I can only review the concrete mixers and they are delicious. The vanilla custard is really good, not too sweet and very creamy! Customer service through the drive through was wonderful. Second time I have ordered the sourdough melt. Both times it was pathetic!! Comes with grilled onions and cheese in a burger patty. There were barely any onions and only 1/2 the melt had cheese. No flavor to the meat patty either. Originally order this sandwich in a Tucson Culver's and it was delicious. I normally don't have bad reviews for Culver's but my husband spent over 30 min waiting for our order. After asking the cashier to re-read our order, he was asked to move forward and wait. Do NOT go to this location as it is the worst. They don't clean anything and had a bunch of people working. Tried to get extra sauce as the ONE that I got with the meal was barely half full and was told there is a charge for sauce. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Spent over $42.00 dollars on a 10-shrimp meal, a Cheeseburger meal and some Cheese Curds and have to pay for sauce? I didn't even finish my meal as I was not going to pay for sauce after spending that much money as sauce should come with the meal! Talked to the GM today (10/17/22) and I have never been treated so badly as all I want is a refund that all!!!!!!! We were happy to be near a Culvers when we moved here & to have 1 so close was a bonus. We decided to grab something to eat the other day before going to the grocery store. While trying to decide what to order from the sweet young lady at the counter standing nearby were 2 young men in their 20's discussing hunting & killing animals with poison arrows in great detail. These guys were Culver's employees standing behind the counter & were so loud, I was so distracted, I lost my appetite! After they brought our food & I couldn't eat between the headache & my sick stomach, I went up to the counter & asked for the manager. Turns out 1 of the guys having the loud conversation was the manager! When I told him it was not appropriate to have that conversation in ear shot of the customers', he half-heartedly said he was sorry. I turned to walk away & the other guy, said "Whatever". I don't know if he thought I wouldn't hear him or just didn't care, but I turned back around & said loudly that clearly the manager couldn't manage his employees, & I would never return to this Culvers. I frequent this Culver's often and today was the worst customer service ever. Placed order online for a 6:45pm pick up. Got there at 6:43pm. Approach the counter to see if my order was ready and the team member asked me my name. She then turned around to ask the team member packing the orders and gave them my name to see if the order was ready. Another female team member says out loud "Well she is just going to have to wait!" I was standing right there. That was rude. I then waited to the side for my order. Ten minutes later no one calls out saying my order was ready. I then went back in line to see if my order was done, which it was sitting on the counter getting cold. Got my order left in disgust. Stopped by Culvers and ordered a single dip cone. Simple enough. At the window, the cashier entered a small peanut butter shake. Don't ask me why. She took my money and then realizing her mistake called another employee and they closed the window. Now they had my money and I did not have my cone so I sat. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the menu has enough to satisfy just about anyone and the quality of the food was outstanding. The restaurant was clean and an employee actually came by to ask if he could refill our drink for us. You sure don't see this at other fast food restaurants. Culvers is now my new go to. I switched to this Culver's location because it's closer to my house. Gotta switch back to the Avondale location. This one doesn't know how to build a burger, EVEN when I specifically tell them what I want. I ordered the mushroom swiss burger - with EXTRA mushrooms (cuz they never add enough) and added red onions, and even said EXTRA onions (again, never enough). What I got was (and I counted, cuz they made it easy on me) - FOUR mushrooms and TWO small rings of onion (about the size of silver dollars). Sadly, I was already home when I noticed.
