This place is great. I had a wonderful salad yesterday. It came with white meat chicken. I have to say I for one hate white meat chicken. This was fantastic. The best white meat I have ever had. I don't know what they did to it but I will be ordering it again. Everything I had had has been very tasty. My wife likes the shrimp. There is lots of parking with a drive though. A perfect example of cheap fastfood trying to represent itself as something more. Fries are crinklecut but have no flavor. The famous butter burger is waferthin so a single is for a 5 year old and the only flaver is butter... Not beef and finished in 6 bites.. Total of 5 tiny slivers of mushroom And their buns flatten to nothing when picked up. The best part of the meal is the iced tea! I know Culver's is good I've had it before ... but they just opened a location in our town and of course we had to go check it out. It was CRAZY busy, but the line and service moves along a lot faster than expected. The food was good and made order. My son ordered a butter burger, I got soup, and the baby got a meat patty. The value is good too. TIP: if you are ordering a value basket, you're better off getting a kids meal, because the kids meal comes with a free custard. read more

What is going on with Culver's lately ? The chicken patties used to be thick and juicy, now they are thin and dry. They never got your order wrong, but it seems like the last year or so everything has gone downhill. Today, my wife waited in the drive thru after ordering for 30 minutes while they couldn't get a crispy chicken value basket with fries and a coke to her EVER. She had to go inside and get a refund. We are not from the area but local friends recommended eating here on our way out of town & soo glad they did! I tried the spicy chicken sandwich, I wondered why it was plain (no mayo) but after the first couple of tasty bites I understand why! The bread/buns are so soft, fluffy & would fall apart with any type of sauce. I also ordered the mini pretzels with cheese & they were delightful little nuggets of heaven. The fam ordered burgers which they enjoyed & we also ordered a mint shake & it was good. Driving through town we saw the sign and some cars and decided to stop there. We went to the drive through. The person on the other end of our speaker was patient with us while we looked at the menu. We just arrived to the area for a visit to ring in 2021 and refused to eat McDonalds, Burger King, Pizza Hut, or Taco Bell. We were going to settle with KFC when I spotted Culver's. Quickly I jumped on YELP to research what they offer and their service....5 star reviews so flipped around and here we are...the young lady at the drive thru was nice and our food was fresh (we had to wait 2 minutes). Very fast service. Crinkle fries! Ketchup dip!!!!! And the butter cheeseburger with bacon is charbroiled yummy. The serving was huge!!!! I was only able to eat a third of my fries and not even a half of my burger. They do double patties and I never do. The bun was so squishy and fresh and seedless!!!! We got 2 value meals for $19.99 The ONLY thing I'm dinging them for is American cheese ruins everything. Cheddar would have made this a 5 star experience for me. read more

Nearly everytime I go through the drive thru, my order is wrong, or burned as in black hamberger. I order onion ri n gs, and I get fries. Last week ordered a Double Deluxe Hamberger with everything on it, got home and I had a single, dried up, burned piece of not even exceptable meat, 4 onion rings, and not much condiments, so I packed it back up and took itback the next morning, for a refund, for 12.59. Ever since the owners left town this place has done a total 180. Last week I was literally served raw bacon on my burger and the excuse was that the new bacon was too thick(no it was raw) tonight I take my children to dinner and I order the mushroom burger and onion rings, I get my order and said oh I was supposed to get onion rings not fries and the awesome lady says ill go ahead and take the whole thing back since they also didn't put mushrooms on your burger. She comes back and tells me they are out of mushrooms but instead of telling me they chose to just serve it with nothing on it like I'm not going to notice. This is 10000% out of line, disrespectful towards the customer and to fix the situation they try to give me free ice cream. I came for dinner not ice-cream or anything else free. Used to have excellent cod dinners, but the last couple visits made us decide it's no longer worth the price. Now they serve smaller portions and overcook as well. Went from golden brown to dark brown and crunchy. Also the fish on the sandwich shrunk; used to fill the bun but now it's a half inch short of the edge of the bun. When I ate at Culver's last week, it was the first time in seven years that I had their food. I originally visited a location in Salt Lake City circa 2013 when a friend of mine from the Midwest invited me to lunch, bragging them up quite a bit. While I'm still a staunch fan of In N Out and Whataburger, Culver's definitely holds up its own; especially since they have cheese curds and custard, not available at the other places mentioned. This location in Bullhead City is brand new, and even with the awkward seating situation (due to Covid,) it was a very pleasant dining experience. I ordered a single butter burger, fries and cheese curds and everything tasted fresh, and was prepared in under ten minutes. I also like that they use crinkle cut fries, which are way underutilized. I will be going back, though there aren't any locations in the Pacific Northwest where I live (or in California, where I frequently visit.) read more

We visited the BHC Culver's this past Sunday evening. I ordered my favorite meal (3 Piece Fish & Chips) along with another meal; the bill was almost $30, which I didn't mind. We got home, and while I was separating the food, I noticed that there were no packets of malt vinegar, and later, I found that there were no lemon slices (luckily, I had a lemon). In the past, when I have gone through the drive-thru (2 or 3 times), I have received the malt vinegar, and the lemons. Normally, we dine inside the restaurant but, on this particular evening, the dining room was closed. I telephoned the restaurant to speak with the manager. I explained to him that for as much as I had paid for the fish and chips meal, I should have gotten, at least, a packet of malt vinegar for each piece of fish; they had no problem putting 2 containers of tarter sauce. The manager tried to tell me that I had to ask for the malt vinegar, "since it is a condiment normally not given???" I told him that I have never asked for malt vinegar in the past. He tried to tell me that they have "never give malt vinegar, unless it is requested. The dinner was a waste. I wasn't about to go out to buy a bottle of malt vinegar. I just threw it away, saved a lemon. and decided that I will never visit Culver's again. When I mentioned that I can get a better fish dinner at Perkins, the manager told me, "fine." Yes ... fine it is. I can get a much better burger, better ice cream, and much better shakes elsewhere. Imagine that ... they can put 2 containers of tarter sauce without one asking for it, but you have to ask for three 15 cent packets of malt vinegar. BTW ... I have eaten at Culver's in the Wisconsin area, and I've never had to ask for malt vinegar. If this is a new policy of Culver's to try to save a buck, shame on them. read more

I don't get it. I think many reviewers have a nostalgic memory of their youth when they eat here So many 5 star reviews. It's not bad, but far from 5 stars in my opinion. It's a fast food burger joint, with a few different options. I thought it was slightly over priced. The "butter burger" should be renamed the "skinny burger". At over $4, it was a McDonald's $1 cheese burger. (I did think it was a little better). Maybe it cause I'm. Not that big on soft served ice cream.....oops, I mean Custard. Very friendly place. The food is good alot to chose from. Spicy chicken sandwich is good nice kick of spiciness to it. The jumbo shrimp platter with cheese curds and pretzel bites comes with nacho cheese. I like the way they work after your order they give you a number you place it on your mirror. I went there tonight just after 9pm to get ice cream . The kids stated that the vanilla custard was gone . Later basically said it's because they were closing . Whatever that was I guess 1 hour before closing everyone is more excited to close than help customers . Anyway I then ordered a double cheeseburger plain to feed our big dog . Road-trip style . Pulled out the drive thru let him out to eat and he wouldn't eat the cheeseburger lol I decided to try a bite and it was awful so salty it was Un edible. Not just salty because I like salt mind you , but I then realized I "believe " it was the young adults working . After the ice cream deal then this . I realized it was impossible to serve something this salty the dog wouldn't eat it . It's funny how this is simply bad customer service .
