Impressed! Hamburger was large. Meat taste was great! Additions were fresh. We order condiments on the side so we can get a true flavor of the meat & bun. Fries were tasty. The Food: In my opinion, way better food than any other fast food chains. Keep in mind it's pricey! My food has always been prepared fresh and food is cooked when ordered. Excellent: Fried Chicken - Burgers - Chicken Fingers - Onion Rings - North Atlantic Cod - Chicken Sandwich - Fresh Frozen Custard - Shakes OK - Fries (nothing special) - Cheese Curds (way to much breading) - Reuben (very good tasting - not enough meat, does not cover bread, so you get bites of just bread). Many other menu items I haven't yet tried. Overall - good experience and great food! Oh - by the way - they are human and make mistakes. The manager went above and beyond the call to make sure mistake was corrected - and compensated with free food coupon to ensure my return visit. The people are super nice, and they were very quick. Especially given that the drive thru line was long. The food was what was expected for fast food. Everybody has different opinions on which fast food places are good. You either love or hate them. So give this place a shot, even though it doesn't have many stars yet. Remember... Ive ordered from this location many times since they opened and its gone downhill very fast. They got the last 3 orders in a row wrong and the owner was very rude and did nothing extra to make up for it. She even tried to hand me the 15 minute old melted milkshake i ordered without offering to make a new one. Ive been treated better at burger king and mcdonalds. The food is good but based on service and a rude demeanor by the owner of this store i say yourr better off going to a different culvers. Worst experience ive ever had, trust me dont go!!! read more

Let me start by saying Culver's isn't a thing back home in Maryland. But boy I wish it was. Good fast food. Friendly staff. Must try the ButterBurgers and onion rings. Burgers are thick and juicy. First of all, I have to say, how in THE WORLD does this Culver's only have 3 stars!?? Blasphemy. :) I adore this place for a few reasons (keep in mind I've only ever gone through the drive-thru): 1. Everyone is ALWAYS extremely friendly. Something REALLY strange happens that NEVER happens at other fast food restaurants. When I say, "Thank you!" after giving my order, the person taking my order says, "You're welcome!" It still kind of freaks me out. Manners? Holy crap, man. 2. Hot and fresh fries Every. Single. Time. No lie. Everyone has their idiosyncrasies and one of mine is to have exactly one french fry as I'm leaving the parking lot of the restaurant. I have NEVER been disappointed. Where else can you say that??? And they even have salt on them! Not enough to make you float if you threw them in your swimming pool, but "just enough". 3. Fresh, buttery, cheesy, goodness of burgers that actually will come the way you want them (and you won't get beaten up when you ask them for the way you want them). The burgers are NOT raw in the middle "cough, cough, Wendy's, cough". They are juicy, they are made when you order them, they aren't a millimeter thin "cough, cough, Steak 'n Shake, cough", they have butter on them that makes them even juicier, and they taste like REAL cows and not like camel like the other burgers down here (well, what you would picture camel to taste like...). 4. You know how you get cheesy paper at some restaurants and you have to devour it, but that stuff just isn't coming off the paper??? Yeah. Here, you get to enjoy that delightful experience. 5. Lack of disgusting coating of grease on your tongue. I don't know what else to add to this one. McDonald's is really good at this one. You eat it and your tongue is immediately covered in grease and you feel violated by the oil gods. Culver's does NOT do that. Thank THEIR oil gods. 6. You actually get full. For some reason I've found that most fast food restaurants leave you lacking in the full feeling department. You eat and then like an hour later you're hungry again, but the thought of greasy hard french fries and camel burgers full of hard chunks makes you want to whorf. When you eat Culver's, you're full after you eat and you stay that way. (And you're not having horrible visions of camels.) I haven't had any of their other stuff so I can't provide more insight, but I think my review proves how awesome they really are. You should listen to me and not the lesser reviews. :) read more

I normally don't eat fish from fast food restaurants but Culver's has walleye right now for a limited time and it's seasonal. I'm so glad I tried it because I was blown away. It was like restaurant quality fish. A must try for sure. read more

I have been to this specific location of Culver's probably 3 times (I live east of Ft Myers). I am shocked at the negative reviews of what I consider the Cadillac of fast food restaurants. The is no burger better than the "Double Butter-Burger with the works". There is no ice cream superior to their custard (I usually order a Concrete Mixer). The fries are super and they have the best coleslaw (splg?) anywhere. Only in Culver's do you get a hello when walking in the door or even when leaving from someone usually behind the counter. There is always a smile and a thank you (something that is becoming more rare these days in other places). The place is clean, spotless. I am NOT an employee, I don't know anyone there personally, and I do not own stock in the company... but I LOVE Culver's. It's a little bit of heaven! read more

I know there are bad reviews, but we only went for the free sundaes. Mom and I had sundaes and my dad had a shake. I thought it was the creamiest ice cream I have ever had. We have been going to the location on Pine Island Rd since it opened. Service has gone downhill. Went through the drive thru, ordered 3 sandwiches, cheese curds and 3 concrete mixers. Pulled forward and waited, they brought the concrete mixers out and said they would be back with the food. After the first 2 cars behind us drove off with their order, the girl said she would check on our order. Another 15 minutes and a total of 6 cars behind us getting their orders and pulling off our food arrived. Concrete mixers were melted by this time, and you could tell the order was remade in a hurry, sourdough bread on my sandwich almost burned. Girl said there was a problem with the order and gave us a free mini concrete mixer coupon for our next visit. Don't think there will be one. read more

My wife bought a pint of the flavor of the day and when she ate it she was chocking on a piece of plastic i contacted there corporate office and they put me in touch with there insurance. @ weeks later NATIONWIDE called and said that there was nothing they could do for us....wow...these people suck..do not go to this location go find a good place to eat.. read more

This is our 3rd time here. First time we ordered take out. They got 2 out of the 3 burgers wrong. The second time we went through the drive through, one burger was wrong all together, the bacon burger did not have bacon. (I did call and complain, we did get coupons in the mail, but of course I left them at home) This time we decided to eat inside, I got the sourdough melt it was fine but the patty was very thin, nothing really special. But my fries were so SALTY! My husband who LOVES salt even agreed with me. The restaurant is very clean, the service is great, bathrooms very clean. The food and accuracy need help! read more
