orders up ALOT. Manager made the comment to him she doesn't have to give us the items for free in response and that we should've noticed when they asked us if the order was correct on the screen. How about the cashier read back our order bc your screen is tiny and confusing? Ive been to a Culver's twice. I told her then don't bring us the food that we ordered. Her response was not very courteous. For that fact we will not be returning. I will stick with In N Out Burger. They wont treat their customers so rudely EVER!! The first thing you notice here is how incredibly clean it is for a fast food place. Everything from the parking lot, the outside tables, the floors, bathroom and soda area. They do a good job at keeping it all very clean. The have a variety of different burgers, sandwiches, fish sandwiches, salads and some dinner options. They have crinkle cut fries that are very good. I had the mushroom burger which was good but slightly greasy. The frozen custard is amazing! They have a special flavor daily. Definitely worth checking out. read more

It was my first time trying Culver's I expected to get a little plain burger like McDonald's especially since I got a kids meal burger and it was a regular size burger they're definitely not stingy with their lettuce, tomato, onion, & pickles. 3 times now my food comes out incorrect because the lead tells the cashiers not to type too much into the food tickets. The burger isn't hard to make but everytime they go and make it so "the kitchen can understand better" IT ALWAYS COMES OUT WRONG. Ok lets see what all the fuss is about. Everyone who has been here takes about custard. I love custard so let's give it a try. Went through the drive thru. It moved at a fair steady pace the line was long and it would suck to be parked and trapped by the line. The food is OK. My onion rings were perfectly crispy. Light and delicious. Cheesecake curds were different but good as well. The plain Vanilla custard was actually very good. I would order that again for sure. I've eaten at this chain a few times. All in all every experience has been okay. Certainly well maintained and there are clear standards which I appreciate. Here comes the however... However, the price you pay for what you get is far off the mark!! My husband and I ordered a regular burger meal each, I think we may have upgraded the burger but that was it. And it was more then $34.00!?!? I get they have higher standards and that's great, but the food wasn't even worth that! The burgers were terribly bland no seasoning at all and the sides were mediocre at best. Stopped at Culvers yesterday like I do once a week and got the same thing I always get only this time it was large. Yes I paid over $7 for two large chocolate cake cones. When she handed me the first one out the window it was very melted and I asked if this was a large. She said it was and then the other one came out and it was a melting small one too. These ice creams were the same size as a small ones I get and they turned into a milkshakes very quickly. I got down to my cone and I noticed evidently the first one must have broken. Instead of trashing it see the photo as to what I received. I won't be buying ice cream there again because Dairy Queen has so much more to offer me. read more

When we first moved to town we came here literally 3x a week. I can't have dairy such as cheese so always ask for "no cheese" please with any hamburger order. I went a while ago and asked twice for that, when I got my burger I was so upset because the millennials are too snarky to maybe double check? Trust me, I stopped coming here because of the same problem. I even looped back around the drive thru and the person at the window didn't even APOLOGIZE about the issue! Chasity is a horrible employee... she takes my order, reads it back to me and at the window she gets my drinks all wrong and then proceeds to tell me that she never charged me for the large sweet tea when I asked her where it was at. So she closes the window with her attitude and comes back to tell me that the tea was put away for the night. The thing I don't like about Culver's is that they close the dining area too early during the week! American classics and amazing frozen custard! We usually go for the deal where you can get 4 prepackaged pints for like $13! Even the summer strawberry salad was good but the cashew chicken salad was kind of weird (cashews + cheese = ???)
